One of the cleanest and well stocked grocery stores in Hamblen County.

This angles is a very good theyre very out-of-date their store doesnt have a lot of good variety especially their fresh fruits produce department isnt that good neither their Deli doesnt have a huge variety when on the other side of Morristown on the west end their Ingles is very good up to par have a huge variety has a salad bar that is huge their fresh fruit is a huge area their vegetables have a great variety and they have a lot of different stuff in stock at all times and theyre more than willing to order you something specific if you would like it. But this Ingles needs a huge redo Remodel and they need to come up to this Century because their business is just going to go down further.

Always clean and with better products and choices. A little more expensive than other grocery stores, but where else can you grind your own coffee? Love it

I love this store! If I cant find a spice or other grocery item elsewhere, I can count on Ingles to carry it! Prices are a tad higher than other stores but they run good sales and specials. Produce is always good and wide variety of dairy products. Employees are very nice and helpful. Handicapped ride carts are available.

They have a large selection of groceries and a wonderful organized aisle of ethnic items. The lady working in the deli was absolutely awesome, I hope she finds a home with the acres shes looking for. People working here are very nice and helpful.

This store is the worst! I went in on a rainy day a few weeks ago and there were multiple roof leaks. several of the aisles were a mess and I could not find what I was looking for and on 2 occasions during this visit, only to later find them on another aisle completely out of place. They seem to leave carts of random things all over the store and I found several empty pop bottles along the shelves. After I got about halfway through my grocery list, I started having an allergic reaction to black mold (likely from all the leaks that have been building up over time and never fixed). I had to hurry and get out of there!I thought the water in the floor and excessive use of those orange pool-noodle-looking things was solely related to the roof leaks, but as it turns out, on a quick return visit, upon which, my son ran in for me, he told me that there are still several of those leak containing doohickies around the freezers indicating some of them are leaking continuously (also contributing to cultivation of black mold Im sure).I first thought this was just a bad company, but then I happened to stumble upon another Ingles in the same town, which was very well organized, completely clean and most importantly, did not trigger any allergic reactions.I do not recommend this store to anyone who happens to be in the east Morristown area, native or visiting like I was. I like checking out grocery stores that we dont have back home and ingles as a whole seems pretty nice, but this specific store is NOT.Oh! I almost forgot, the parking lot was in deplorable condition and contained many puddles and deep potholes. On both occasions that I visited, My Rover suffered some pretty unforgiving interactions with those holes causing my mechanic to inform me of some possible issues when I took it for an alignment just weeks later. Also, this store is next door (attached) to an abandoned cinema which appears too be pretty decrepit. I would not be surprised if there are some related structural issues.

This store is a good place to shop. Good staff. I have shopped there weekly for 25-30 years. Could use an updateHowever, the manager, Stacy, is a rabid right winger who made the comment “Democrats are the right hand satan”, to a customer in the presence of other customers and some of his staff. Very ugly, small minded and insulting. I am not easily offended but as a Democrat, I found that to be very offensive and totally non professional.I will now take my business to Food City.Vicki Mahan

I love this grocery store! It is not flashy, just has great customer service, low prices and a friendly, helpful staff. The produce is high quality and fresh. The deli has the best-tasting salads, sandwiches and hot foods. I like the sales, which are straightforward and simple, no games to play and no special hours. Life is complicated. Grocery shopping should be simple!

Giving them 2 stars because some of their cashiers seem a little brain dead and dont seem to understand you need to push scanned items CLEAR of the scanner! Watched as the same item was scanned nearly a dozen times because the lady set it right next to the scanner and she didnt even blink when I told her what happened! Just gave me a blank look like, so what? If you shop here, you better check your receipts! I definitely was trying to buy ONE jar of garlic!

This particular angles has chocolate covered fruit that is out of this world. Its sometimes hard to find because it may not be with the dried fruits or with a chocolate but theyre delicious and I would recommend a chocolate-covered blueberries and chocolate covered cherries to everyone that even remotely likes chocolate covered fruit like that.

Great selection of vegeteraian cheeses milksHard to find foods,replacements for people with food allergies. I am so very ecstatic that this area finally has an easy to access foods that we could not get without making a day trip or having to settle for an inferior product there are only a few other stores in over a 50 mile radius with a few choices of milk but never cheese and flours and milks and food replacements I was so encouraged because its very hard to cook for a child with allergies without the basics and they had them all everything from coconut flour to coconut evaporated milk so happy can cook alot more now thanks to

Ingles East is my favorite store! Everyone treats you like family, helps you find things and their selection is wonderful! Highly recommended, we love our local store.

I dont shop here often, but it does pay to check their weekly ads. Sometimes there are great sales. Its a really nice store, but if youre on a tight budget like I am then you likely wont want to do the majority of your grocery shopping there. It can be a bit pricey .

The light was awful. Could not really tell what you were getting. Also, what I could tell, it wasnt very clean.. I left that store. This is on the east end of morristown. I should have gone to the west end... will not be back!
