I had a great experience at Adore! My consultant was wonderful and was respectful of my (relatively low) budget. I was buying a wedding dress for a religious ceremony and not for a traditional wedding, but she was able to make the appointment fun and not awkward even though it was a very different situation than what she usually encounters! She helped me feel comfortable and beautiful like any other bride. I never felt pressured to buy anything, whether it was the dress, a veil, or accessories. Two of my friends came with me, and they both agreed that it was a much better experience than what they had had dress shopping. The first dress I tried was the one, and I cant wait to wear it on the big day!

I went to *6* bridal stores. Yes, six. The first 3 did not carry off the rack in my size. The other two said they could rush order something but pulled what they thought I would look best in vs what I asked for.My 6th and final store was adore. Tawnie was my consultant and I came in for the off the rack sale on a random Thursday. The dress I wanted was over budget but if it lasted until Saturday it would be closer to my price range. Tawnie texted me updates each day to let me know it was still there. I ended up selling my originally custom designed gown and bought my dream dress over FaceTime with Tawnie.Never once was I a “budget bride” or “too big”. When alterations elsewhere damaged my dress she went above and beyond to look for a resolution. She was the only person who saw me in my dress until the wedding day & because she was extremely honest, genuine and kind, I knew I did not need any other opinions. She did not try to sway me in to something I didn’t want and went above and beyond to make me feel like a bride when I had given up on finding my dream dress on a modest budget

So for being a first time bride and not having any dress experience, I had the most amazing time finding the rest of my dreams. Tawnie is one of my good friends that I know outside of Adore Bridal, she was able to guide me in the perfect black dress that I have been looking for for a long time. I had this dress on the website stuck in my head for at least six months and even though it was my first dress I tried on and I knew I loved it! She helped me try other dresses to make sure it was The One! I ended up finding the dress of my dreams with the most amazing help from her, she is definitely the girl you need to have help your dream dress come true!

Everyone there was genuinely nice and welcoming. My consultant Tawny was so knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond, having crawled under a couple layers of tulle to pin a different color up so I could get a better idea of what color I wanted to order. Not to mention the store itself is nice and spacious and elegant! They definitely take pride in what they do!

I found my dress at Adore and I couldn’t be happier. Tawnie was so patient and made me feel so special the entire appointment. I think I put my dress on 5 times before I said “I love this dress” even though Tawnie and everyone in my bridal party knew it was “the dress” the entire time. Adore Bridal was the PERFECT place to get my wedding dress. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted so warmly. As the day went on, I was put at ease when trying on dresses (which was outside my comfort zone - you only get married once!). As a plus size woman, I was nervous going in because I have often found that getting clothes that look nice is quite an ordeal. The ladies at Adore made it so easy. They had several dresses ready for me to try on that were all gorgeous and exactly the style I was looking for. I had a prom dress that I loved and that was the style I was wanting. Lacey sent me several option of what I was going to try on. She also had me try on other styles to make sure I didnt want a different style. When I told Lacey what I like about a certain dress and she found one that had all i wanted and I fell in love.

My appointment was on 1/30 and I found the one thanks to Melena! It was my first (and only) bridal dress shopping appointment I made. I wanted it to be at Adore because they allowed me to have my wedding party join in on the experience! We all wore masks and felt comfortable. Melena asked all the right questions to get a feel for what I wanted, she was so fun and really helped me feel at ease with what can be an anxious process. The fact that the last dress she pulled was my “the one” just made it feel that much more magical and I can’t thank everyone enough!

Adore Bridal was amazing! I found THE dress here for my wedding. It is a fun, clean atmosphere in Adore Bridal. The girls are that work here are all friendly and don’t seem pushy like some other places when wedding dress shopping. I also got my veil here, which was beautiful! These girls steamed my dress and veil the week of my wedding and had it ready for me to pick up the day before my wedding. I would highly recommend going here.

I was fortunate enough to get bridesmaid dresses there for a few weddings that I was in. They called asking what style I thought I was interested in. They sent me pictures of dresses based on the style that I thought I wanted. They knew what I was conscious about and they worked with me through that. My appointment was everything a bridal appointment should be. Devon was a perfect fit for me. She helped me find the perfect dress for me.All of my bridesmaids were able to get their dresses through Adore as well.When it came time for my fiance to look at tuxes it was during the closure. The boutique is extremely well run. The team is very friendly and professional. I worked with Devon specifically and she was amazing to work with! I am very indecisive and wanted a variety of dresses to try. She helped me find the one just after about 5 dresses! It was exactly what I pictured myself in and she was extremely supportive and helpful in finding the one. I highly recommend this place to brides!! In terms of the corona virus, they clearly have plan in place with proper sanitation and social distancing. I felt very safe at all times and they made it such a special experience overall!!

