Didnt even make into the store. The manager Joe doesnt know how to use a phone? He likes to apologize and make excuses for not doing his job considering hes the one answering the phone. Its likely hes doing this with other customers, If he cant return a call whats he going to do if there is a problem with your car? JOE you lost future business from me. I guess I should be thankful that I didnt give you the job. Shoppers BEWARE!

Im retired military and just learned they give a military discount. I appreciate them and they sure acted like they appreciated my business. Ive found a home. Try them, youll like them!

Excellent customer service, very competitive prices, great mechanics. I love how the will keep you on the road safe and sound, but do not try to find something else wrong with your vehicle every time they work on it, and they let you know what needs to be fixed now and what can wait.

I had problems with a new muffler installed but I still give excellent because they fixed the problems with no hassle, harassment, or any other problems. Prices are very fair and they have great customer service. Easy to work with.

The manager here is awesome, he can bend some pipe and great mechanic too. Does quality custom exaust that i think sounds great.

Absolutely amazing place to take a car for service they go above and beyond and stick to the quoted price regardless of how long it takes them.

Our truck was making noise when we were going over bumps. It sounded like it was coming from under the hood. My fiancé took it to Midas to see if someone could figure out where it was coming from. A mechanic drove it down the parking lot and did a diagnostic test. He decided that it was coming from inside the dashboard and he needed to take it apart to see what was making the noise. It was going to cost us $350 - $400 for them to look inside the dashboard, not including the cost for them to fix whatever was making the noise. She calls me and I said that’s way too high, I’ll look at it when I get home. She decides to keep the appointment for this Friday, just Incase. She calls her brother who is a mechanic, and he tells her that the mechanic is taking advantage of her. When I get home, I look under the hood and I start wiggling things around. Sure enough, the battery is loose and it took me 5 minutes to fix. I have absolutely zero experience working on cars and I was able to figure it out. So, my fiancé decides to call them to let them know that we’re canceling our appointment, because we got a “second opinion”, the mechanic says “is this for the Silverado?”, she days “yes” and he says “ok, thanks” and hangs up, obviously frustrated. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, they will attempt to rip you off.
