Earlier I was disappointed with the delay in the process, but I do realize sometimes it takes more than expected time. I changed my 2 star to 5 star for the resolution.Thanks to the store manager for resolving my issue and refunding back my money. I appreciate your help.I will visit your store for my future business needs.

Theres only 1 person working (guy in the back, not helping) wait time is unbelievable! Had to leave after an hour passed and they were still helping the same customer. Also, 6 people waiting NO CHAIRS to sit on. Sat on floor. 3 computers, 1 employee. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, PUT IN CHAIRS FOR CUSTOMERS WAITING. Ill try a different store tomorrow

The manager of the store was awesome very knowledgeable professional and skilled I believe his name is Eric but not sure but you went above and beyond the sale glad I got the phone from them bad side it’s an iPhone 11 and they’re just a horrible product but that has nothing to do with the store the store is great I’m definitely a customer fast forward almost 2 years broke my phone had to get a new phone don’t with the sales person by the name of Kaitlyn H and once again great customer service she was on top of everything they were a couple problems with T-Mobile well she was taking care of us The other sales associate took care of other customers she was never interrupted the store run so smoothly Great staff

Customer service is really on point here. I was able to work with Samantha she was absolutely amazing she got my phone back up and running was very wholesome on the phone . When i went in she showed me how to correct things on my phone and also double checked my bill making sure i was getting the best deal. And showed me a promotion they had going walked out with to i pads . Talked to Eric and told him he had amazing crew.

I recently switch my cell provider and first was helped by Anthony N.. He quoted me fairly to fit my needs as well as answered any and all questions I have. He helped me pick out a plan and answered and question I had about getting a new phone. I left to thinking about his quote and to pay off my phone with my previous provider. I came back and was helped by Michelle H. Who gave the credit of sale to Anthony for my switching services. She walked me through it all and made it as easy and comfortable switch. The other workers who helped me a little while I thought about making the switch was still amazing. Thank you for all your help.

Been a customer for about a year. Went in to get a few things changed with my service . I asked if i can set up auto pay. The guy said sure and asked what date .I told him and he said it was set. It came out on the wrong date and really messed things up for me. I called the store to see why he put the wrong date in. Someone else answered after calling 5 times. The guy said they cant put the date in. Im really confused. They need to get things straight with customers or with their fellow employees.

I’ve been having service problems since April 10 you should not be able to sell devices you can’t take care of!!! 90 days of horrible service and nothing has been done very sad Sprint is the worst decision I have ever made do not use the store take yourself to a corporate

Have been a customer of theirs for decades. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. The manager Eric experience with Sprint shows and his skills with the phones is very apparent. You want assistance with your phone and service will be taken care of at this store.

Awful customer service, waited for 45 minutes and had no help. There was a man working who was standing behind the desk not offering to help me. Two girls walked in well after me and were friends with an employee; they were immediately helped and began talking about a football game. Incredibly unprofessional and lost my business.

Eric and Shana have to be the most disrespectful, arrogant employees I have ever come across. Sprint should be ashamed to have them represent their name. Shana broke my charging port while I was in the store and they told me I would have to use my insurance and wait 7 business days to receive a replacement phone. Eric, the store manager never once looked up, smiled or said hello while we were in there. When I questioned him about he replied it wasnt his job and he wasnt required to Nice customer service skills....

Awful service. Avoid at all costs.I bought 4 new high end devises with cases and one case was defective. Sprint stores have a 14 day retun period and I went in the next day too exchange it. I was told I had to send it to the manufacturer and they didnt accept returns. I lost $80 on that case and ended up going to Joliet mall sprint. I went back a few times and but it never got any better. They are still slow, generally unhelpful and think they know more than they do. I will drive to Joliet from now on. The customer service is much better, they are helpful, knowledgable and always find the best deal for me. I never have problems with them and dont mind driving a little farther to not have to deal with that store ever again. Anyone who has anything good to say about this store and its employees has probably never been to another sprint store, ever!

These employees are really slow to move people out. The store is a very slow moving store. I could walk into the store in the mall and immediately be met by an available person and theres always customers in there.

Took my wifes phone in for a broken charging port over a month ago... im the process broke the screen... they charged me 75 bucks to get a new phone sent out and said they would fix the old phone... broke the replacement screen and sent the new phone back... now the store manager Eric is refusing to gix the screen again and wants me to pay again for a new phone... javalyn refused to go into the back and look for the old phone!!! Stay away from this store... they do not know how to work on the phones and arent willing to help with anything else!!
