We are trying to retrofit antique cabinets with newer hardware. The associates at Moe are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We also brought our toddler with us and learned that they are patient and have a sense of humor. Well come back again and again for the customer service and extensive catalog at Moe.

This is our go to local place to buy hardware for cabinets and other accessories for projects at our home. They have a great variety/large showroom. Always friendly and helpful staff that make it easy to find the right fit for our budget.

Our interior design firm has worked with Moe Distributors on almost every single one of our high end projects and we couldnt be more pleased with their work and customer service.

My husband and I were told to go to Moes when we couldnt find the door knob parts we needed at our Ace Hardware. Our home is from the 1860s, all the doors and doorknobs are original, and we have one that just keeps coming apart. Unfortunately I didnt get the name of the man who helped us at Moes, but he took a look at the parts we brought and showed us how to fix it - he didnt try to sell us anything and didnt charge us for the help. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. Great place!

Not very helpful

My mom was extremely pleased with this place. She went there feeling uncomfortable because she only needed one screw! The young man that waited on her treated her as if she was spending thousands of dollars! He ordered the one screw for her and had it delivered to our home! Thank you Moes for caring about the little things!

I’m a builder and have been dealing with Moes for 25+ years and send all my clients to them for our high end renovations. All the associates are knowledgeable and super helpful, I receive many compliments from my clients. Well, after reading all the great reviews of this place, I wonder if I ended up at the wrong place because my experience was definitely not the same. My husband and I went in on a Saturday a few months ago to start getting ideas for our shower as well as a new faucet for our kitchen sink. Not one employee acknowledged us even as we wandered around looking fairly clueless for at least 30 minutes. There were a couple of interior designers that were being attended to but there were still a few other employees that werent occupied. No one even said hello during the 30 minutes so we finally left after browsing the entire store. The good news is that we fell in love with a faucet there and went home and ordered it online.

You wont find a more helpful and knowledgeable bunch of guys when it comes to your hardware, bath accessories, toilets and tubs.

Attentive and super nice as usual. So many options its crazy. Staff is available to walk you through everything though and make the best decisions for your project.

Great place to find all your needs and great customer service

Great selection of cabinet and door hardware, much of it is expensive. If your looking for something different this is your place. They also have plumbing fixtures and mail boxes.

I called up to order a replacement soap dispenser pump made by blanco. The salesman said why dont you call the manufacturer because its probably under warranty. If they wont we can order one for you. Sure enough I called Blanco and they said they would ship one out under warranty. That saved me from having to pay for the part. Most stores would have tried to sell me the part. That was great customer care. Thanks
