We have a new construction home and our builder hired Crown Custom Cabinetry to create our custom cabinets for our entire house. The initial quotes that were given to us were very low and reasonable but now we see that the little savings was not worth the chaos that followed. The plans that were drawn were never given to us for approval and yet they began the build anyway. We were told to choose the counter tops we wanted but they were not ordered at that time but instead months later so our selection was no longer available. After choosing the new counters everything seemed smooth until the install. There is sloppy bonding agent oozing out of cracks on all of our bathroom sinks. The cabinets were stained inconsistently and they attempted to fix this but I feel the streaks were even worse when they reinstalled the doors. One of the doors in my kitchen has a finger print right on the front. How you can miss that when you take pride in your work I have no idea. Finally the counter install for the second bathroom was botched and there are two different color counters in there. I have reached out to them numerous times and just get the run around or they try to blame my builder for their faults. This is just a small description of the issues we faced while doing business with Crown Custom Cabinetry.Overall their work looks rushed and their unprofessionalism and lack of money and time management has created a bad taste and we will never use or recommend this place to anyone.
