So glad i took my car to be repaired at Davidson Auto Body. All the folks there were so nice and helpful! They went out of their way to make the experience personal and completed the job to the schedule with regular photo updates posted of the cars progress during the job. Upon completion one of the techs that did the work on my car stopped and talked to me for a bit and you could tell he took a lot of pride in his work. Really a great experience and i definitely plan on utilizing them if anything else is ever needed.

Took my truck in for body repairs after my truck was hit. Since they had to remove truck bed I had them repair the other side from someone damaging it with what looked like strikes from a pipe. I was the recipient of a hit and run accident which damaged the driver’s side door, front fender and wheel of our GMC Envoy. Nobody in our vehicle was hurt thankfully. I took the vehicle to Davidson’s Auto Body. They did an EXCELLENT job of repairing the vehicle and it looks like new. The cost of the repair was within the insurance companies’ estimate for the job. The employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The only hiccup was that one of the parts suppliers was slow in getting a part to them to complete the job, which wasn’t the auto body shop’s fault. I greatly appreciated the way I was treated and how everything was handled. I would go back to them again to have work done if I ever needed to in the future. I’d give them a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating!

I was told by a couple body shops that they would not be able to repair my truck due to the nature of the damage. Mark was quick to reassure me that they had the capabilities to make the repair which was a relief for me as I was told I would need to go into the suburbs to find a qualified repair shop. The entire process was seamless and I was updated along each step of the repairs.Hopefully I will not need their body shop services again but in the unfortunate event that I do, I wont hesitate to go back to Davidson again. Was not a fan of Andy. My car was wrecked and with it being a work car I told Andy I only wanted what needed to be fixed on it fixed and I would take care of the rest, Andy took a look at it sent me an estimate and told me that’s what it was gonna cost to get the car done. I went in there asked him where we could cut costs because I didn’t need certain things fixed and he told me he could save me $150 by not doing a bumper and grille. Witch we all know a bumper and grill with labor cost a lot more then $150. Insurance called and told me if Andy thought it was going to cost more then what they were allowing to pay that all he needed to do was submit something saying that he can’t buy the parts needed for the little amount of money there willing to settle and they would issue me more payment. But in reality he was quoting doors grills side panels etc way under value hoping that I would grant him all the work sense I’m not really saving anything but $150 and then he would go after insurance for all the extra money instead of it ending up in my pocket. Very unprofessional and he wouldn’t return my message either after I called him out on it.

I had my front end replaced after racoon damage, and they did a beautiful job on my car. They are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have. They also gave me a loner to use while my car was being fixed!!

Work was done on time with care for my car and consideration for me. Great communications. I was kept informed of every phase of the repair. Everyone I met with, or spoke to, at Davidson’s was personable and friendly. There are no shysters or con men in this shop. I was in a multi vehicle accident on I-80, I was able to drive my car home from the scene. I probably shouldn’t of. Upon on waking the next morning my car was sitting on two flats. I contacted Davidson’s and talked with Heidi. I explained my situation and she transferred me to Andy the Manager/Tow truck driver. Andy came to my home immediately and picked my car up. My car was in the shop just about a week and then returned! Fantastic work, could never tell I was in an accident. They are great at answering questions you may have during the process. My daughter also had her car repaired at the same time, we also had a fantastic experience with her car too!! Will definitely be back if needed

I had an accident with my 2006 Scion xB in June, 2020. There was damage to the right front bumper. My insurance company, The Hartford, suggested I go to Davidson Auto Body because it was one of their preferred providers and was nearby. They were very professional and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. The end result was that they made a huge difference in the appearance and safety of my car. Although the car is a 2006, it only had 77,000 miles on it when I bought it 6 months ago and I would like to drive it for as long as possible. I am very pleased with the way Davidson treated me with respect and with the excellent repairs to my car. They deserve over 5 stars and I would give more if I could.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. This was the first accident I had and didnt know what to do. They were recommended to us and from the moment we called, Heidi explained everything we had to do and they took care of coming out and working with the insurance also. Last winter was rough on my car plus I had a run in with Bambi. Once the weather cleared up I was referred to Davidsons to get patched up. Ready for a new season.

Search no further, Davidsons Auto Body is the best collision repair/automotive maintenance shop ever! Mark (the owner) and Heidi (front desk support) were so kind/helpful to me when I came in very upset about the damage to my car from an accident that happened earlier that day. Mark thoroughly checked out my car and gave me a detailed estimate about the cost to repair it. My insurance company allowed me to go anywhere I wanted for the work, but after meeting Mark and Heidi, I was confident that I had come to the right place! They expedited the repairs and kept me informed of the progress throughout. They even have a website link to view pictures with the status of the work. In addition, they offer free rental cars (if available and if your insurance doesnt cover it.)A short time later, I picked up my car from Davidsons and it was perfect, including a beautiful paint job! Their attention to detail was excellent as is their customer service. If you want to be treated to honesty and kindness by everyone that is involved with fixing your car, you will experience it here! I would never go anywhere else!

