My family loves coming here. We take our boys and they thoroughly enjoy seeing the bunnies, ducklings and chicks. Not to mention the tractors! I have purchased many things here. I got a really nice $30 winter jacket and some nice shirts here. Also, some good deals on tool sets. I appreciate the employees and their attentiveness with the shoppers. Great positive attitudes. The store is kept clean, even after offering the free popcorn that inevitably ends up on the floor when my kids decide they’re full…

Quality products at a reasonable rate. We love their blue jeans, animal feed, and popcorn! Great place to walk around with the family.

This store is a complete mess. There is junk everywhere. We went specifically for boots, but none of them were in the right spot so we struggled to find any. We opened two different boxes that had old shoes in them, as if someone switched theirs for the new ones. An employee took a football from one of my kids when he dropped it. It was really pathetic. We will try another location next.

Very friendly animals area employee. Scott was very knowledgeable about the animals and what to feed them and everything. I would give five stars but the cashier was not very friendly and acted like she didnt want to be there.

Well, we love their Rural King Spring Water; but a lot of times theyre out of stock when we need to purchase more because we usually get a big quantity of 20 cases at a time so we dont have to go back for more in awhile. This last time we had to order it online in order to make sure we would have them when they come in on the truck. Evidently someone doesnt know how to count! We didnt count them when the workers put them on the truck; assuming there were the exact amount of 40 cases this time. There was one missing. So I called them and they said to come back to the store when we got a chance to, and they would give us the other case!!! So..... Moral of the story: THEY STAND BY THEIR WORD!!!Thats not the only thing we go over there for tho, we get our k-cup coffee there too because its not only good coffee; its the cheapest coffee than anywhere else weve looked for it at! Plus, we just see what new items they have that we think we may like and try them! We have been buying this spring water and coffee ever since theres been a store thats 40 minutes away from our home and will never stop buying them cause its the best tasting water and coffee!!!

I havent visited all areas of the store but my husband is enamored with the hunting supply section. I have visited the vast array of dog supplies and foods. Also, the bunnies and diddles.Large store...lots of stuff. Accessible for everyone .

I love Rural King & so does my husband! We get our chicken feed here along with cat & dog food cause its so much cheaper than other farm stores. They have lots of clothing apparel for everyone in family. Gloves available year around & they do carry guns that can be purchased with background check!

Ive never seen this store in this shape. It was so messy and dirty. There was stuff all in the floors. There was hardly anything on the shelves. Stuff was scattered in inappropriate spots all over the store. I seen a total of 4 people working in the whole store. All looked like teenagers. If this is all they can offer they need to close the store.

The store is less than 2 miles from my house. First time ever been to one of these stores. Lots of variety here. Anyone I have come in contact with at the store has been friendly and helpful. Great store, I am sure I will be back to more.

1st time going before work..... dont do it ...lol. Go on your day off, theres so much, most prices are very good.

I go here for wild bird seeds bit invariably find something else I just had to hsve...I just didnt know until I saw it.

Bought a dog harness for $25. Got home and discovered it was broken. When we went back, the next time we went to Morristown, customer service at first was going to take it until we told them it was broken and showed them where it was zip tied to appear ok. Then she told us it was over 30 days and would not take return. She would not get a store manager or help us in any way. Very disappointed that they sold an obviously broken item and then would not return our money.

Huge store with a lot of everything!Outdoor clothing, tools, guns & ammo, kayaks, smokers & grills, meat cutting band saws, little plastic bags & seasonings for your fresh ground sausage, garden stuff, and the list goes on and on. You can find great deals here.Some things are not priced, and you have to carry them up front to ask the price.Great place to spend a couple hours looking around at everything they offer.The pictures of all the shop lifters all thru-out the store is a little off putting. The pictures dont show the individuals putting stuff in their pockets, but of the individuals pushing shopping carts, or just going out the door. Nor does it show the individuals sitting in the back of a police car. So, then you start looking at all the cameras in the ceiling & start feeling paranoid about big brother... and your afraid to put your hands in your pockets or scratch your behind.The cashiers are fabulous, helpful, and friendly.The store losses one star from getting 5 stars due to a bunch of items not being priced; and all the pictures shaming the supposed shop lifters.

Great place with median to low prices on hardware and farm necessities. They had flip flops for 99 cents and some cute shirts for 5.99 though.

My daughter loves rural king, but theres never any schliech horses and my daughters grandpa would like to go look in the store like every one else but the wheelchairs never work they have been down for months.

Unbelievably this store has worse customer service than wal mart!! Impossible to get anything and check out in a timely fashion because they have 2 registers open and 10 people in line. Store is filthy and poorly stocked.

