I called the day I noticed I had air leaking from my tire and they were amazing! Eddie set me up with an appointment first thing in the morning that worked for my schedule and took the time to check the tire out and fill it with air to make me feel more comfortable driving my car with my kids in it until my appointment the next morning. On the day of my appointment, I was welcomed by Alfredo, the technician, working on my car. He was very personable and friendly. They had me in and out with my tire safely repaired! This is not my first visit to Mavis on Hanover Ave, but each experience has been as wonderful as could be when dealing with car troubles.

I keep coming back here because the service is exceptional. They move quickly and show they care. I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge. Eddie and his team always take their time explaining things to me and I trust them. Thanks again guys!

This place was great! I was low on air and was afraid to drive on the highway without checking my tires first. I called ahead and spoke to a nice gentleman who said they would fill my tires for free. He even helped me make an informed decision about replacing my tires in the future. I didnt feel like he was trying to sell me on anything nor did I feel he was pushy in any way. I would definitely consider replacing my tires here. Thanks guys!

Visited the Hanover Mavis Discount Tire on 9/3/21 for the first time when my normal tire service repair place was closed and my tire pressure light came on. Safe to say that I will definitely be returning here in the future for any future tire or other needs. The service was fast, the people are friendly, and the waiting room is clean with comfortable chairs and room for social distancing. The mechanic who worked on my, Alfredo, was able to fix a nail that had got stuck in my passenger back wheel promptly and did an excellent job. I was in and out of here in less than a half hour. Definitely one of the best auto shops in the Morris County area.

Great customer service! Brought my SUV into the Morristown branch, on East Hanover Ave, after noticing a slow leak coming from my front passenger tire. Eddie, the branch manager, was very accommodating and got my car into the garage immediately. The mechanic, Alfredo, noticed several small nails that had punctured the tire. The tire was quickly repaired. I was in and out in less than ten minutes!I highly recommend Eddie, Alfredo, and the fine team at the Morristown (Hanover Ave) Mavis for all your tire needs.

On my way to work, I saw that my rear tire only had 12 psi, I stopped and found a screw in the tire. I decided to go to Mavis Discount Tire Morristown. I am glad I did. They took my car in within minutes and it was completed quickly. I was on my way in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire Morristown.

They were great. I came in to the store anxious after my tire pressure indicator went off. They got me in quickly and fixed the screw that was in my tire. It was quick and painless and everyone was super nice and I will definitely use them again.

I called my Mom to ask what she thought and she suggested I go to Mavis to confirm. I took my car to Mavis in Morristown and Eddie helped, as always he was great. My car sounded like it had a flat, I went to put in the air tire and still the sound continued. I realized Mavis discount tires was right across the street, I pulled in here to see if they could assist me with my problem. The manager Eddie immediately came out and took a look advised me that they had about a 2 hour wait. He saw that I had my 2 children in the car and that I was frustrated. He said give me one second and brought over Alfredo. Alfredo was awesome, knowledgeable and worked very quickly he was done plugging my tire in less than 10 mins.

Being a female who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I always worry about getting my car serviced. I went into Mavis and had an amazing experience. Eddie was honest and very helpful. He told me what I needed and what I didn’t need and treated me with kindness and respect. Service was great and I was in and out without an issue. I am sending over my sister and a few of my friends and having them work directly with Eddie. I will never go back to this place! I brought my car here for a tire rotation which I was told was “free”. I informed them I do not need tires ahead of time. About 2 hours after dropping my car off I received a call from Tyler saying all 4 tires are shot and need to be replaced, and that I have 5% left on my break pads. I let Tyler know that I would only like to do the rotation today. He refused to do the rotation with my tires in the “condition” they’re in. My tires have 19,000 miles on them and the tread is good. I was also told I have summer tires, but after checking they’re actually all weather. Just another mechanic taking advantage of a woman, not realizing I grew up around cars my entire life and I actually know what I’m talking about.

The night before I was leaving for vacation with my truck I noticed that a screw punctured my tire. I called the mavis in cedar knolls and explained how I was leaving the next morning and was using my truck for vacation. They told me to bring it in and after looking at it and explaining my situation, Michael and Freddy told me that they would fix the issue no questions asked. Truly professional and saved my vacation. Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend this mavis and for sure will be coming back for life.

Eddie is my new go to guy. He is very upfront and trustworthy. I have two young adult daughters who both drive and don’t know anything about cars. One had a very bad experience getting a repair and I made it a point to attend every service with them for the time being. This last service my daughter had to get 4 new tires. Eddie was very upfront with what was needed what it would cost and how long it would take. He is a man of his word and I believe I could send my daughters to his location directly and they will be treated fairly. Great service from Mavis Tire on East Hanover Avenue. I brought my car in for tire replacement and the entire experience was a disaster. I should have realized something was wrong when an entire day went by before I finally got a call about my car. The manager called to inform me that “ we had a problem with my car” which was that they damaged it driving it into the bay. The tech hit a large standing toolbox and caused a large scratch in my hood. They had apparently spent the afternoon trying to figure out what to do about it including a drive to their body shop partner based on the gas they added to my car, which was low when I brought it in. The whole situation was poorly handled. They said their body shop in Clifton would handle it. I asked for options including having it repaired at a Porsche certified shop. They said they would give me $500 because that is what they would pay. I asked to speak to the manager. They wouldn’t give me his number because it was his cell phone. It is 2020, your business is your cell phone. He called me and was the first to actually apologize. I asked to speak to the body shop and about a rental car. He said he would have to look into it and call me back. You guessed it. Never heard from him. I put it through my insurance to have it repaired properly. They will chase Mavis. BUT WAIT. Here is the kicker. They also put the wrong tires on the car. So they had to change those out at 5pm while I waited before leaving with my damaged vehicle for the evening. Nice wrap up on the experience. Run from this place.

An awesome experience at Mavis. I just purchased a used Corvette that had been sitting for a few years. The car is in good condition but it needed shocks and bushings. I had a GREAT experience today. Took my car in for some much needed brake repairs, and was beyond shocked with how great the two guys I dealt with were. I unfortunately forgot both of their names, but Im pretty bad with names as it is. As a girl, its really hard to find a decent mechanic that wont try to screw you over, because they think we dont know as much about cars as men do. Im happy to say, these two guys went above and beyond, and educated me on some things I was unaware of. 10/10, I will be back. I cant thank them enough for how wonderful and helpful they were.
