We went to the Moses lake store at about 10:30am 1/2/2021, there were 3 people working. No one asked us if we needed anything, we went to check out the guy at the check out was on the phone and told us he would be with us in a minute, we stood in line for about 10min and left. we then went to Napa were we helped right away. AutoZone you really need to work on your customer service skills!

After driving in from Meridian Idaho, my car indicated my left turn signal was out. I went to auto Zone first thing, asked if they could change the bulb for me. I purchased the bulb and your store manager Jessie was going to change the bulb I purchased then realized the bulb was not burnt out and refunded my money in the bulb I had purchased as it was not needed. Amazing customer service on his part. So thankful for people like Jessie.
Im a loyal shopper pf autozone and will continue to be although I do wish the turnover rate wasnt as high as I do tend to be the one telling and showing them where and what parts in need.
Went in two days ago and one of my best auto zone experiences. I was attended by a gentleman named Javier. I needed a battery which was out of stock, Javier went out of his way saying we just got inventory in a found the battery I needed. It was a emergency consider it was for a atv but it made it for a fun weekend ride around. Two other associates helped me out as well but I didnt catch their names. All very polite, professional and friendly staff. Thanks to those who helped me through my transaction. Highly recommend stopping by for parts.

If you want help with parts don’t go here. The young man that was working on June 16, 2020 doesn’t know anything. He was tall, slender with black curly long hair. I had the old parts and he wouldn’t even look at them to see if they had any. Then he wouldn’t get me spark plugs or wires either. I will be calling the manager on this one. I have shopped there from the beginning. Never again!!!! Bad bad bad customer service!!!!

The moses lake store is the only one around here with their own stuck up rules. The surrounding locations dont have these idiotic rules. Has been a constant problem every time dealing with this location.

Great place for automotive tips, help, and customer service. But, they hardly carry or are able to get the part I need for my 67 f250 and never have the rental tools that I need. They always have to call another store.
I can never go wrong here, they always have the parts I need and the customer service to back it up. Their prices are pretty good too unlike a lot of their competitors.Moses Lake has a lot of auto parts store but I feel like the Moses Lake AutoZone actually appreciates my business so I return over and over and will probably be a customer for life.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am very pregnant, and had a sleeping child in my car, so called the store from the parking lot to get a quote on brake pads. Associate named K.C. gave me the quote and then she came outside to my car to collect the money and bring me the parts so I could avoid lugging in my kiddo. Im happy with the brake pads, but even more thankful for the great customer service I received today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again K.C.! :)

Terrible service if your looking to buy parts. Only one counterman and he was busy at the cash register with umpteen people who needed to pay for the products they came in and retrieved off the shelves. No one else up in the front to help those who needed parts from the back shelves. Once he did finally get to me, I had to tell him 4 times what my truck was so he could look up what fuel pump I needed. They need more people in the front end instead of them doing whatever it was in the back of the store and the guy who did help me should have been asking someone in the back to help him in the front. As many as 7 people at one time were in line to checkout while I kept waiting. Sad!
Guy helped me out with my light bulb change out. He didnt give up til it was replaced. Thanks so much :)

Awesome place other then the female staff. They seem to not like their jobs . Always unhappy and unwelcoming. Please rehire female staff that would love their job, not hate it .

Needed a replacement battery and I found what I needed along with good customer service.
Been in a few times. Staff is always attentive and polite!! Had battery issues sometime back. They charged my battery for free and got me back on the road! The gentleman who helped me even took the time to take my battery out and put it back in without making me feel incompetent, which I most definitely am when it comes to cars. It was very busy when I needed to charge it, and they were happy to help!!

Christmas eve our alternator went out on the freeway... I have had good experiences with Autozone being helpful in the past and actually spent $175 two weeks ago on a battery.So I went in and asked the kind lady behind the counter if she could check the alternator to be sure that was the problem. She did and we determined that was it. She let me barrow some tools to get mine out. I had to pry the old one out, and when I asked to barrow a pry bar the manager was really rude and said they dont have one and its against policy to let me use one off the shelf.. I had to wrangle a wrench to get the alternator out.. I bent it in the process.. then after I spent $160 on a new alternator, I needed a mallott to tap the alternator in place.. I had to buy one for $16. This manager is a jerk, and has no sympathy.. I will be going to competitors next time..they treat me better..
Dale, the store manager, was amazing and helped me tremendously, while trying to head back home and I got stuck in Moses Lake. Very good, attentive, efficient staff that go out of their way to make sure you’re helped. Thank you again, so much, for helping me!

Took my battery to charge, apparently it tested bad when its a brand new battery that just needed to recharge cuz I hadnt drove my car for a while. The girl by the name of Yaritza had no idea what she was doing, I took my battery again the next day just to be sure so I wouldnt have to pay $115 for a new one, my battery was fine when a different employee tested it. Im so glad I went in there again with someone else who actually knew what they were doing & saved myself some money..other than that terrible experience everyone in there was friendly and helpful.

Fair pricing, and what is more expensive than say Wal-Mart, is usually worth not having to walk into Wal-Mart for. But thats AutoZone. The previous person who said Stu (Stew? Never asked him for spelling) knew what you needed to know was very very right. He provides excellent service and always takes the extra step for customers. There are a couple other guys there that know whats going on and also work for and with you. Calling is a lost cause most days though.

Unprofessional, store seems to be ran by kids and customer service is not high on their list. I borrowed a break kit from them and paid the total amount what is normal. I then told them I plan on returning the tool tomorrow on Sunday. I went back to this Auto Zone around noon and was told I cannot return the tool since they did not have enough cash in the till and to come back tomorrow or later that day. I then called back around 2pm and ask if I can return the tool yet since I wanted my money back, again I was told no. It was not until 6:30pm I was able to return the tool, but the manager seemed more concern with something in the back room then helping customers. She did come out to put in her code to approve the cash amount, then went back to the backroom... She was then needed again at the other register to get the cash out, but again she seems to busy or just did not care that a customer that been waiting all day to get his cash back was not a priority for her. The young guy at the till just did something where the manger was not needed and I got my cash back finally.
