This company was unable to accommodate my tree needs. The office person I spoke to was polite, though apologetic because they would be unable to even assess my tree issues for almost two weeks. I knew the job could not be done while I could be present, but their inability to view the job made them ineligible to do it. Maybe they didnt need or want the job, but I was less than impressed by their response.
