I have nothing but wonderful things to say about K & R Auto Body. My car had been keyed on one side, and hit by a door on the other. A friend suggested K & R. Pete gave me an estimate FAR below anyone else, and had the job done in 4 days. It looks like a new car..the color matched perfectly. He guarantees his work for the life of the car. Absolutely tremendous experience. They charged me 300$ to “fix” my car . The mechanic only fixed the BACK of my car, and let me leave without telling me had only fixed one part of my car. When I had went to leave I noticed a huge dent in the back of my car, and the inside of my car smelt of marijuana. They will never get my business again!

Will not be back. Been waiting 2 months for a call back to repaint a part on my car that does not match the rest of the car and to have a pc repaired that was supposed to be fixed while car was there. Called a few times and was told part was ordered and would call when it came in... 2 months ago and still no word. Not very good paint job either.. clear coat all over my windows and a brand new set of wheels that wont come off. Have taken car to someone else to have it completely fixed and repainted. Would not recommend them.

Only shop in town that could fix my dads truck! The others wanted to replace the whole fender! These guys are able to repair plastic fenders, where the others will either say they cant, or that it wont work and try to sell you an expensive fender! This repair has not only worked, it looks great and has been over a year since it was done! Dad has been back since and had a hood job done also! Nothing but praise! The prices are cheaper than the others too! The work is guaranteed and he will stand behind it!

Beware!!! I took my truck to them to get an estimate. He said he would add a couple hundred to the estimate and fix another spot on the other side. He must be in bed with the insurance adjuster, because the very same day I got the second estimate, four days later, I got a check in the mail from my insurance made out to me and k&r. I figured, what the heck, it was a highly respected church member that recommended them. So I made an appointment. Dropped my truck off Monday. They called Thur and said my truck was ready. I show up and it looks AWFUL!! And the place on the other side wasnt even touched. He said he forgot what he said he was going to do on that spot. I reminded him, and pointed out a lot of the awful work he had done to my brand new truck. He said he would fix it. He also said I should go ahead and sign the check so we could get that part out of the way, because he probably wouldnt be there when I came back. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, and showing good faith, I signed the check. MISTAKE!!!!!!!! Mistake!!!! They called the next day, said my truck was ready. I show up, and it still looks AWFUL! I wish he wouldnt have touched the spot on the other side! Sand marks all around it, and the dent is still there! I said I refuse to accept this. He said I have to because he was done with it. He said the spot on the other side was free. After him refusing over and over to keep my truck over the weekend and finish it Monday morning, I finally said give my keys. He smiled real big as he was reaching them to me and said, I guarantee my work, call me if youre not satisfied. What! The nerve of him to say that after he argued with me, and told me I was knit picking!! Well, I went and got three more estimates to fix his mess up. Three estimates $2500, $2900, and $3500 to fix my truck back the way its supposed to be! The place that gave me the $2900 estimate was also the second estimate I had gotten on the original damage, which was $1290. K R did it for $1475 because they added a couple hundred to fix the drivers side too. But then said it was free. Im taking K&R to small claims court. Aug 16 in Morristown. Beware!! Stay away from this place!!
