They screwed us bad. Our vinyl floor is messed up bad and they told us it would level out in a few days if not call them and they would come back to fix it.Well 3days went by still like that we called them to tell them they came to look at it said they tell there boss.ok few more days went by still not heard from them so we called again. Any ways we called them 7times and his secretary said she tell him still NOTHING. They took the money and but didnt do there job.PLEASE consider other places. DO NOT USE BILL PARKER. w are thinking about taking him to court.if he would be a man and call us and fix there mistake we wouldnt.

Limited on Quality carpeting but Friendly staff, Great installers, Great service.Attempted to use a 2nd time..same carpet, slightly larger room, by maybe a foot. Price Doubled. We used someone else

They did an estimate for us on a commercial flooring job. The job was approved and we called them to arrange scheduling. They assured us on multiple phone calls that they would meet our scheduling deadline. After missing this deadline and making us look like idiots to our client, their response was, I guess we arent interested in the job then.Use this company at your own risk. You have been warned.

I wouldnt even give 1star. We had new carpet in hallway and vinyl in 2 bedrooms the bathroom and living room well living room looks like waves going down both sides of the room and we called them and called them and they wont even call us back. Go else where please.

I got parkers flooring to put laminate flooring on my floors.after they was thru the flooring started coming up.they sent the same people back and all they wanted to do was make excuses why they should not fix what was coming up. I would not reccomend them .i had some friends come over and look at it and i was ashamed when they showed me all the flaws.if you are doing flooring go somewhere else charles elkins
