Came in to get a newly released game. Got a lecture about how I should pre-order when they clearly had copies laying around. The other costumers were being treated like they were a hassle (there were 2 workers and 4 costumers, the shop just opened). When I finally check out the one clerk (the same throughout) started to start down to the other, and then I got another lecture about not having the game stop plan or whatever. Overall wont ever come back.

Selection is decent enough, and being able to but used games is a major plus. However in the past Ive had bad experiences trading one games. Youre better off keeping them. Whenever I visit the store I find myself wanting to make a quick stop and end up staying for 30 minutes. I like it. My biggest complaint is also my biggest factor when judging any store, customer service. Each time Ive been to the store in the past couple months (since Ive been going again), Ive had bad experiences with their staff. Its as if they act like they are better than you are and completely disregard any small talk about their game interest. I have yet to run into an employee whos played ANY sports game, much less any game i grab to ask about. From what I can tell, they are mostly just PC gamers. Love the store, but could sure use a friggin smile and a polite experience with an employee. 0/2 so far.

Andrew was awesome! I came in looking to see if there were any games for the PS3 that would be kid friendly (I have a 3 year old girl) and Andrew patiently walked me through a bunch of options that might work. Andrew also let me know that controllers were on sale as well as a clearance special for pre-owned games. Andrew made my visit and experience at Game Stop one that will have me coming back when I have my next gaming need. Great customer service! Thank you Andrew.

The game stop in Morris helped me more then the one closer to my house.

This location has very friendly and courteous staff that are very knowledgeable and always eager to help. Theyre gamers that know how to relate to their customers and address their needs. This is the location to go to if youre in the area.

Pushy manager. I did not want to sign up for your scam of a points card. Yet you kept pushing. Never shopping here again.

Good selection of games. Salespeople too pushy with memberships, upsells, etc. Demanding my phone number and email when I simply want to pay cash for a game and leave.

Employees are always willing to help and answer questions on whatever concerns you have. They also provide their opinion on their favorite games and ones that they think the customer might enjoy.

Always on top of the gaming world with the newest games.

As always it was a good visit. Came in to pick up a pre-order, trade in three games, and cancel a different pre-order. service was personable and quick. Ive never had an issue at the morris location.
