They had two really good specials and the mechanic Miguel did a great job. Great warranty on tires and they didnt try and upsell anything. Ill be a lifelong customer.

Very highly recommended.I had some play in my steering and wanted to get it aligned originally through Les Schwab, but they tried to dig deep into my pockets and rip me off. I called OK Tires and Miguel offered me to bring it in for him to check it out right away since he was free. He inspected a few things and found two simple nuts that needed to be tightened down vs Les Schwab, who advised that I needed new control arms. A $100 tip saved me from an unnecessary $1000 bill. Thank you Miguel and OK Tires.

Had a vibration and thought I needed In alignment or wheel bearings 100% for sure went in there, all I needed was rotated tires and tires balanced, charged me 50 bucks and out of there in an hour no vibration five stars

Well they didnt do the alignment on my car that is free when you buy 2 tires or more. And i need it and dont have the money to pay for one. Seems pretty much like false advertisement. Thanks OK Tires. For giving me a headache.

Bought 4 Cooper tires in Oct was told I would get 70 dollar rebate. Also got free alignment with it on my 2013 Chev 4X4, waited to get alignment till 5/18/21 told them that day truck was pulling to the right and was told that was normal. Dropped off wife truck 98 Chev P/U 2 wheel drive for alignment and it pulls to the left, told that was probably from the crown in the road. Asked about the rebate that I still havent received. Told that after this long probably wasnt getting it. They said to go on line and check with Cooper tire. I did so and immediately as putting it in they said that as of that day I qualified and would now get my rebate. this was on the 18th of May, Remember bought the tires on Oct 28th of 2020. They had in Dec said I would get it in about 8 weeks. On 5/24/2121 said they had said they had sent it to address on receipt but their was none. Tonight they called and claimed they had sent a card and to my PO box in Dec but had just gotten that info yesterday. Left me on hold for 35 min transferring. call. Called me back at 4:39 along with whoever Trelleborg is, between them and automated call nothing could be heard. They seem to lie and cheat, My advice is DONT DO BUSSNESS WITH THEM. Just had Beeline do a brake job, honest and excellent work, Just had brakes on trailer and bearings done today for 1500.00. Bought tires for other truck from Discount Tire and the VW and trailer. They also gave 70 dollar rebate on Michelins, on all 3 vehicles. For 70 dollars they lost several thousand.

Use to be a great place to get used tires but just like a lot of tire stores they no longer sell used.

Goose Hunting trip almost cut short. Miguel Sanchez went above and beyond his call of duty for me. I showed up at Ok tire shop about 2 oclock on a Friday afternoon with seized right front brake caliper... Not only did he fix it for me same day he did so by returning to work after his 3:30 Chiropractor appointment. He is truly a man of his word. You can trust Miguel with your vehicle hes a straight shooter and only does what is necassary to get you safely back on the road. Ok tire is lucky to have him as their employee.

Well I wont let these guys work on my truck again...I bought new tires from this shop in November and paid a little over a grand. This came with an alignment but their machine was broken. I was given a voucher as the alignment machine was going to be fixed by Thanksgiving week. They ended up not getting the machine working until January so I got the alignment about a month ago. This was an inconvenience but not my issue.Today I noticed my truck was pulling to the right on the freeway so I stopped to make sure my tie rods hadnt loosened up. I found that during the alignment the shop had taken a torch to the inner to outer tie rod connection without removing the inner tie rod boot. The boot is torched so I will need to rip everything apart to replace this boot before I wreck my steering rack seals. This will cause me to loose my front end alignment so the shop effectively accomplished nothing. Who knows, maybe they cooked the grease in my outer tie rod (replaced in December) so that may need to be changed as well.After finding this I checked my tire air pressure because I was still looking for the reason the truck was pulling to the right. The air pressure on every tire was over 50 pounds. I thought that couldnt be right so I stopped at a gas station and bought a new tire gauge but this showed the same thing. This is a 1st gen single cab Tacoma and the door sticker recommends 26 front and 29 in the rear. I deflated my tires and found they were well over 50 pounds as it took a while to get inside the bounds of the gauge.So in short Im glad I found the bad inner tie rod boot before my steering column got wrecked, and Im glad I checked my air pressure before the first sunny day when my tires go pop. The bottom line though is that I shouldnt have to be doing this stuff. Thats what I paid these guys to do.EDIT:In response to the tire pressure comment by the owner:Load determines recommended tire pressure, not load range. You cant inflate the tires for max loading and expect they get better tread wear on a 3000 pound vehicle. The weight of the vehicle stays the same so the tire pressure should stay in the same ballpark as what the door tag calls for. Your optimum tire pressure will vary a bit due to the tire construction (i.e. stiffer sidewall, narrower width than stock) but only a chalk test will tell you at what pressure your tread is wearing evenly.

I found Okay Tire service to be quick and done right the first time. They were friendly, and to be honest they made me feel like a relative. I guess its because its a family owned business, since 1957. It is the first tire store ever to open up in Moses Lake. I recommend it hands down!

They had the car for 3 weeks for front end repair- nothing found. Had to call after 4 days of paid $700 in advanced for tires (they had in stock) they said they lost the work order. They said they would have it done later that day- went to pick up and missing lug nut. They stated it came in that way Not an accurate statement. Sadly I think the stores are finding it hard to compete and lacking so many customer service skills!

I have used these guys for years. Trusted them with all of my cars. But they recently sent my son back out on the road after saying he had 50k miles left on the brakes but grinding noises were horrific. 2 more shops proved he had NO brake pads and his rotors were damaged beyond repair. Metal on metal!! Im not even sure they even looked at the brakes.I was to get a free alignment with the 4 brand new tires I bought, but they told me the alignment was fine. However I KNEW it wasnt. The other shop also proved it was COMPLETELY out of alignment. Something else i had to pay for.They have lost my business and all of my family. Soo disappointed!!!

Very poor business and shady. I took my rig in for a alighment and they aligned it charged me and when I left it was out of alighment...they (allighned) again still not aligned right. Looked under the rig and only one spot in the truck had been touched so obviously they didnt do the alighment or only one part anyway. Turns out all 4 ball joints and idler arm were bad on my rig. And these guys never said a word and charged me for something that is impossible to do with bad ball joints. They obviously have know concern for customers or customer safety. Stay clear of this place unless its only tires you need but other than that go to one of the more reputable tire and suspension stores.

I just moved to Moses Lake wasnt happy with Les Schwab went to Okay Tire Paul gave me a quote on things that Les Schwab said my car needed before I could leave for around $800 Paul and his people did the work that needed to be done for about half the price I have never went anywhere else

Had my ball joint replaced asked for the premium ball joints. Drove out to check cows in our pasture and my front end dropped to the ground. I had just got a new paint job, new bumper, and new fender flares and when it hit the ground it ruined all I just listed. So I called them they told me it was because I was hot rodding it. Funny thing is the original one lasted since 1988 and the one they put on lasted 4 months (90% of that time the truck was getting a new motor and was in the shop) and only put 963 miles on it. They told me the would replace the ball joint but would not pay for damages or the labor and alignment. I told them that that should be between them and the supplier and not on the customers expense but they didnt budge even a little. I replaced the ball joint my self with a Napa gold ball joint and I messured it and compared it to theres and it was 3.07 times as thick. So after all damages I have spent $1,500+ to fix damages. So I warn anyone that gets work done there be careful.
