Havent been in here for a while but love the new look. Its stocked. Clean. Organized. New merchandise. No issues with there associates.

Items priced higher than they should be. Poor management. And employee was arranging shelves and mopping the area where the line should be to check out so people are backed up oddly and some people were still going the correct way because it wasn’t blocked off and cutting everyone. The manager came up to the front looked around and left and didn’t do anything. Won’t return

The manager there is great! She is personable, friendly, and professional. She really seems to love her job and is so proud of her store!

Great Big Lots! There are generally some good bargains here. You have to price compare now and then, but overall good deals. This is usually my first stop for furniture and whatnot. Today I picked up the mattress set I paid for and ordered a week or so ago. The staff were awesome - from the time I paid for the mattress set, to the time they called me to let me know it arrived, right up to today when they helped me load everything on my vehicle. Thanks, Jared, Roger and the Tall guy (sorry, didnt catch your name). See you All next time!

Nice variety, good prices.. but their automotive and tool section has got alot smaller. Almost to nothing. Other than that. They have good variety

This store has gone down hill in the past few years. It barely has anything except bluetooth speakers and not much of anything else thats useful

Crackers turned to dust...gave me a hard time trying to get refund. About done with them. Said if opened couldnt return Dah ????? Probably lost a good customer ..Ollies are here and now Menards is coming.. I used to go there so frequently, the cashier knew my name and card number.Made a mistake going back for bottled water that the sign said 4 for $10. Got home, looked at the receipt...$14.$$ so I went back, the same sign was still there .Cashier said I got a different SKU number, that wasnt on sale.There was no other water there, just the same one that I had bought. Called for a manager Said basically too bad. that sign was meant for some other water that they were sold out of. There is a lot of other items that are not marked, I just bypass them so I dont get a surprise at the register . Most of what they sell is close expiration dates, in my opinion, nuts are hard as hard rocks . Big Lots candy bars usually .99 cents...same ones at Gabes .59. Gabes has lots of food items now.

LOVE big lots, one of the best places, if not the best, to come across amazing uncommon stuff for CHEAP. Ive gotten black garlic, manuka honey, t shirts, lamps.. its not usually super busy so youre not going to keep running into people in the aisles..Its easy to maintain social distance

I had dropped a glass coffee on the floor and it went everywhere. The shelf stalker in the back made me feel better and cleaned it up, in no time. I was so embarrassed but he was very nice to me made me feel like I wasnt so stupid. Thank you Roger from 246

This store seems to be going down hill. It ia in desperate need of an update and it seemed like alot of the shelves were empty.

The store employees were awesome and friendly. Parts of the store were a little messy, but this is also during a seasonal transition.

There are some good bargains in store but you need to search for them. Store is not laid out well for new customers to find items. Service people are nice but few in number. I go there for specific items only.

There are some good deals, but also many rip-offs. I will say this is the place to get your furniture. The prices are right and they even have leasing and a contractor to deliver!! Look for the deals and compare other stores! Remember that not everything at this store is a bargain!

Shout out to Karen and Chris! My wife and I came in looking for a very specific table, both Karen and Chris helped us find what we were looking for and then let us take the table right then and there. It was great to have such a fast and easy time getting a table, especially after moving across the country and not having anything.

Again this store should have received 5, instead of 4 stars, but everything was disorganized. The employees were super helpful, were always smiling, were very knowledgeable about where everything I needed was and actually went out of their way to walk me to the aisle I needed to go. Fast checkout and above and beyond customer service!

Its a big lots, so the pros/cons of the chain apply here.The employees are helpful/store is clean. Just check purchases carefully to ensure they arent damaged.

Looked kinda ghetto from outside, but good deals

Friendly staff. Recently changed layout of store and added clothing so it took me a tad bit longer to find my items. Cart pickup/return due to covid restrictions not totally clear and i saw noone sanitizing the carts ppl were just dropping off. Saw noone counting customers either.

Shopping at big lots is always fun. They constantly get new stuff in, so youll find some really interesting stuff. Great place for snacks, home decor and home essentials.

For those that dont know: Big Lots is a closeouts seller, basically they buy the products that either companies buy too much of or just cant sell. Ive been in other closeout stores and they carry a theme but this store just seems like it feel on hard times.. dirty cracked floors, lighting too dim, and items apparently just opened and thrown on shelves. This whole little office park its in could use a good demolishing. Also the employees always seem like theyd rather get a root canal than be there.

This is a big store with a wide selection of items for sale, including a furniature showroom. This used to be a store that you could get a deal at but prices have really gone up over the years. They have basic food items including some frozen stuff, sweepers, small appliances, basic tools, light bulbs, holiday decorations, outdoor lighting and furniture, laundry, and some basic electronics. There is something for everyone here.

The staff here is always pretty helpful. Ive only ever encountered one miffed employee from months back, so I think thats a pretty good record. Their prices arent as cheap on certain products as you would think they should be, but its still a go to spot for me and my mom, we go there probably once a week for snacks of some kind.

This store is ok. They really dont have much of anything to pick from anymore.

Cleanest, friendliest store by this name that Ive been in. Broad selection with many different types of items. Students might find many useful apartment items here at good prices. As usual, though, avoid the furniture.

Quick in and out and they have a dairy and freezer section if you are in Westover and need a quick bite to take home and cook

I bought an air mattress took it home and it had a hole in it. When I returned it with the reciept the manager refused to give me q refund or exchange it. She was very rude about the mattress because it had lint on it. Im out 30.00 now. The mattress cannot be used and I cannot get a refund or exchange. If you read the reciept it says they will return if customer isnt satisfied. What a lie!!!! I do not recommend Big Lots in Westover. RIP offs and manager is very rude and should be fired.
