Thank you Robert ZorroWe have Robin here who helped us throughout the process. We found him honest, helpful, friendly and highly skilled as a customer service/ sales person. Myself and my wife have a very positive experience with Beyer.
Rob Z. bought my used car. Was responsive and handled everything very smoothly. Good price. Would definitely use them again.
Just sold my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee thanks to Rob Zalusky and Eric Arnold. The process was quick and easy. Def recommended!
Recently sold my car to Beyer - quick and fast transaction. Worked with Rob Z. - no hassle and very up front and honest to work with.
I cannot say enough good things about this dealer. Purchased a new Jeep from them, came specifically to this dealer because of the vehicle that I wanted, even though it is far from home. From test drive to drive home, and even after, they were above and beyond professional. Immediately up front and honest about pricing, ease of test drive, and speed of prepping vehicle and paperwork to be out in a short amount of time. Bent over backwards to make sure I was knowledgeable of the options in the vehicle, app services and have offered to be available even after the sale to be contacted with any questions. Thanks Mauricio and Anthony for all your help with this purchase!
Sold my car to Beyer Jeep thank you to Doug long and Robert Z ! I greatly appreciate all the effort . It was fast easy and painless . What a wonderful place to do business thank you Robert Zorro
Had a fantastic experience buying my used vehicle from Beyer Dodge in Morristown NJ. Mauricio Palomino the sales rep is great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient and made sure I got top dollar for my trade-in. They answered all my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going there if youre in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle. Thank you, very happy with my new ride.
Just sold my car to buyer CDJR I had the pleasure of working with Doug long and Robert Z . Fast and easy and would highly recommend neuter cdjr !
Just sold my 2019 Kia with Robert zorroWhat a pleasant experience ! Best dealership with no games fast easy and simple !
I went to a different dealership before coming to Beyer and they only offered me $25k for my trade-in. I came to Beyer and the manager Rob was extremely welcoming and understanding. He offered me $32k for my car, which was exactly what Kelly Blue Book said it was worth. I found the exact car I wanted off their lot that was not ready for sale yet, and Rob was able to certify it and have it ready within the same week. The manager Rob and the salesman Mauricio are great people that will work with you the best they can. I would recommend Beyer to anyone!! Thank you Beyer!!
Great place to do business thank you doug and robert zorro. Easy place to sell your car! Top dollar paid !
Just sold my mercedes to beyer jeep what a easy transaction no Stress thank you Robert zorro

Just sold my jeeep wrangler to robert z at beyer jeep what a pleasant experience
Best experience I’ve had in a dealership by far, from servicing my Jeep here, to selling my car, it could not have been an easier process. The manager, Robert Z., was the best, very prompt response and communication throughout the whole process of selling my car. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this dealership. The service speaks for itself, very pleased. Thank you!!!
Steer clear of this place. While our sales person was kind and pleasant to deal with, the service center is a NIGHTMARE! Multiple issues during different visits including sitting on a faulty part replacement for almost a month and then getting annoyed when we called to check the status.Mistakes happen but the latest incident was a regular service that caused a major oil leak. We paid over 300 dollars and the apology was to offer 10 percent off the NEXT service! No thanks, and we appreciate the leaky oil in my driveway after you repaired your mistake…it’s a joke.
Rob Z was very helpful taking in our lease, friendly and reviewed the car. Hassle free experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone whether buying or leasing.
