I had 75 shirts made for a recent 5K charity race. I was going to go with an online T-shirt company, but each shirt would have been over 10 dollars. I worked with Carly on designing the shirts, and the cost was about 4 dollars less, per shirt! She was very timely about answering my questions (of which there were many - I was anxious about organizing my first 5K), and she was relaxed throughout the process. The shirts turned out great, and I got them four days before the event - within 3 business days of finalizing the design with the artwork department. All in all, a great success!

Did not have a really good experience with this company. I was trying to create a special product, but felt the people did not care for my business. I consistently needed to call in to ask for a update for my order just to find out that they could not assist me with what I wanted, and did not even try to help me find a solution.

I work for a nonprofit based out of Colorado but have fought to do as much business here in West Virginia for the branch I run, so I was excited to find UGP in Morgantown.Over the past few years using UGP the artwork, screen printing, ordering process, and turnaround time have been excellent. I worked with Carly, the store Manager, to order some T-Shirts for my husbands band, Jabberwocky. It was a large and complex order, 5 different colors of shirts in a myriad of sizes, totaling 100 shirts. We changed our minds a million times, and Carly was always willing to update our quote in a timely manner so that we were able to come to a decision (there are 8 people in the band so getting anything decided is quite difficult) We needed the shirts before an even this evening, and she and the staff at underground were very flexible and timely, and we actually got them a day early! We did a LOT of checking around the tri state area, and all around WV... bottom line was that Underground printing offered the best price, the best turnaround time, and fantastic customer service. Im glad we got Michael on his first day here. We asked him simple questions, and he clearly did not know the answer, and instead of coming out and saying he didnt know, he proceeded with a lie. We then found out the truth from the other worker, Im assuming manager at the location who also couldnt get our designs correct so unfortunately they will not be receiving our business anytime in the future.
