Frank was extremely qualified and professional and addressed my concerns about any open gaps at the top or bottom of the door frame. He took care of everything in a professional and timely manner and left the entire install looking completely finished and spectacular! Couldn’t be happier with the look and feel of these new closet doors!

I placed my order last March, and was told at the time that it would take about 3 months to deliver. After 3 months I started contacting them for status on my order (they were never proactive in reaching out to me). I completely understand the current delays and difficulties in the construction industry due to COVID. But it would have been nice to receive some information. Finally, after waiting 5 months my doors were ready for installation! Frank was my installer, and he was very kind and hard working. He did an OK job, not great. Two bedroom doors right next to each other dont line up correctly (completely out of level), and he forgot to install the sweep on the exterior garage door so I have a 1/2-inch gap at the bottom that lets in cold air and insects. How could that happen if the door was measured and installed correctly?This wasnt Franks fault but the original order was short one door, which means my front hall closet doors were not installed that day, and they would have to start over with a new order! Now, 2 months later...I still have heard NOTHING proactive from this company about the status of my closet doors. And despite being told that someone would contact me to arrange for installation of the garage door sweep, no one has called. Lastly, if you are replacing bi-fold doors with regular swing doors like I did, dont be surprised when they dont install any casing around the new doors. This was apparently stated on the contract that trim was not included, although when I reviewed the paperwork looking for that specific information, I could not find it. To Franks credit, he took it upon himself to perform that service for me because he felt bad that I wasnt aware the casing wasnt included, otherwise I would have given this business only 1 star. This was a lot of money to spend on doors that are just OK.

I would give Frank 6 stars on installation. Went much faster that I ever thought for 13-14 doors. Technology works - measurements were accurate - the doors look great!

2 installs at our home and same excellent service each time. Prompt, efficient and professional - can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend

We had ordered closets and doors. Service was terrible. Quality of work was bad. You could not get in touch with him. My husband had to go to the business next door to Brads and asked them to get in touch with him. When he finally came out to install, nothing fit properly. Last time he came, tried to fix things, but could not. Doors where the wrong color, drawers were not plumb and closing correctly. He had no techs, tried to do everything himself. I fired him, and would never recommend this business to anyone.

I love my new doors! Frank, our installer, was fantastic. We had 8 doors installed in an old house where nothing is plumb and Frank replaced them in a little over 2 hours. Every door is straight, opens and closes easily; in a word - perfect. Frank even replaced our alarm sensor on the door saving me from having to call the alarm company. And the icing on the cake is that Frank is a very nice guy. I highly recommend this company.