I had previously reviewed their sales team, which the experience was great with. This time, I’m dealing with their service department, and am beyond frustrated / aggravated. Took my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change, and to have the AC fixed (after 45 minutes, the fan was cutting off). They suggested the 60k mile service as well. Ok, let’s do it. They called, and said the fan motor was bad, and it was losing voltage. Cost would be around $1,200 for the fan (the maintenance work was separate). Obviously not happy to hear that, but it is what it is. They fix it, we pick it up, and the next day it’s doing the same thing. Call them back on Monday, they can’t look at it till that Friday. I asked for a loaner car, and they said they didn’t have one at the moment, and they’d call me back. Never heard from them. Called Thursday, was told my service writer was off, but they’d have me speak with someone else. Spoke with the other person, who seemed genuinely nice. He said check back that afternoon, or the next morning. Called the next morning, leave both of them a message. No return call. At noon, I call, and leave another message, this time with the receptionist, who said she’d pass along my message. Nothing. Finally I go there (25 minute ride), and they act surprised to see me, and say they had no idea I had called. They offered a Ram work van. I declined, and said just fix the AC, please (this was a Friday). They said they’d be in touch Monday. Monday comes and goes. Nothing. Tuesday, I start calling. They confirmed there’s an issue, but have no idea what. Wednesday they called and said it was the expansion valve, and they were going to cut me a deal, and it would be just under $450, but should be $600+. I asked why I should pay anything when they charged me $1,200 to fix it the first time and didn’t. They said the fan needed to be replaced anyway (obviously not, since it was still doing the same issue). I asked what the guarantee was that this would fix the issue. They said it would, and everything else checked out fine. Ok, let’s just pay this, and move on. Picked up the Grand Cherokee on Thursday evening. Friday, it’s doing the exact same thing. Called this morning (Saturday), and am told the service writer, and service manager, are both out until Monday, and to call back. Hoping they make good on this, and either give me the money back, and I’ll have it fixed elsewhere. I’ve lost faith that they know how to fix it, and being without it for days at a time is not an option. Their old service writer, Pam, was amazing. She always answered, or called back right away. She got things done.
We just leased our 2nd Jeep from Beyer. My husband has the Willy’s Jeep Wrangler that he leased in February and I just leased the Grand Cherokee L. Both times we’ve come here we’ve dealt with Mauricio and now Rob as well. They were both professional and wonderful to work with. It’s not easy right now to find a lease so I’m grateful that we came here.
Robert zorro bought my car and paid me top dollar thank you rob and thank you Beyer Jeep
I went into the Beyer dealership after seeing a Jeep out in their lot. I went in with my mom to see if we could get any assistance and we were immediately greeted and welcomed by Mauricio Palomino, who ended up helping us out with the whole process of my first vehicle purchase. He translated everything to my mom in order to ensure that she fully understood everything that was going on. Mauricio was very helpful and patient with us and met all our expectations. I definitely recommend him if you are trying to purchase a vehicle!
This dealership is clean and well kept but what took my experience to the next level was Mauricio ! If you’re on need of a car go check him out directly . Service was impeccable . He listened to exactly what I was looking for and was very transparent with me wich I can appreciate . His Customer service went above and beyond my expectations and now I’m riding around in the Jeep of my dreams . Thank you !
Rob Z was excellent and professional! Extremely helpful every step of the way. Thank you for everything Rob!!!
Ive leased or bought my last 8 cars here. Great experience all around. Thanks to Eric Arnold and Rob Z for great service. Will definitely be back!!!!
Rob Z was great he helped out a lot highly recommended this place for anyone and I mean anyone. Everyone that’s works here at Beyer has great communication skills and are very polite also are fast as their job!
I am a repeat customer having leased and purchased multiple new and pre-owned vehicles from this dealership. Each transaction has been a very positive experience. It is obvious that the dealership is a tightknit family business and they treat their customers the same way. Rob, the pre-owned vehicle manager, is extremely helpful. Another great aspect of Beyer is the service department. Buster and the rest of the service team do a terrific job. Just an overall great car buying and ownership experience.
Thank you Beyer JeepThank You Eric Arnold you were very helpfulKnowledgeable and overall perfectThank You Robert Z for your time and your hospitality! The best place to do business !
They tried to up charge a ram rebel 10,000 dollars. Laughed at them! Be careful dealing wi the them.
These dealers are really nice and helpful. Thanks to the team they helped me out specifically Mauricio, Bobby, Anthony, and Rob Z for helping me. Thank you
Went to purchase a vehicle from a previous dealership prior to visiting Beyer and they offered $10k less then beyer gave me for my car. Manager Rob Z. made the trade in process fast, easy, and gave us what we were loooing for. Our salesman Mauricio was very helpful and knowledgeable about my new vehicle. Awesome people! Would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you!!