This is a really nice place. They have a variety of items from tools, clothes, pet food, farming needs and candy. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Prices are comparable to other businesses in the area. I would definitely shop there again. Also they have some amazing chicken coops.

I love this store. The sell feed, groceries, clothes, plumbing, fencing, and even guns and ammo. They are much cheaper than Tractor Supply.

If what I wanted had not been there I would have left. No one to assist. When you finally got one of the young BOYS to help I knew more than they did and Im a 65 year old woman. Wanted to scream can I get some help. One word pitiful but Im afraid you are not going to get better in this day. There was one manager Jason trying to do it all.

WOW the store is a huge mess today. It appears as if management walked out or something! Long lines at checkout, long faces on employees…. This store needs help. It has been great for the past couple seasons but not this weekend

Filthy bathrooms (toilet not even properly connected to the floor), filthy rabbit cages, severely understaffed and near always out of stock. I’ve had to leave the store in the past because they couldn’t find a SKU for a product, and today it happened to the guy in front of me. It took 4 employees to not fix a problem. Go to tractor supply. More expensive, but at least everything is well taken care of.

Love this place but the prices on ammo was way over the top especially for the quality of ammo they had.

Its a store. After you get your merchandise you have to wait an hour to get cashed out and then the employees seem like they hate being there. And they act like a register isnt going to tell them a price.

Shelves are fully stocked, not long waits, nice and courteous service

Had the gun we wanted, just no bullets and has been out of them for months.

This store was the worst Rural King I have ever seen. The layout was terrible, the restrooms were dirty, the rabbit cages were filthy, the chick pens smelled (worse than in any store Ive been), there was no hand sanitizer near the animals, and it was difficult to find from the main road. The only plus side was the few employees we encountered were smiling and pleasant.

Store could use some updates to building, but it is the best !!

Went in for new chain for my Stihl and the shelves were about empty. Not just the chains bit about everything in the store

I love this store, from the prices to the wide array of products, well the wide array of products they are suppose to have in stock. If it was once I understand, but seems to be an occurring theme, 1 example being sporting goods area. The glass cases were stocked with various products which were guns or higher end versions of other products from the shelves, problem is the shelves were empty, example....was looking for binoculars, in the case were 3 types all over a $100 and stocked full, go to the shelf to find more of my price point and they had exactly what I was looking for, well the tags for what I was looking for, had tags rom $14.99 to $99.99, great variety, except they had 2 pair for $69.99 and thats it. To me it appears to be a dept issue because if its in the case they order the product, but if the mgr or whoever has to leave the stool he/she is sitting on, its not gonna happen, nor be offered help to find anything. There were empty displays, shipping displays at that sitting on the sales floor, thats just trash sitting there at that point. Update: Not a single dept issue, several depts have issues, the tool dept is worse, so let down, been this way for months now. Then if you do find something to actually buy you have the joy of standing in line at the 1 register they have open and the line backed up. Out of the last 4 visits this has been the case everytime, with and average of 10 mins to check out, only once opening a sec register, all while several workers stood behind the customer service desk. I love the store but its getting harder and harder to visit each time. Seems if the manager did a weekly store walkthrough this issues wouldnt be to the level it is now, not sure what has happened here.

Cheapest smoker pellets in the area. Also, best selection of birdseed/suet blocks in the area. Like, I literally got into feeding and watching birds because of RK. I have a serious addiction and they have my money for the duration of their existence. The Customer Service/Pickup area could benefit from an organizational revamp though, as I have never successfully picked up a complete order from the store. But, going in and shopping is fun, and when theres not a plague going on, they have free popcorn and coffee.

Mouthy employee. Checked out at customer service desk. Used my finger at credit card machine Oops. Big deal. Pregnant girl up there says “it doesn’t say use the black pen STUPID but it should!” The girl checking me out agrees. Stunned, I returned my sons candy and beef sticks. I am not deaf or stupid.NOTHING is worth that kind of attitude.

I really like Rural King. They have so much to choose from. I have found so many good deals here. I purchased a pair of Muck insulated hunting boots for 99.00and they were 149.00 elsewhere. The only thing wrong here is they have trouble getting guns in stock as well as ammunition. This is not their fault. All other stores that sell guns are having the same problem. You can order guns online but Im a hands on guy. If you need anything from clothes to boots, food, animal products, to hunting supplies, theyve got it. I will definitely keep going back.

WHAT happened?.. went in today and shelves 1/2 empty, nothing cool for sale outside as usual.. couldnt find anything I wanted, 70% of clothes were unfolded and tossed around of what clothes they had,,, very very sad,, asked a young girl for help finding something and she had zero interest in helping so I asked what happened to this store and she told me employees dont like it here so we dont care... guess this store will be closed soon... again.. so very sad
