I own a cellphone store in Littleton, CO. One of my best customers was in NJ for vacation and damaged her charger port. She took it to this store out of desperation and these people destroyed her phone. We have been in business for 19 years and fix tens of Iphone daily. A charger port repair is very easy for a tech that has the slightest clue of what theyre doing but was apparently too hard for these incompetent techs. These crooks replaced her battery for some reason, cracking her screen in the process. The screen was also left partially unplugged, rendering it unusable and with LCD distortions. On top of all that, they put static shield covers in upside down and left screws out and then expected her to pay for the battery she didnt even need or ask for! This pawn/gold/cellphone store is probably a drug front but if not, then definitely not a qualified repair shop. STAY AWAY AND BEWARE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PHONE TRASHED AND MONEY ESSENTIALLY STOLEN.