As you can imagine finding out you are pregnant 3 months before your wedding is stressful and then figuring out a way to fit into a fitted ball gown at the hip is no longer going to work. Kathie was a godsend to me during this time. I had several and I mean several fittings over the months and days leading up to our wedding as you can imagine my body was changing so much! Kathie also made a custom cathedral veil exactly the way I wanted it!On the day of my wedding I felt beautiful and I didnt feel like I was 5 1/2 months pregnant. Andrea was actually a guest at our wedding too!I cant say enough about the staff at Adore, they worked with my price range, style I requested, and attended to a two very special times in my life always leaving me excited and thrilled to be getting married!

After scheduling an appointment and filling out the question are, they added me on Snapchat and sent me videos of 3 dresses that they had picked for me. I was not happy with this place. They seemed to be a little pushy to sell their gowns instead of making the bride-to-be feel special and make her own choices. The employees did not seem to listen to what the bride-to-be wanted in a gown, instead they brought out what THEY thought would work on her. Im sure there were those who enjoyed their experience at Adore but our experience was nothing more than a disappointment.

The in store experience was amazing. My couch crew had a great time. I loved the setup of the dressing room in the room with my group. Rachel listened to my likes and dislikes, picked up on things I wasnt noticing about the dress. She was focused on me and offering options for alterations or modifications on certain dresses. Seeing myself in the big mirror and her asking me if I ADORE the dress Im in was perfect!! Thank you so much for a fun and special experience. Your team provided exceptional service.

The most stress-free part of the wedding was finding my dress! They were so helpful with not overwhelming me with all of the choices and found my dream dress within an hour! They were all so nice and helpful!

I had no idea what I even wanted. They talked me through it, got an idea out of my vague answers and helped me find my dress in the matter of an hour! I got to try on a bunch of dresses of a ton of styles, all in my cheap price range. I found the most perfect dress that I didnt even know I wanted! 10/10- would recommend

I loved everything! Andrea and Devon were wonderful. This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses and they asked me all the right questions to find dresses that were just what I wanted. The process was intimate and relaxing and so much fun! All the dresses at Adore are gorgeous and Devon found the perfect one that made me feel beautiful! I wouldn’t change a thing. I loved that the experience was so personalized! I loved that you called before hand to see what I was interested in so you had some dresses ready for me before I even got there. The pictures of the dresses made me super excited to come in! Everything was perfect I didn’t think I’d leave with a dress the first time I tried wedding dresses on but I can’t imagine finding a better one!

Loved the ideas sent via snap chat and I ultimately chose a dress that was previewed. I have nothing but great things to say! :-)

The girls at Adore were wonderful and took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. However it was not your “typical” bridal experience (not very private changing rooms, not able to shop for dresses on the racks, no onsite alterations department) which was unexpected but in the end I was able to find the dress of my dreams and I couldn’t be happier!

I didnt know what I wanted, and Megan was very helpful at finding different shapes for me to try to help narrow down what I like and dont like. She was very easy to work with; I was worried I was being difficult because I could mostly point out ones I didnt like rather than say I like ... I feel their staff is so welcoming and is always assuring the bride or customer feels confident and comfortable. Megan was so helpful, I honestly would recommend your boutique and her to anyone. I appreciate her so much for making the process easy and stress free for me. I was dreading this process because of how many brides I know that go to several stores before finding the one.

Poor service and ethics. I clearly expressed which style of dress I wanted. I wanted a halter style top. Instead of being honest and telling me they dont have that style, they put me in a bunch of dresses that I didnt like at all. There was one dress that I liked ok. They were incredibly pushy and eventually convinced me to buy that dress even though I was clearly not that excited about it. Now its my fault for not walking out of there before buying the dress. The dress has now arrived and I contacted them about the alterations as this is a cost they had told me they would cover. The dress has two versions and I wanted the lined version but not the cap sleeves that are on the lined version so the store offered to pay for my alterations. When it came time to get my alterations, the store claims that the alterations they promised to cover is the lined dress that I had chosen since apparently that version is $500 more which I had never been informed of. Im certain they lied to me because I specifically remember them offering to cover the alterations regarding removing the cap sleeves and they never informed me that the lined dress is more expensive.

Loved that they listen and made my daughter feel like a million bucks had the whole family crying
