Never once did I get stale meat. Always fresh!Peeps are hardworking and trustworthy over here. :)Not to mention, no other store in Chicago has beef steaks always in stock, I have no idea how but they do it here.

Sorry to say when Mr Asghar was working the customer service and atmosphere of store was excellent but now the lady who is a owner of the store misbehave me three times and gave me the worst customer service in the store.She wasted my time and also. blaming me twice that I did not respect her she is always rude especially with Pakistani people. I was in the checkout line and she ignored me and she called another customer who was behind me when I complained she again misbehave. me and started shouting and said dont I m busy

All expired items. This is my second time buying there all the groceries are expired. No expiration dates, she told me everything is is fresh . When I brought home worms and bad smell, old oil smell, I have to garbage every thing.

I have been to this store for the first time two weeks back to get good quality meat cuz I live at devon and I am not satisfied with the meat I usually buy from the store here, so I went to Ruby Grocery store and order good baby goat meat about 5 pounds the person on customer service fully convinced me that they guys sell good meat BUT after using that meat in cooking came to know that they guys literally cheat their customer the meat is a mixture of the old goat plus beef and the quality of meat is really bad that we can’t even eat cuz very bad smell coming from it . I am fully disappointed with this grocery store and do not recommend others to do business with this store .

Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life. they are extremely rude and dont take their rotten stuff back. never going back to this place again in my life. please avoid them as they give expensive stuff than other desi stores and make fake promises, which they never fulfill.. refrain from this grocery store. I was recommended this place for halal meat and chicken. And I have to say they are one of the best in Chicago land. Their meat and chicken is not giant sized like so many other places. I always go here to get my meat, I have been going there for a while. The Mexican butchers are very kind. BUTTT out of no where today I went to pick some turkey slices and some tandoori naan and I did not bring cash. I had my debit card which the uncle there says that i have to get a certain amount of things to buy from my debit card. I thought it was at least 5 dollars and then i could use my debit card.but he said no i have to get at least 10 dollars worth of stuff, Than i was like can you just write it down for now since i buy a lot of meat from him weekly, and then he gets all mad like why you come here with no cash trying to buy things with no cash, i dont wirte down little things. first of all i do have money (debit card) ...... anyways i feel like the uncle got mad for no reason and was being bogus. I will never get my meat from him again. smh