I found Robert Z. Super helpful he really had a good attitude and helped me sell my used car very quickly
Rob Z and the team at Beyer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram were upfront and there were no surprises. Looking forward to returning here down the road.
Thank you Mauricio for helping meBest car dealership experienceMany thanks to the used car manager Robert ZYou both were very helpful !
Rolando was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable, very personable, and treated us like an old friend. Buying or leasing a car can be incredibly stressful, but Rolando made it effortless! He went above and beyond for us, and I can’t possibly thank him enough!! I’ve already recommended him to all my friends and family!
I have bought / leased several cars from this dealership and I was always pleased with the great service. Robert and Eric were very helpful and very efficient. Recently, I sold them a car and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
Just traded in my Pilot, Rob Z. made the experience so easy and fast. Got top dollar, thanks Rob.
This is my second time at this service department. The first time trying to make an appointment was difficult. No one seems to be answering phone calls, but I used this location because it was so close to my house. This second time it took over a hour to get in contact with someone on the phone. When someone finally answered they transferred me to someone else who did not answer so I had to leave a message. While waiting I tried to make an appointment online but their webpage doesnt load the form properly. I usually have my mechanic fix the issues/routine maintenance, but he referred me to a dealership thinking they might have experienced this issue before. Terrible service.
Best place to get a vehicle. I have been to many dealerships and hands down this is the best, from service to sales. Buster, Lydia and Craig are the best. We hope they keep all the ppl there they are all great a pleasant to deal with.
Working with Rob Z is like working with a trusted friend. Hes upfront, and will give you an honest assessment and a fair deal for your car if youre looking to sell one.
Both Steve and Rob are fabulous! Knowledgeable and great customer service ! If I could I would give them 5 plus stars !!
Rob Z was really helpful with appraising my trade in. Steve S was very knowledgeable of the cars we were interested in.

Rob Z helped us return our lease. Very helpful and friendly. We will be back!
Rolando helped me get my Ram 1500 Night edition. He is very knowledgeable in the car business and helped me tremendously buy my first car! 10 out of 10 and I will be back to get my next ram with him when my lease is up
Eric has been my dealer for my first Jeep lease and now my first Jeep purchase; he is wonderful and will definitely keep in touch!!!
I had a great experience buying out the lease on my truck with Eric Arnold over at beyer recently. Hes extremely knowledgable and a complete straight shooter. Made the process extremely simply and straightforward for me. Cant recommend this guy and dealership enough. Go see Eric, he will take care of everything for you start to finish, you wont be disappointed!
I was referred to this dealership, and it had to have been the worst referral I ever received. I can not believe the lack of customer service all around. I actually thought when the owner walked passed us as were were finally closing with finance, that she’d actually thank us for our business or introduce herself. Nope. Not even a hello. That made it understandable why the sales manager felt he could behave and speak to us as customers the way that he did. Starts from the top. The sales manager actually said “maybe we shouldn’t do this deal because we can’t satisfy you.” Meanwhile, all we wanted to do was come get the Jeep, and calls were not answered. We had to show up when they opened, and still sat there for three hours waiting. Beyond disorganized, and unprofessional. Stay clear of this dealership. The worst!!!!!
Thank you Robert zorroRobert z is the bestBlown away with his service!
Thank you beyer cdjr thank you Doug and Robert Zorro
Rolando Ramon makes this dealership worth doing business with. He is honest, kind and patient. Our experience with him was a 10! If you are shopping for a Jeep go see him!

I purchased a vehicle from Rolando. Had a great experience he’s very knowledgeable about the product. Did not make me feel like another number he treated me like a friend would. I highly recommend Rolando on your next purchase. Tell him RickyC Sent you!
Thank you Robert Z great place to do business
Love this dealership! Dana B. helped me with my Jeep Compass lease. She made the whole process quick and easy. Dana answered all my questions and was beyond efficient! When I made the final deal last Saturday, the manager Nicholas L. went above and beyond to work with me. I had such a positive experience at Beyer! I give this dealership 5 stars and would highly recommend working with Dana B.(Client advisor). Thank you Dana & Nicholas!!!
Rob was very helpful and made the entire process quick and easy.
