The staff at Audi Morton Grove was great and made our car buying process easy. Stevie on the sales floor team in particular is a bright spot on the staff being very knowledgeable about each vehicle and fun to chat with. The vehicle we purchased was of the highest quality and the service staff took great care of the car during our first checkup. If your considering buying a car Id highly recommend doing so from Audi Morton Grove!

Horrible service! I paid over $400 just for 10k service check & I was getting off work at 5pm. The dealership is 45 minutes away from me and I was running late to pick up my vehicle (Service closed at 6pm). I called to let the know I would be about 5 minutes after 6pm ( they checked with management and stated that was fine) Once I was about 10 minutes away, I got a call from a girl in the service department stating they will not wait 5 minutes for me to get there and they Have to clock out at 6pm. This is horrible service, she then HUNG UP on me after I explained the managers stated this was okay. Once I got there AT 6:03PM the service dept was CLOSED! I was so upset they couldnt wait just a few minutes. The sales manager had to call the service rep to come back into the dealership to cash me out. What a horrible experience!

Afana is one of the most amazing people that I have met here at Audi that helped me. I have honestly never had someone so dedicated to help and inform me about a car. The only person I would buy a car from thanks to Afana! :)