Andy Larson worked with me on my repair. This was for minor damage that I paid for out of pocket. When it appeared a part was going to need to be replaced we hadnt originally planned on he called me immediately. I stopped by to take a look and together we came up with an idea that allowed them to use the old part. He cleared it with his tech., who would have to apply a bit of creative talent and be happy with his ability to get the expected result.The result? The end product looks terrific and they saved me over $400.00! Im very, very satisfied! Outstanding work and very customer focused. Ill use them again if I ever have the need and highly recommend Davidsons to anyone.

This auto body shop did an excellent job of replacing my bumper in a timely manner at what I consider a decent price. Also, for free, they gave me information on another problem I have with the car. In addition they communicated very well with me by email and phone calls.

If you ever need a car repaired, Davidsons is the place to go. They are kind, helpful, and honest when working with you. I loved the on-line pictures of my car as they fixed it. Being in this lock down phase of the country, it gave me something to do and the knowledge of when it would be finished.

Great experience all around. They took our truck in on an insurance claim and had it done in less than 2 weeks for heavy front end damage, paint, supports, etc. They had updates available online instantly to see where where they were at in the repair process and it was simple to access those updates. Everyone was so polite and professional.

Not having your car can be very difficult I really love my car and it was my dream car. That being said Davidson was really busy when I had it there they worked hard to get the car finished amongst a full workload. The work looked great and today when I hit a light pole they where my first choice.

Every time I have taken my car here it has been a good experience. The staff in the front is always very friendly. They have do really good in the price and let you know it in advance of doing the work. Of they cant fix it they will let you know. I feel this is an honest business from dealing with them multiple times.

My car had hail/rock damage over the front end. Andy walked me through everything and had solid knowledge about working with Allstate. He handled everything smoothly with insurance. This is the 2nd time that Ive used Davidson Auto Body. The staff is very knowledgeable and competent. Katie provided an estimate that was accurate and complete. The estimate assisted the insurance adjuster who ultimately made the decision on whether to repair the vehicle. The repairs were completed in less time than stated, for the cost quoted and I was provided with daily updates, including photos of the progress through completion. The car was delivered washed and waxed, including cleaning the interior. I would highly recommend Davidson Auto Body

We had some front end damage on my wifes Corolla. Marks team towed the vehicle in and quickly gave us a complete estimate with photos and explanation of the damage and costs to repair. Since the damage was less than our insurance deductible, Mark gave us options of what we had to do. We scheduled the work, Mark provided us with a loaner car and the work was completed on time. This place has a great reputation and for good reason. They are very accommodating and have very good service. However, when I took my car there to get my doors replaced, they did not tighten the doors all the way and thereby, caused them to make a clicking noise when being opened. I had to take the car back to be told that whoever put them on did not tighten the bolts well. Which is an understatement because they were very loose it seemed. Andy was very helpful though. The workers just did not get the job done correctly in the end.

Nobody should pretty much have to give up their entire months rent just to get their car out of impound over any minor moving violation especially if its your first one, its obvious that the police get as much money out of you as they can before they point you to these people so they can pull as much money out of you as they can, just for storing your car in the back of their dirt parking lot. Instead of this place being known for having a reputable business for working on automobiles, theyre pretty much mostly known for screwing people over financially. But, it goes hand in hand with the Morris police dept.

I cant say enough good things about this business and the people that work here. I first used them because my car was hit but then realized they also do mechanical work and they are open for a few hours on Saturday. Ive always liked and appreciated Mark and his fantastic business, but now that Andys running things I dont expect such a fantastic future. I was treated very rudely, talked down to, and when I went to pick up my car Andy parked it facing a dead end so I had to back up over 40 feet, around other vehicles, just to exit. Plus they had the heat blasted and changed the seat settings... I swear its like he was trying to offend. Sadly I wont be going back here as long as thats how things are run.

Honest review, second time having my 2013 Hyundai Sonata fixed by Davidsons. Let me tell you, very friendly and caring. They take care of you. Gave me a loaner vehicle no problem. Any time you call, they answer and give you the details of whats going on. Car looked beautiful upon return both times with my experience. They also warranty all there work. For example, after my car came back, I experienced my inside fender liner on the passenger side came un done on the interstate, they replaced it no questions asked. My car also had an acceleration issue, they checked it out, made calls to Hyundai and scanned my car to try figuring out the cause. I appreciate this Morris business. Davidson Auto Body took great care of my vehicle; the only complaint I have would be the amount of time it took to complete. However, they did have to order parts and my vehicle was in the shop near a holiday. Overall though everyone was pleasant, my vehicle looked great and they guaranteed the quality of their work.

Brought my car in for the bumper to get painted. Very clean and organized. Pics of bumper was emailed to me during the process to show me the stage they were in. Paint Technician did a wonderful job. Very pleased. I will be back if needed.

They went above and beyond. Anout 6 weeks ago, we were traveling from Minnesota to Boston. A tire from an 18 wheeler got stuck under our car. We pulled into Davidsons on a Friday at 400 in the pouring rain. They moved other cars around, fixed ours in 30 minutes. They could have charged us a fortune but didnt. Talk about paying it forward!
