I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the professional and courteous interaction I had with the whole team.To start, Jose (the manager at this location) is amazing. He has been going far and beyond to help us find the ride of our lives. Given the current state of chip shortage and new car delays, he did everything he could, and more, to get us the Tahoe we wanted before the arrival of our new baby. He was very communicative and transparent in his interactions. Honesty and trustworthiness are his best qualities.Jeremy, the sales associate, was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful when going over the car features and finishing up the paperwork. Everything was ready by the time we got there. He even went the extra mile and hunted down a bow to place on the car to help surprise my wife.And finally Kevin! He is the finance manager and probably one of the most caring finance managers I have ever come in contact with. He truly cares and I did not feel that I was being forced into buying anything I didn’t need. He presented the options clearly and explained everything thoroughly. The whole experience with him was very pleasant.Overall, I must say that my experience with them was very positive. I would definitely come back to them and make sure to purchase my next car from them again.They are truly the best team of professionals out there.

I was at the dealership nearing 2 and a half hours for my oil change and tire rotation. And I did schedule an appointment so they knew that I would be there. If this was a one time occurrence, I would not be as irritated by the experience. However due to the fact that this is not the first time it was very frustrating as my time is valuable.Lastly, the team is very willing to point out suggested maintenance. That when questioned about the need they are unsure about. Air filter, cabin filter... (Both of which had been replaced around the last oil chance myself). Lastly, when reviewing the observation sheet they are willing to call out the previous mentioned items but then miss a tail light that is out and also rate tires that are just shy of the wear marks an 8/10.That being said I also never once had a representative let me know that the vehicle was going to take longer than scheduled. I was recommended to your team, however after these past experiences I can say that I will never recommend Bud Clary Chevrolet to anybody.

The sailsman are awesome and make sure that they you save money and able to pay other bills like rent grocery and more. Gary you are my man and I have a classmate who works there. I was happy to see him.
