I needed an oil change before going on vacation in a few days and they were so kind and helpful over the phone setting up a time ASAP. In person, the girl was professional and kind. I had purchased a Clary Care package which is a great deal and they asked if I wanted a car wash on top of everything. It was great!

Really disappointed by my recent visit here. I was given a quote for what I thought was a whole service, but it ended up only covering part of the service. The total cost came to twice the amount of the original quote. And instead of a four hour job, it was going to have to be in there over the weekend. The only reason for two stars instead of one is that the mechanic was able to get it finished by the end of the day. I used to bring our van here a lot, but never again.
5 stars for servicing department front desk. She was very nice and took care of my vehicle with the oil service package. $169 for 3 synthetic oil changes tire rotations and car washes for within a 2 year span for most vehicles. Cant beat it
Cost more then quoted. Charged fee to pay with my debit card over the phone because the had to manually input the numbers. I was told they would call me back in a few min. Four hours later I had to call them back. They wanted to leave my keys in my car unlocked so I could pick it up after hours. I ended up having to go to AutoZone to get my keys before going to dealership to find my car outback somewhere. Just a bad experience overall. Will not be using Bud Clary again.

Good customer service. I was in town visiting my mom and realized I needed an oil change ASAP. I called that afternoon and they had me in at 9am the next morning. Lindsay checked me in and was friendly both then and when she called with updates on the car. I ended up adding on a transmission service and had my car back that afternoon. I appreciated the quick and friendly communication and the service. The car wash was a bonus. I would definitely come back when in town again.

It was painless, the offer for my trade was right at the price point I wanted, and the new vehicle was a good bargain too.Tina was awesome in her communications with me, providing timely trade-in and purchase prices. If you purchased a fuel injection service, from this company. You were robbed. The techs, open a bottle of chemicals, and dump it into your gas tank. The other bottle of the kit is thrown away. You were charged $119.00 for this unnecessary service. That the manufacturer does not recommend.

Wonderful experience purchasing our new 2020 Honda Odyssey with Megan. She was FANTASTIC. I did my initial investigation using my insurance company which has a service that helps identify the car you want and sends out messages to dealerships letting them know you are interested. Megan brought customer service to a whole new level when compared with the other dealerships that contacted me. Very competitive prices to the other dealerships, but what really stood out and had me driving 1.5 hours away to purchase my car was Megan. She showed a level of commitment and attention that surpassed the other dealerships.
To anyone looking to buy a car and is thinking of this place, I advise you to please save your money. I bought a Subaru from here 2 months ago & the very next day after taking it home it began overheating. I let them know the next day and they didn’t even seem to care because I “bought the car as is.” Imagine a dealer that doesn’t care if they sold a car that isn’t running properly ? The check engine light came on, they told me to take it to a Subaru dealer. I had to pay over $600 to get it fixed. Still to this day, the car still overheats and the problem has not been fixed. I have not drove the car consistently for more than 1 week since I got it. Please save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers.

At the end of his day this guy went out of his way to pull up images on his laptop to show and explain the importance for performing one of the more expensive services recommended. AS USUAL, helpful! We visited the Toyota dealership in Moses Lake and were fortunate enough to be helped by Gary Spencer. We were able to put together a transaction with Gary on a new Toyota Highlander. There was no pressure, no closes, no gimmicks just patient top notch service. We left having made some new friends and drove off in a new Highlander. I am certain the dealership made a little money but we were very pleased with the agreement we came to and are confident we made a good deal on a great vehicle.
We truly had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and ready to help. My family and I went last weekend, Martina was the one that helped us. We told her what we wanted and were looking for, she really did the best at telling us what deals were good and what would benefit us rather than hurt us. Any question we asked, she was on top of it. It’s my first time buying a car so I’m glad she was part of this experience. I have been referring my friends to go their if they want to purchase a vehicle. Just had our 2014 Honda Pilot serviced at Bud Clary Honda of Moses Lake....first visit, have recently moved to Moses Lake from the west side of Washington State. Excellent service all the way....they not only serviced our car but also performed a needed recall repair on the air bag system, and finally, they washed our car before letting us know it was ready to be picked up. Our daughter was driving back home to Seattle from Coeur d’Alene when a passing vehicle pointed to something was wrong with her 2012 Honda Civic. She was approx. 28 miles from the Honda dealership in Mosses Lake in the middle of nowhere. She called the towing co and had her vehicle towed to Bud Clary Honda. We called ahead and spoke to “Guy”. We thought it was the engine undercarriage protective cover (which it turned out to be). and hoped that it wasn’t the oil pan. Guy was reassuring that he would see what he could do to get the vehicle repaired and send her on her way. From the time the vehicle arrived to the time the Guy had the vehicle inspected (and repaired & washed), our daughter and we were treated with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and respect in less than an hour she was on her way to drive back home. Guy & Allie were extremely helpful and informative. I arrived at 11 AM. The work did not start on my car until approximately 12:30 PM. I was not upset… But I did ask Guy why my car was not yet being worked on yet. He explained to me that one of his employees had called in sick and furthermore gave me a more then Adequate explanation .Allie was very helpful in assisting me pick out proper replacement tires for my Toyota. Overall, my experience was an excellent one even though I had to wait a Little longer than expected.

