We purchased a used Cooper from them. While test driving we noticed the brakes felt funny and reported it. We were told it was just because it was sitting and they were fine. We asked them to double check. They did and said they were fine. After driving it for only 200 miles, they felt even worse. We took it to our mechanic and he found that the rotors were pitted and in very bad shape, failing inspection. He also noticed the brake sensors were disconnected. We replaced them and reported the issues to the dealer. They insist the brakes were fine at time of purchase and refused to assist us or take responsibility for anythingFurthermore, we also looked at a new Cooper the same day that was marked around $32,000. When the dealer ran the numbers, they raised the purchase price to $35,000, stating that new models were hard to get and refusing to honor the sticker price. This is why we went with the used model, hoping they were correct about the brakes merely being rustyWe will not be returning to Mini of Morristown

Drove 7 hours for an appointment to see a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Arrived at the dealership after driving all day long and received a call that it had sold. Approached a salesman who then had informed us that the jeep had sold and immediately walked away. All we wanted was basic respect and honor of our offer as a trusted customer, and they couldnt even offer us that. Dont base your buying experience upon their inventory online or appointments, because nothing is guaranteed. Poor business practice.

I was quite disheartened after visiting a different mini dealership, but figured I’d give Morristown Mini a try. Tom was my salesman and quite chatty and patient with me. He knew the inventory and showed me every car that met my growing list of requirements (comfort access, s model, backup sensors, upgraded lights etc). I don’t ask for much 🤣 once we found a car that met all my requirements, I had the pleasure of working with Omar. I do mean pleasure in a non-sarcastic way. He was very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure I was happy with my purchase and experience. He even measured the tread on the tires and put the car on the lift so I could fully inspect the car with Jeremy. The sales manager insulted me! If he didn’t agree with the negotiation, he could have been polite about it. I was not about to pay their fraudulent inflated fees, but he wasn’t happy about that.

Brought my car here for service and while they were doing a diagnostic test something went wrong. In the end they managed to resolve the issue and the manager was kind. The problem was that they were unaware of certain warranties that covered some of my repair, which to me seems very unprofessional, and the fact that I had to do the research and specifically ask to speak with the manager when this issue occured really made this a frustrating experience. Especially since the manager was aware of the problem when it happened and didnt specifically reach out to me as I waited at the dealeship for the diagnosis. They did work with me on the price which I appreciated but the frustrations of this experience will definitely make me think twice before going to any dealership again unless absolutely necessary.

Bait & Switch is alive and well here unfortunately. When I asked what the lowest they could let the car go for I was told manager approved 1k, I hadnt gotten right back and the next morning got a call stating an additional $500 was being offered, I agreed and asked for the paperwork to get started. Upon receipt I noticed there was no purchase agreement even though I had given a deposit, so I asked to confirm the price in writing along with the 1k national mini rebate and at that point they reneged and would no longer honor because they had included that. So essentially the original discount was full price disguised by this rebate which everyone is entitled to on this vehicle, when I questioned they said they wouldnt give that promotion unless the customer was savvy enough to ask for it and instead would keep it for themselves. I asked if they could at least honor the original discount since this was misleading and they would not, and ultimately let the deal go being only $250 away. This tells me there was going to be more surprise fees at delivery because who loses a 40k sale over $250 coming off a pandemic? Thankfully this was going to be a 3rd car for us as we already have two Teslas, I would caution those that could get further along in the process to be weary if you could get backed into a corner.

Recently purchased a used car from this dealership. The only upside was dealing with a respectable sales rep. Every other aspect of the sales business was shady. They tried to slyly sell me the car with noticeable problems, stating that nothing was wrong with it. They ended up giving me a VSC because their service manager drove the car and noted an issue, which in any case proved unusable because the issues occurred before I purchased the car. The worst part was the sales manager wanted me to lie and say these issues happened while I possessed ownership of the vehicle. They ended up paying for the repairs, but now the manager will not take my calls to even send me what repairs were done to the vehicle. The worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

Just ordered my new mini. The fastest and easiest purchase Ive made. The price was significantly less than other quotes I had. I am extremely happy with my experience so far. Tom Dinkelspiel is a very helpful salesman, is very passionate about his cars, and did a great job of explaining the features in the car. I appreciate that in a salesman.Now I have my Mini after waiting 7 weeks for it to be built in the Netherlands exactly to my specifications. It has been a great experience overall. The car itself was even better than I expected and not only would I recommend Mini, but everyone at Morristown Mini has been friendly and helpful.

I, bought a mini 4 door s a month ago. My salesman Richard was excellent. He continues to be excellent even after the sales process is over, after a month. He responds right away to any concerns or questions I may have no matter what time of the day. If you have to buy a car, I suggest going to him.

When they say stealership, its true. These people tried charging me $325 to do spark plugs, $740 for just brake pads, $2,385 for a belt tensioner / belt / and an axle. Do not go here, they are robbing people.

He not only got me a great deal, he helped me drive it home today rather than have to come back to pick it up. Got me NY plates and insurance on the weekend! No hassles. Clean comfortable dealership. Bought our first mini last month - got a great deal! Cannot say enough nice words for Rich (Richard Song); he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and cheerful. He constantly followed up even after the sale making sure that we have everything we need. There was a small hiccup (delay) in getting the license plates, but that was not in their control.