I recently worked with Robert Z to sell my 2014 Wrangler, and the experience was great. Robert was attentive and was able to quickly assess the vehicle and make a fair offer. He followed up with a kind phone call and I was treated well.
Bad experience saleman made to effort to get me into the truck i drove with perfect credit he gave me a super high payment with excellent credit so hi i wanted to curse him out. I calmly said i cant afford that and left he made no effort to work with me at all. Then i called to speak with the manager 3 times and left a message each time 2 days later still no phone call back bunch of snobby as people work there. Go somewhere else.
Rolando helped us with the purchase of my daughters first car. He was was patient and understood everything we were looking for. I can say he was one of the best car salesman’s I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend him and would buy from him again. Go see Rolando!!
Parts department is extremely rude and un professional horrible service.
We unfortunately had an extremely bad experience at this dealership. My husband was trying to purchase a ram pickup truck and he caught them in a lie. We ran around trying to make it work in the time frame given only for them to turn around at the eleventh hour to lie about when it needed to be done. My husband then walked out in disgust after they wasted our time. My recommendation is the next time you try and scam a customer (which we all know is the business) you should have all the employees on the same page so you don’t get caught. We will be taking our business elsewhere and we recommend that anyone looking for a car to think twice about doing business here.
If you are in the market for a car and want to work with someone who will listen, understand and steer you in the right direction go to beyer dealership in Morristown and ask for Ronaldo! I just got my first car and didn’t really know what I was doing and he answered all my questions, and helped me navigate my way. One of the best experiences- getting a car can be overwhelming and I can’t thank Ronaldo enough for helping me get my dream car!
Thank you sold my car to Robert zorro
I would give this place a lower rate if I could. Called a handful of times just to be on hold for 10 minutes and transferred to different people. They all suck.
Lets face it, the car buying process for the most part is a hassle. I had bought a car at Beyer previously and was very happy with the treatment I received and the car I purchased. Not surprisingly, I found myself back at Beyer once again. For some reason some dealerships seem to make more sense than others. Eric and Bobby made sense and didnt seem like they were pulling numbers from somewhere in outer space. I got a more than fair offer for my trade and I left feeling like I got a really good deal on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was my second time at Beyer and I will almost certainly be back in the future. Id STRONGLY recommend going to see these guys before you make a decision.
Didnt have parts for scheduled recall appointment. No call.No text.No email. No communication what so ever.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - WILL INCREASE PRICES WHILE YOU TRY TO BUY A VEHICLEIm writing this after a very disappointing and frustrating experience attempting to purchase a truck.I called Breyer on the afternoon of 4/15 to inquire about a truck that they had on their lot for a few months, stock # BD8085A. I spoke to a sales rep who was very personable and helpful. I explained that I live about 90 minutes away, and while I understand that they dont typically negotiate pricing over the phone that I was very interested in this truck, and that if we could strike a deal that I would like to leave a deposit and come pick up the truck on Saturday. At this point the truck was listed on their website for $33,197.I mentioned that I had seen the truck listed for $30,800 a few weeks prior and that if we could agree to a deal close to that price I would buy the truck. The rep said that he would need to inquire with management on the price history and that he would call me back.Later in the day I spoke to the rep again. He said that his manager was very busy, and that he would call me back in the morning. He called back in the morning, and I missed his call. When I called back shortly after he was gone for the day, and I was referred to another rep. The new rep advised that the truck was $37,777. I was quite surprised that the price had increased 14% overnight, but the rep could not help. After learning of the sudden price change I called Rob Zalusky (Used Sales Manager) at the number listed on Beyers website. Apparently this forwards to Robs cell phone. Someone should tell him because he called back and was surprised that I had his number. At any rate Rob could not help either. The price had changed overnight and it was what it was. He did suggest that if the truck did not fit my budget that Beyer did have other inventory available. I explained that it was not a matter of affording the truck and that my complaint was that I was not very pleased with what appeared to be shady and unprofessional advertising and sales tactics. Additionally the truck now cost more than better optioned trucks with less than 30,000 miles. I was very interested in the truck before the 14% overnight price adjustment.I asked Rob to have his manager contact me, and a short time later I received a call from Nick Lutz, one of the 2 Sales Managers. Nick was very personable, and despite my frustration as a disgruntled potential former customer he was very professional. I explained my disappointment and frustrations to Nick, and while he was very apologetic there was nothing he could do either. We talked briefly about the commodities supply impact on used car pricing, which is a bad excuse for a 14% price increase. It actually also appears to be old news; Chrysler announced that they were closing some plants over 3 weeks ago, and it looks they had already updated the price on 3/23 ($1640 increase) and then again on 3/31 to reflect that news.I find it extremely unprofessional and frustrating that while I was waiting for communication to facilitate a purchase the price of the truck increased by 14%. This truck was on their lot for over 3 months from $30,800 to $33,197 and while Im waiting for a response the price increased 14%? This is extremely untimely, and quite frankly comes across as shady and unprofessional. Clearly the sudden demand for their used vehicles must not have been well communicated to their sales team either. While this was extremely frustrating I am glad that I did not waste time driving to the dealership for the price to increase while I was there, or test driving the truck.
