My mother and I just went here to try on dresses with Kristen and it was absolutely amazing! We have gone to numerous bridal shops and this one was by far the best! Kristen was polite, extremely creative, professional and was willing to work with us to make any of my dream dress ideas come true! I cant write enough how wonderful our experience was! We highly recommend going to this bridal shop!

Went here with my mom for a Mother of the Bride dress. The service and personality of the girl helping us was fine but I was extremely disappointed in the selection of dresses. Almost every dress my mom was trying on was a size 6, which is really like a size 2 in gown world. Im not sure how many mother of the brides would fit in a size 2 dress. Not only did it make my mom feel horrible and mortified that they did not fit, there was no way she would ever buy a gown that she was paper dolling by putting her arms through it and holding it up to herself. It really made it a terrible experience for us and my mom left feeling really sad.

It is a very cozy boutique, and I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Kristen. She was absolutely lovely! She was very kind and very helpful. They didnt have a big collection, but I was still able to find a beautiful lace ball gown dress for my wedding!

What a lovely bridal shop! The owner and staff were friendly, courteous and congratulated me on my engagement!! I took my time looking at all the dresses and the staff also offered GREAT suggestions based on my price point, size and my desired look for my wedding day. The store offers Mother of Bride dresses and brides maids. Shop was busy with positive energy and excitement each time I was there but I never felt rushed and unimportant.I always felt like the PRINCESS each time I entered the store . . .

I tried calling them twice to see if they carried a specific dress that I was looking for and both times they hung up on me. I didnt even get the name of the dress and style out before they hung up. Im not sure how the actual store is, but their customer service is horrendous!

I went there to have my seven bridesmaids try on dresses for my wedding. When I called to make the appointment, they were rude but I thought it might be a bad day. When I entered the store, every person had an attitude and acted like they hated their job. No one helped or answered our questions, and when they put us into a room, they told us we had one hour and slammed the door. When my girls were trying on their dresses, one of the woman walked in on her while she was changing! It was a horrid experience and I definitely would not go there to buy anything. Definitely a waste of a day for all of us.

My experience at Dressed to the Nines was beyond horrible, the complete opposite of what any bride to be would want to experience while doing what is suppose to be fun and exciting. Please do not buy a gown from this shop! The owner’s extremely rude, condescending and pushy personality will make your experience a nightmare! When I first went into the salon, the owner was somewhat pleasant, although very frantic even though it was not busy in there. She had her seamstress pull dresses for me and did not take any time to really consult with me or help me on a personal level like every other salon I went to did. She was more concerned with getting me in and out of there. She seemed annoyed with her job and just wanted to make a transaction but did not really want to make it a great experience me at all. The seamstress who helped me was beyond sweet, thankfully. The owner was nasty with her, talking down to her and snipping at her constantly “Go get her this dress!!!! Go do this. No, NOT that dress. Bring that dress out!” Barking commands at the poor woman.I found a dressI liked and she offered me the floor sample at a discount price. I gave her the full amount $ for the dress. After 2 weeks, I went back with my mom to see the dress again and decided I did not love it,I realized I made a hasty decision and didn’t have my mom with me to see it originally either. The owner said she would let me change my mind and get a different dress since she didn’t place an order for me and it was only a sample.I made an appointment to go back to talk to her about options and to try on more gowns. This is when my experience got horrid! I go into the salon and tell her after trying on more gowns that I’m thinking I was looking at the wrong style for my body etc. She was completely rude and annoyed and said how I need to focus and that at first I told her I liked one style and now another and how could I be changing my mind like that!!? I told her I had some photos of me in styles that I liked on my body so she can see them to help her pull dresses for methat might be similar and she was like, “NO, I do not want to see your photos. Photos don’t do anything. Look in the mirror. Do you like the dress or not!!! “ I was trying to explain to her that I already gave her my money. She already had my business so why couldn’t she just take the time to look at my photo ideas for types of dresses and consult me and be more personable? She was so nasty and made me CRY and I am not a diva type or bridezilla type! She made me feel so pressured!! I was scrambling, trying to select a gown by myself that day and was not sure if I loved any. She kept barking at me to focus!!!! and rushing dresses in to me and was very annoyed .She also would not let me use the credit toward 6 BM dresses and said I MUST pick a gown THAT DAY., she kept running around the store frantically, like her job was so horrible and busy. She yelled into the room for the seamstress to take a dress out. And kept wanting me to eliminate some and make a hasty decision so that she could put the dress back out on the floor for the other customer that happened to walk in. bottom line is I got a nice dress but it was not my DREAM dress. she made me cry while signing papers and made my whole experience a nightmare.I told other shop owners about this experience and they said they would have been much more compassionate and let me take my time more to make such a big decision and make sure i was happy and not pressured. I look at the dress in the photos and I see a beautiful dress but not my dream dress. but more of a dress I was forced to select. I would not recommend going to this shop. Only good thing was the nice seamstress lady who did an excellent job.

I had a great experience! I had been to about three other bridal shops, and I was very hesitant to try out Dressed to the Nines after reading some mixed reviews. I was really close to purchasing a dress at a different store, but my mom convinced me to try Dressed to the Nines. I ended up purchasing both my bridal gown and the bridesmaids gowns-- so far I have had a great experience! The first time I went in was a bit cramped because the bridal room was being remodeled. Despite the difficulty, Kristen made it a great appointment. She really listened to what I liked about each dress, and she and Janet found a dress that combined everything I liked into one dress! I will say this- Janet is no-nonsense, and she will not hesitate to share her opinion. I can see where that comes off to other girls as nasty, but I didnt mind. I wanted something flowy, and she was really complimentary about what would look best on me, and helped find a dress that was flowy like I wanted annnnd super flattering. When I went back to give the dress and second try and purchase it, the seamstress I worked with was so sweet. She clipped and unclipped the dress about a dozen times so my friends could get good pictures. Janet was also great in working with me for the bridesmaids dresses. Bottom line- if you want a super pampering Say Yes to the Dress type experience, this may not be the place for you. If you want great insight into gowns and really reasonable pricing- Dressed to the Nines is the way to go!
