Toyota of Morristowns Service department is terrible. Any time I have tried to come to them with a question, issue, or for service, the customer service is unbelievable. If I call, most times they hang up on me or the staff is incredibly rude. AutoZone has way better customer service than you. Step it up

I took my car in for an in between regular service problem that just came up. I had an appointment, but they were running somewhat behind. The agent was able to tell me what they would probably need to do to troubleshoot the use, and that it would be a couple of hours till they could look at it. She offered me a shuttle ride home, which I accepted, so I was able to get some chores done at home instead of cooling my heels there, though their waiting area is all renovated and very comfortable. She called me back about when I expected, and had one of the shuttle drivers come and pick me up and take me back to the dealership. The shuttle driver was the same one from the earlier trip, very personable and pleasant, and I felt very safe with him. One of the issues seems to be working better now, and the other would not replicate for them, but it worked as it should with no problem, so maybe the threat of fix was enough to shake it into place! Cost was about what I had been told, and time was the same. Everyone I dealt with was personable, knowledgeable and very professional, and I appreciate that. This is why this is the only place Ive ever taken my Camry, which is nearly 11 years old and running extremely well. That is what I expect!
I asked the service associate if they could expedite my oil change. Even with a tire rotation I was on my way in under an hour. Little things like efficiency leave a great impression.