We dont live locally to Moses Lake, but Bud Clary Honda of Moses Lake took care of all the details for us ahead of time before we went to pick up our new vehicle. Martina, our very knowledgeable salesperson was absolutely outstanding- responding quickly, sending us photos to clarify questions we had, & led us along each step of the way. Just starting out on our way home on our cross-country trip are 2018 Honda CRV were all of our warning alerts came up on our dashboard we just got gas in Moses lake and thankfully Moses lake Hondo is just up the street. Guyfrom the service department took great care of us the mechanics were able to troubleshoot and fix our car in about 2 hours and get us back heading east! I really appreciate all at Honda of Moses lake for doing a great joband I would definitely have my car service there again they are very very good people!!! Thank you again for all your help and getting us back on the road quickly and safely!!!!!
I brought my car in to a have an odd squeak checked out. They were unable to fix this issue. At the same, I explicitly asked them (twice) to remove a pebble that was lodged in the base of the coil springs, including showing the mechanic precisely where it was. When they were done with the car, the service advisor said the pebble had been removed...it hadnt been. I dont know whether to attribute this to poor communication between the mechanics and the service advisor or something worse.
I love the car we bought it was amazing, still working on how to do some stuff. The workers there are amazing. I don’t know who the owner is but he treats his worker well. The employees explain what are the details which I like. My salesperson Megan was amazing she was nice and friendly at the same time.
I had my Honda Accord 4 wheel alignment done about October / November of last year. I had to take it back as the steering wheel was off center tilted to the left. Once the winter tires and wheels were removed the inside row of both rear wheels were feathered so bad I will have to purchase new tires this next year due to bad alignment. Should have been able to get one more season out of these tires.Terrible service and very hard to work with Guy on any kind of issue, he even told me I was a very difficult customer to work with (I guess because I expect work to be done as asked).Comments like that and terrible work do not make you ever want to return for anything, not even an oil change.Very disappointed with Bud Clary Honda!
From my personal experience it was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. A gentleman that works there named Gabriel Garza really brightened up my experience there and the entire he works with is amazing. Truly great place. Highly recommend.
I moved here from (WAY) out-of-state, and needed a car ASAP. I was easily able to find a nice used car within my budget through their website. I sent a message, and got a super-prompt reply from their Online Manager, Alex Martinez. He followed-up with me the next day, just as he promised. Since I didnt have a ride, he graciously offered to pick me up in one of their cars and we drove back to the dealership. After test-driving the car, I loved it and started the paperwork right away. It was right before their closing, but Alex and Fry, the Financial Manager, was super patient and helpful completing my paperwork. I had to wait till the next day to get my car (b/c the insurance office was closed already), but once everything was squared away, Alex came to my workplace to drop off my new car. Everything was super-easy and it really meant a lot to someone like me, who is new here. Thank you so much to Alex and Fry! :)
This was the first time buying a car from a dealership, Bud Clary is the only dealership I will ever deal with! I looked on there website on my lunch, spent two minutes filling out a form, less than an hour later Martina called, I couldnt answer so she texted me introducing herself and sent me a link to fill out. Before I was even off work she called and had me approved for a loan for the car I wanted, I was sold, yet before I even made it in that night she had me approved with a even better loan! When I got there she already had the car parked up front for me, even had coffee ready for me! Her customer service is absolutely astronomical! Im a customer for life! I took my 2017 Subaru to Valvoline for an oil change and nothing else. (Different review!) Went home. The next morning, all my lights on my dash start lighting up like a Christmas tree. The nearest Subaru mechanic is 80 minutes away. So I thought, Ill take it to Honda! Theyre the older cousin of Subaru, right? On the way to Bud Clary Honda, I stopped at AutoZone and had them read the computer codes for me, which printout I took and gave to the Honda folks. The next day, late morning, Bud Clary Honda calls: its your intake manifold actuator stuck in the open position. (Exactly the computer code I brought them.) No, dont replace it, my car is still under warranty. Ok, well just charge you a diagnostic fee of $150. You didnt tell me anything new but fine.I take an afternoon off of work the next day and drive to Subaru. They have it for 20 minutes and say we found this disconnected connector on the top front of the engine. We reconnected and no more engine codes. (Also no more dash lights.) No charge from Subaru.

Very dishonest when we had our van fixed there. We had to have things replaced on the undercarriage and we paid to have each Peg put back in on the undercarriage. After having it done my husband discovered that they only put in a fraction, not even half, of the pegs! We took it back and they put in the pegs and said they put in all of them only to discover later they did not. We paid for parts that were not even put on.
We have always had great service here. This visit was just as great I needed help getting my navigation info the technician took time to come out and help me. Once again thank you so much for your time.
