I tried ordering rain barrels 3 times through Walmart.com. The barrels were never recieved by FedEx to be shipped. I also tried calling Upcycle numerous times over the course of the days with no one ever answering the phone. Finally after 2 weeks of trying to get some rain barrels, I canceled my order.

Came for a delivery of drums here. Had to back in all the way from the street. Nothing too hard. Was unloaded quick. Staff was polite. Pilot and TA at the same exit.