Craig tish is the most honest and knowledgeable on any of buyers several dealership s. Between me and my family we purchased over 20 vehicles going only with Mr tish . You can shop on line or in person with other dealership s . But your end up buying from Craig tish in the end. Save time and money. Just shop at Beyer in Morristown with Mr Craig tish first.
I was recommended this dealership from my brother and was told Rolando was very helpful and informative about the vehicles you’re interested in. So I recently bought a Jeep from this dealership and Rolando helped me out throughout the whole process seamlessly and perfectly. He was MORE than helpful, informative and sweet. Thank you to him for taking his time to help me and show me all the features of my vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Rolando!!
Thank you Robert z !Beyer Jeep is the best !
I came here for a used car I saw on the websites inventory. The entire staff was helpful and polite. I worked with Rolando who was able to help me get the car I wanted. Thank you guys!
Thank you robert z
I purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram about a month ago and was told I would have 3000 mi warranty..Before I could make my 1st payment I had to call roadside assistance twice ... Now I’m being told I have to pay for an alternator and the repair cost.... Very Disappointed with this dealership
It was a great experience getting a car from Beyer Jeep. Rolando made the whole process for us very easy and was understanding of our budget. Would definitely recommend Rolando to anyone.
I just leased my second vehicle from Beyer. Though the sales experience was exceptional both times with Eric, the handling of a blown transmission on a 6 day old vehicle is being handled sub par. I leased a 2020 Durango R/T and 6 days and 90 miles later the transmission was blown. I was left without a vehicle for 3 days until a loaner was finally brought to me and my vehicle was picked up from my house, which took Chrysler Corporate involvement and a lot of phone calls and yelling to get accomplished. Loaner is not even close to comparable to the car I leased. I will update this review pending the outcome and further handling of the situation, but beware buying a car from them as I think their post sale customer service is virtually non existent based off my dealings so far. This is no reflection on the salesman, Eric. He is top notch and I’d buy 100 cars from him again without hesitation.
This was by far one of the best car leasing experience we’ve had. Our salesman Ronaldo was amazing. We did the whole deal over the phone. He answered every question, and took the time to make sure we got the Jeep Grand Cherokee and deal we wanted. He was always professional and kind. He treated us as a friend instead of just another customer. Thank you again!
Thank you Beyer Jeep for years of service. Thank you Robert Z.
1st off I must say that I have purchased many cars and I have dealt with many salesmen, however Mauricio Palomino was the best by far he was extremely nice, considerate, and patient. I would definitely purchase from them again!!!
5 stars to used car sales mgr. Robert Zalusky- ---made selling my Dodge Journey easy --received fair price- and professional service.
My daughter bought a jeep from Freehold Jeep two months ago and had issues from day one. They were incompetent and rude but Beyer was caring, patient and knowledgeable and were able to fix her Jeep!!! I can not thank Buster and the service department enough!!! It was an amazing experience and i would highly recommend them.
My lease was up during COVID and the thought of spending hours outside of my comfort zone worried me.This is the third Jeep Dealership Ive worked with and I couldnt have asked for a smoother experience.Id like to especially thank Rolando Roman from Sales for being patient, kind, and courteous. I will be returning to this dealership when my new lease is up.
