Bought 2 Bavarian cream donuts. Got home they are plain. I called and the girl said not her problem they should of been filled before she came in. I said okay, they are not. So, you need to take my name and number so they can correct this. She refused!!! I used to love this place but she could of handled it professionally and corrected their mistake. She refused to correct and kept saying, well, they should of been filled before I came in.

Good donuts but sometimes over proofed and greasy. Overall..good yeast raised donuts with ample amount of filling. But cake donuts usually avoid there.

They have such great donuts, even better than DK, way more of a selection and theyre very friendly. Delicious lol.

Free Parking and handicap parking. Not so friendly on entering the building but when you park in front of the building you can see the display of variety donuts plus the menu.. Great Donuts 🍩 for the price. The employee was great and nice. We set outside on picnic table 😊. This place is clean I suggest you try it.

Dont waste your money going to a chain doughnut shop when you can come to Sunrise Donuts! The quality here FAR surpasses what youll find elsewhere. Prices are very reasonable, staff are friendly, and the taste is out of this world!!

This place is amazing! First time we ever went was tonight. The woman working was the absolute sweetest lady. They didn’t have one of the fillings I requested, so she immediately went and filled me two of them. I didn’t ask her to, she just immediately volunteers and went. That, in itself, is amazing customer service!As for the donuts: I know this will cause controversy, but these donuts were so much better than Dunkin’ Donuts or Krispy Kreme. I had never stopped, but we are thinking about making this a weekly trip.As for the price, some people are saying these were expensive. I really don’t think they were. I paid ~$20 for 2 dozen (one day glazed, one mixed). That’s right about what I pay at Krispy Kreme. And, they have a much larger variety and it’s a local business. If it’s overall a dollar more than a large corporation (for a better product even!) that’s 100% worth it.Now, the cheapo frozen donuts of Dunkin, Food City, and Walmart are much cheaper, yeah. But, we are talking about quality donuts here.

I almost never give 5 star reviews but the fritters are the best Ive ever had. Everything was fresh, good service, good price. Highly recommend. A large variety to choose from but they sale out fast. Cant wait to try all the flavors. I also love the packaging, very nice to give as a gift.
