Absolutely LOVE this local boutique. It is my new “go-to” store for everything... work clothes, play clothes, going out clothes, sunglasses- they always have the cutest and trendiest styles! Also everyone that works there is awesome and always so helpful. Looking forward to all the new summer clothes!! ❤️

Return policies should be clearly stated or displayed. It’s also rude to hear a harsh “no” from a manager.. I would have been okay with a store credit or exchange if given. With that being said, I won’t be returning.However, I do not discourage anyone from shopping here or checking the place out.EDIT: I wasn’t sure how to reply..RE: Owner’s ResponseIt’s ok, thank you. I took the message from the sales associate who reached out to the manager.I should have also stated that the girl who took my call was very nice and helpful.The return policy does not come up on the receipt and I didn’t see it at check out (an oversight on my part).It’s business. Ive asked for a refund or opportunity to return the item as I never would have purchased it had the stains been brought to my attention. Store credit is a nice gesture, but doesnt solve the issue. Happy holidays to you too.

I really wanted to like this boutique - great pieces, wonderful new retail option for Morristown. Unfortunately - I won’t be back. Bought a shirt that turned out to have two stains on the back. After voicing my disappointment, owners didn’t care (turns out they had known there was a manufacturer defect). Feels like it was a “gotcha” moment — management more concerned with getting quick sale than building long term loyalty.
