Unable to finalize activation of my beautiful new AT&T smartphone bought from the AT&T website and then using the telephone, I drove to the nearest AT&T store. The sales specialist, a very patient and kind woman quickly completed activation. I was impressed and relieved. I am embarrassed now since I paid nothing for this excellent service. Thank You, Thank You!
You have to be really really careful nowadays to make sure theyre not prime mobile cuz if they are theyre going to rip you off I just went in to make my DirecTV bill and for once it was nice I didnt have to wait an hour I paid my bill and I got out of there after I had to make a second payment arrangement because they were closed on Sunday when I was supposed to make my payment even though it said online that they were open I left multiple messages never got a response back and I tried for hours to get through on the phone to no avail they were closed even though online it said they were open until 7 they were definitely closed so you cant go by what it says online when it comes to AT&T but if you do have link note you can get internet from AT&T for only $10 a month a lot of people dont know that and should know that is better than paying 60 or $70 a month when your on link you only paid ten dollars but they dont advertise it
The “manager” was so unhelpful. Felt completely unappreciated when trying to activate a phone. Will definitely be going to another store because of this. Would not recommend!
Love this store! People are very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only were they able to fix problems I was having with my phone, but they were able to make billing changes that I wanted. So glad they are in our area!
Stopped by to get my SIM card replaced as my service has been very spotty even when in the same spot. I have been told my an AT&T employee before that they do go bad from time to time. I called and they said they could either ship one to me or I could stop at any AT&T store no charge (just like I had done in the past). I went in and after this person got through the whole process, they told me it was going to be $5. I told them that’s not what I was told and he said they have to charge it, so I left.
I normally dont write a lot of reviews but in this case I have to. Had an awful experience with Sprint and some friends and co-workers told us about how great the service is, so we switched. The At&t store in Morris, IL was great. The manager Brooke assisted me and answered all of my questions. Helped to get me setup with the phones I wanted, which Sprint did not they gave me the cheapest phone in the store to run my business on. Brooke helped me get the numbers ported over which took about 15 minutes, where Sprint took 8 days to port from Boost, which I think is their company too. All in all I would highly recommend At&t and the Morris location for anybody in need of their services.

Kind, friendly staff. They helped me figure out the best way to get my bill lower and even helped me switch TV providers to save money. Glad we have this store around.
Horrible experience on 12/27/19. Long term ATT customer for over ten years and will be going to Verizon for service Store associate Brendan could not complete the task, (pay my bill) so the manager stepped in. I was insulted and laughed at by Brendan. When I asked what was so funny, he gave me dirty looks and continued to verbally accost me. The manager had him go into the back room, and I could here there conversation and I was disgusted. Worst customer service experience ever!!
A fun experience! I had a lot to transfer and the girls there kept me entertained with great conversation. Very friendly feel!
Unfortunately the staff at AT&T are glorified clerks instead of tech savvy cellular phone technicians, they had no idea how to deal with a phone thats not an iPhone or sold through the store. I brought an unlocked honor 7x that I was assured would work by AT&T customer support but twice I went to the store and twice they were unable to get the phone to work on there network the first attempt was told it wont work second time they tried one of there own Sim cards from there personal phone didnt work. Gave up and went to TMobile in Shorewood 15 minutes later and I am out the door with a working phone and a cheaper prepaid unlimited plan than AT&T.I wouldnt waste my time at this store unless you are going to buy one of there phones.
The ladies that helped me were knowledgeable and quick to assist as I had an appointment to get to right after i left.
The young man that helped us was very nice, and knowledgeable. He really helped us with transferring information from our old phone to our new phones.
Walked in and asked if they had the new iPhone. I was told I can’t discuss or inventory with you . Really I’ll buy somewhere else need 4 phone looks like you missed a sale. Good job lady!!!!
Not the most knowledgeable staff but a good stop for any in store needs like getting a sim card reflashed to a new phone. If your phone breaks.. get a new one and if you cant afford new be sure to get insurance.

Nice people but kept me waiting for a long time only to tell me they couldnt transfer my number there. I had been in the day before so they knew when I got there and they could have told me when I walked in. Had to go to Joliet to do it.
Place is a joke. They never answer the phone. I went there and sat for thirty minutes only to be told that they did not have the Sim card I needed. As I sat and waited they never attempted to answer the phone calls. I drove to this store 15 miles after I worked 12 hrs. To be treated very rudely by a store associate by the name of Jordan. I dont think a good way of keeping customers is to treat customers who wait patiently like this. I found the store off Jefferson in Joliet or Weber to be more helpful as they at least answer their phone! Go here if you like wasting time.

I’ve been coming to the Morris store for years now and have never had a bad experience. The staff makes sure to greet you at the door and do whatever they can to help me out when I have an issue.

Unprofessional, staff needs customer service training. Tony needs training, unhelpful, comments such as yes your phone is broke, when asked about purchasing a new phone....walked us over to view phones and could not answer what the features of a model were. Unfortunate that this store has poor quality of staff, truly reflects on management and gives AT&T a bad name.

Horrible store and staff. There new policy is to charge $5 for a SIM card. Att corporate stated they should not do this and sent me a card for free. Time to avoid this store as it is an authorized retailer and not a true att store.
They did not have knowlegable technicians available to assist customers.
