I called first to see if they had any openings for that morning and the attendant told me to come right on in. I came and he started on me right away. They were courteous and quick I was out in an hour getting the front windshield replaced. On a Honda Accord EX with dimming rear view mirror it cost me only $265.00 plus tax. I recommend them.

The office attendant was slumped over sleep at the desk when I walked in. Then I witnessed her go on to give attitude to the other customers that walked in behind me. The piece of glass was not cut precisely on one corner and no matter how it was flipped, I eventually had to cut into the wood of the French door panel to get it into place. The price, $10 for 12x8 piece of glass was the only thing decent about my experience.

The waiting area was comfortable and chairs were set up to allow social distancing.I honestly ordered the part a month prior to my visit. But was unable to make it in for the repair. Extremely Poor job!!! They was suppose to replace my car side rear mirror. They didn’t even cut the glass to fit correctly. They put another glass on top of the broken glass they was paid to replace. Terrible job!!!!! Now I gotta go somewhere else to get it done properly

Our company approved for a new glass door to be replaced more than 3 weeks ago. Everytime we call we do not get an answer on when the door will be installed. The door is not cheap either I think they need to have better organization on getting back to their clients.

Everyone else gave me a 4 day wait, while Tony worked above and beyond to locate my glass, have it special ordered, and my window replaced all within the same day. I have to say I was very, very impressed. Riding on the highway a truck kicked a rock into my windshield and formed a crack. I called House Of Glass that evening and I was set up with an appointment the next day. Went in that afternoon my car was ready within the hour. Everyone there was professional, kind and understanding to my plight. Everything was properly explained to me before leaving the shop. I found my new shop to go to if ever I have a need. Lol! hopefully I wont anytime soon but if I do, this is definitely the glass shop I would return to. Also I will definitely be informing my family and friends about House Of Glass. I had a great experience with House of Glass the service is impeccable and the staff knowledgeable and very helpful. I had my side mirror hit twice and I went to them each time for a replacement they are reasonably priced and their isnt a wait for service.

Nice I been here 3time but this last time was a bit pricey $270 for my windshield in the past the same car and windshield were $190. But overall they do excellent work and in a timely manner.

Highly recommend this to everyone in New Jersey that needs good, quick work done. They went the extra mile.My car was broken into overnight. The junkie tried prying my door open with a crowbar, bending the frame, and when that didnt work, smashed my window. Upon the recommendation of my normal neighborhood garage, I called House of Glass to see about replacing the window. The guy there said to bring it around whenever I can.Within two hours, House of Glass replaced the window, was able to bend the frame back in place, vacuumed up the remnants of broken glass and cleaned up dirt the junkie left behind on the door and steering wheel. AND...they did it at a very reasonable rate.

This is a poorly run business establishment. The person in charge is very rude and dismissive of the customers concerns. I needed my windshield replaced recently and the company did a very poor job. The windshield is not placed on the car properly and they have to order a new part but guess what. It is out of stock until November. So I need to ride around with a windshield that is not correctly placed on my car. And when I inquire about the issue I have to deal with a rude and negative salesman. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the service. An Employee of House of Glass, East Orange location quoted me a price without properly measuring my window . When I questioned his method, he stated We do these all the time. Called me later to offer me another price, much higher Im sure . I did not agree with this, once we agree on a price, the proper thing to do is to honor that price, I was asked to pickup my item needing repair and my deposit. They neither loaded the charred glass item on my truck or would discussed the matter. Later I called to speak to the owner and to pull out another work order and was rudely dismissed. Business Owner to Business Owner, you exhibited poor customer service and monetary hemorrhage. In this economy, I dont know and business doing that well to refuse a $10K job.