I want to thank my salesman Rolando Roman. For his amazing & knowledgeable experience onThe Dodge Ram 2020.... Thank you for treating me like family.will definitely return!
We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Beyer. We have been loyal customers for for over 10 years leasing and buying both Jeep and Chrysler products. We have been working with Rolando for the past couple of years and he is knowledgeable and fair. We will definitely continue to patronize Beyer for our future auto needs!
I recently purchased a used Ram truck from Beyer and I cant say enough good. My salesman Rolando treated me like a real person and not another sale. I felt like he was genuinely interested in making a deal that worked for me. I recommend stopping by if youre in the market for a vehicle and ask for Rolando! Thanks to everyone at Beyer for making my purchase quick and painless!
Ill only put 2 stars because they were slightly sorry for the inconvenience. While surfing CarGurus, I found a 2014 Dodge Durango listed for sale on their website. The pictures of the car looked OK, but it was unwashed and had not for sale (should have been a red flag!) scribe on the window. I was curious, so I put in a request for more details on their website. I was contacted by Kyle about getting in for a test drive, to which I asked for more pictures, namely interior. After a few miscommunications - IE other car pics sent, I finally received some interior pics. Not to my surprise, they were just as bad as the exterior. I asked Kyle to let me know when the truck was properly detailed so I could come up to look, and show my wife who is the bigger critic. While we planned for the weekend, he called me Thursday to say that a taillight piece was being ordered and that the truck wouldnt be ready until after the weekend. Promptly on Monday morning, Kyle called and said that I could come up to test drive it and it would be detailed. I told him that I would be up on Tuesday, around 7pm (about a 40 mile drive). He said great, and to ask for him. While I arrived about 15 minutes early on Tuesday (287 traffic is unpredictable) I figured it wasnt an issue, and continued to the front desk. I asked for Kyle, to which I had a slightly bewildered person (she was nice) realize after a few seconds who I was looking for. This was my 1st inclination that Kyle wasnt my sales guy... The next few minutes several gentlemen asked me how they can help to which I replied Im waiting for Kyle... Finally a nice salesman (I cant remember his name, but he wasnt Kyle) said that while Kyle was internet sales, that he would be my salesman. I asked to see the 2014 Durango RT that I had traveled up to see. He said oh I think its still in detail, lemme go checkI figured OK, its just getting the finishing touches.. I have my wife up there and this will be her vehicle... 1st impressions and all.I could tell by the salesmans face when he brought the car around that I wasnt going to be happy. To say that the engine bay was detailed and the truck was washed..that Ill agree. The interior however......Honestly Ive never seen a worse interior in my life. I cannot describe the stains, soda, wear, some kind or white film on everything and general smell that would convey how bad this was. It wasnt even started to be cleaned, and honestly I dont know how they would ever be able to. I told the salesman this thing is rough, its only 5 years old! He really couldnt provide any answers beyond what we could see and while we still looked at it for another few minutes, we were disgusted. You want to talk about a terrible ride home? To say my wife was angry...is an understatement.Over all, it was a huge inconvenience. However, in retrospect Im glad I saw it in that shape and the perfume was off the pig, or so to speak. It saved me from having to deal with them ever again.
Just leased a brand new Dodge Durango from this dealership. I worked with Rolando Roman who was very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. If you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend this dealership and, if you go, ask for Rolando!
