But youre in good hands at this dealership with Christopher Zielyk.I came to this dealership after a horrible experience at Mercedes-Benz of Lehigh Valley. I took my 2 month-old vehicle to the Lehigh Valley location to have tires mounted and balanced (nothing else, even brought my own tires there) but came home to find out my Navigation System no longer worked. When I called and asked why, because its worked for the 2 months prior with no issues, the SA said I probably purchased the Navigations SD card from Amazon.Total slap in the face, its a $75,000 vehicle, money isnt the issue here, its service!After being recommended to visit Mercedes-Benz of Morristown, I took a chance and had them assess the situation. Chris did a great job of finding the problem, providing a loner car, and keeping the communication line open at all times. I never felt pressured to make a haste decision. He had my navigation fixed, and turns out the part was under warranty!Ill keep doing business with this shop, its hard to find dealerships willing to work with you and not screw you over.

I go out of my way to go to this service center amazing customer service and always go above and beyond to work with you. That’s what I call a Mercedes experience
Poor customer service. They add on labor charges above and beyond the accepted rate. They increase estimates above and beyond insurance quotes. They actually gave my car away to someone who claimed he owned the car, without checking ID. Mercedes failed to get identification, just gave away the keys to random person. Morristown & Morris township Police stepped up to take responsibility for the negligence & irresponsibility of Mercedes. Unbelievable.
Not bad. Had to wait to get a loaner. Fixed my problem when the dealer in the city could not figure it out.
