Absolutely amazing service. The man who helped me (and I wish I had his name!) was so friendly to me and every customer and his coworker and the drivers coming in and out. It was like a scene from the happiest show you’ve ever seen. And then…he totally helped me pack a computer safely and I had no clue so really appreciate that. Expertise and kindness - go here! Service is fine. Came in to do an Amazon return. Turns out I needed to pack the return myself. What was frustrating is that I had a bigger box with me and all I needed was package filler and tape and I was told the box wouldnt work. Now I have to make a second trip to the store which is upsetting.

My wife had two separate boxes she had to return to Amazon. First we went to The UPS store on Oakton. My wife didnt have preprinted labels so we were having trouble figuring out how to do that. Frustrated, we went to Kohls on Dempster in Morton Grove. They could not accept either package because they were delivered via UPS. (I didnt know this because my wife had ordered these packages) We ended up going to the UPS store on Ferris in Morton Grove. A very sweet African American woman approached us from behind the counter. We were having trouble with the computer and getting the label to show on the screen in a way that would allow us to print it. She became busy with customers at the counter so a tall African-American guy helped us. He also was nice. It took him a while but he finally figured it out. After spending about 25 minutes there we were so happy to be able to successfully print out a label. I loved the service I got at this place and told my wife that anytime we need to use UPS I want to come to this store. My wife was so happy when we left she was giggling! This lady was nice to us even though I was getting impatient with my wife and she was trying to rush the woman since she thought she was paying for computer time. If you want good service this store definitely provides it!!!

This is the BEST UPS store, hands down. Francis, Olive, and the rest of the amazing crew go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good experience. I have never run across a nicer group of people who work day in and out in customer service. Always, always, always a smile on their face and a friendly greeting. And it is more than being friendly, this crew KNOWS their UPS stuff! They are able to assist you with any of your shipping needs and more. This UPS store has a loyal customer in me!

This morning a nice guy rocked, yet my friend was ignored while 3 new arrivals were helped. Seriously?

Went to drop off a Amazon package. My printer broke so I asked if they could print the label. They said sure but it costs a little money. I’m thinking a sheet of paper maybe 0.50$ They charged 3.50$ to print the label. And wanted me to buy a package to cover all the labels for 4$. I paid for the label and left. Does Amazon not pay them to ship packages back? I will not be using UPS drop off anymore.

I frequently ship items from different providers but I really enjoy this store the most. The guy that works there, Francis, provides excellent customer service and is always in a good mood. Ive never walked in there and had a bad experience hes always very friendly and helpful. You wont find this type of service at USPS or FedEx honestly

They currently have the very best customer service I have ever experienced for a shipping or postal related store/service. They gentlemen who helped me today (and in recent months) were extremely helpful. They were also very considerate to the many other customers who came by. They have both UPS and DHL servicing.

I have been to several UPS stores and this is by far the best! I waited until I went 3 times before leaving this review. Each and every time I had a great experience! They go out of their way to help me package and tape my outgoing packages.

I had 2 copies printed that cost me a grand total $7.30. Before hand I ask him what the price would be and he said 40 cents a copy. The store is a really big rip off and you could get the same copies made at office max for 50 cents.I appreciate you letting me use the text message. The only reason is because your computer would not take in my email. If I was at OfficeMax for 2 hrs I would still be charged the same as being there 1 min. Regardless dont’ you think 2 sheets used to make a copy is worth over $7 dollars. (That was insane). I been there a few times and your a real friendly and a nice guy but I hate getting ripped off and used the situation me needing those documents to charge whatever amount. If I didn’t have to have them I would have told you to throw them away and I was not gonna pay for them. Regardless I chose your store to do business and I was upset this happened. Your a good friendly guy but this is gonna happened again and again with other customers. Except the prices of the copies and everything seems to run fair.

I go here for ALL of my postage needs. The customer service at this UPS store is unparalleled. Francis is kind, generous, and helpful. Olive is unbelievable - first, she always knows the best way to ship something, and second, her smile makes my day better. They know my name. They help me. This UPS store is truly special.

This place is a BIG rip off. The guy told me after printing a page tha I emailed him... that it will be $3 plus $0.10 and tax for 1 b/w print. I had just emailed him. I did not even use the computer. NO OTHER UPS store does this. I tried explaining this to him yet he charged me the $3.51 for printing one b/w page. RIP OFF! Go to FedEx or another UPS store. These guys are just there to rip you off! Bad bad service by the manager Francis! Never going back! And I recommend you stay away as well!

I only come here for drop off of UPS packages for Amazon. Most visits are uneventful. Except for the last two.On one visit, I came by to drop off a package with a scan code that Amazon had emailed me. The couldn’t figure out how to process it. He got frustrated and asked me to instead have Amazon send me a pre-printed label.On another visit, I came with my 10yo son. While I waited in line, my son browsed the store. As my son picked up something (was not making a mess or anything) and the attendant snapped at my son told him to put the the item down.Poor service. I would go elsewhere to drop off packages if it were more convenient.

I wish everyone I dealt with was this great. Incredible customer service and very helpful. I dont have to ship items often, but every time has been great. Now if only they could take over the local Post Offices, as that is an experience that makes a trip to the DMV look good.

I live in the city and needed something mailed out ASAP !! I just happened to be in Morton Grove and decided to use this UPS location and I was truly happy I did . You can bet anytime Im anywhere near this location and need any service I will make sure I go to this location . The manage Francis was truly a pleasure to work with and treated my fiancé and I with the upmost respect and was so patient with all our questions . Not only is the service great but had even a great time just talking to Francis about other things and just sharing a few laughs . I walked in with 2 boxes and an envelope. Francis takes one box- he is on the phone- goes to the back and continues on the phone, returns maybe 5 min later after I called many times, takes my second box, on the phone still, lady walks in and takes her package- I mention Ive been standing here for a while and continues with lady, still on the phone, takes a minute to finish call and thanks me, I guess the person was still on the phone bc he asks if he should disconnect.

AVOID this location if possible. Skokie & Wilmette locations have NEVER charged for printing a prepaid shipping label. I came here out of necessity to meet a shipping deadline.