Purchased my new 2019 Ram 1500 here. Rolando my eventual sales agent was outstanding. Even after I was drawn to the dealership by the internet sales team baiting me with truck that they did not have on the lot. I emailed and spoke with Taylor and Dana from internet sales several times asking if the truck was actually there on the lot and they assured me it was. When I arrived I was told the truck just left and was being driven by a manager. The truck would be back in two days but of course it would not be in new condition at that time.Rolando showed me other ready to roll and I decided on a different vehicle. I felt I came out on top because I eventually decided on the truck I bought which I love. Dont get me wrong there was the initial lowball offer on my trade and the let me talk to my manager shenanigans that are just part of the deal when buying a car from a dealership. However, with live up to date sales information available right on your phone, doing a little research on your trade value and just paying attention you can still get a decent price. I never felt Rolando was lying and he wasnt pushy however, everyone in a dealership is there to make money. Every smile, hand shake and presently is/are purposeful attempts to lower your guard and get in your pocket. On to the finance guy. I have a credit score way above 800 and tick all the boxes lenders look for except for debt to income ratio maybe but that hasnt kept me from financing at exceptional rates on motorcycles, vehicles and my house in the past. I did an initial check via my credit monitoring site and a major lending site before I even went to the dealership and had an idea of what to expect as far as a rate. I had to ask the guy several times (I believe his name was Rick) what the rate was before he revealed a rate that was nearly double what I knew I could get. He started with a very rude take it or leave it attitude but after I walked out he began a barrage of “reevaluations” and phone calls to his supposed friends in the lending industry to get me a better deal. He even insulted me in the middle of the negotiation regarding my wifes income (even though she was not a co-signer) and repeating the fact over and over that two of the lenders he checked with wouldnt make the loan. I knew of course that there are several factors that contribute to why banks will not lend to someone and many of them have nothing to do with your credit worthiness. Rick used horribly transparent negotiation tactics that were both insulting and comical at the same time. In the end through a combination of reducing the rate and the price of the truck he got to a number that I could live with but was still about half a point higher than I later found out I could get.Do your homework on current interest rates and know where you are credit-wise before you walk into this place. Pay very close attention to your Retail sales contract. Specifically the actual cost breakdown (with interest rate) and the section on fees and amounts paid to others on your behalf. Everything you are actually being charged must be listed on this document. There will be a ton of documents to sign. Make sure you read and understand them. A good deal of the really pertinent information will be in bold print (thanks to consumer protection agency). For example they hard sell their Protection Plus Warranty. Ill let you Google that little gem on your own. Its sometimes called “etching” or “theft deterrent”. It is in my opinion worthless to the end user and a profit center for the dealership. I asked for it to be removed several times and it was not. I was told “we already put it on the car”, “it has to be on every vehicle we sell” and finally “we discounted the price of the vehicle for the cost”. None of this is true. I get that dealerships are not charities, they need to make money, but there is a right way to sell things and a wrong way. Beyer does it the wrong way.
I was looking for a new Ram 1500, had 2 awful experiences with Precision & DeCozen. I can’t tell you what a different experience I had with Beyer it was painless smooth & professional and got a fair deal! Do yourself a favor don’t waste your time elsewhere, Call Dana- Beyer Morristown she was awesome!
Really great bunch of guys. all were helpful from the moment we walked in. They were friendly, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I especially appreciated their no nonsense presentation and straight forward deal. I was at another jeep dealer and after we discussed pricing, the other dealer tried adding some $1,299 prep fee and certification BS plus other fees. The manager Carlos and the used car Manager Robert Zalusky made us feel like family. I got a great deal, and a good feeling about the deal. I would highly recommend Beyer Jeep for a good deal, no pressure and no gimmicks and swindle moves.
I recently leased a Jeep Cherokee from Rolando Roman at Beyer and Im very pleased with the vehicle, as well as the overall experience. I originally chose Beyer because of their reviews - most were 5 stars but when I reviewed the 1 star reviews they had received, I noticed that almost all had a response from ownership or management and thats impressive; responding to 5 star reviews is easy but its how you treat the 1 star reviews that separate the customer service focused dealerships from the others. As a salesman, Rolando employed a truly no pressure sales approach, which was refreshing. In fact, negotiating the terms of the lease was painless because he and the Beyer team worked with me on my requests. When a minor unforeseen issue arose, he notified me immediately and presented me with options on how to resolve. We were partners in the transaction and the result was a win-win. I would highly recommend Beyer and Rolando in the future, and would be happy to do business with them in the future.
Dana was AMAZING. She stayed almost 2 hours after closing time to ensure we got the car and deal that worked for us. She was patient and was so knowledgeable about all of the cars we were looking to buy without ever feeling pushy or salesy. We will definitely recommend Dana to anyone looking to buy one of their brands. Very happy customer.
