Friendly service! Iced chai latte with soy is yummy! They gave my girls a pup cup filled with whipped cream. Too bad these finicky pups dont like it.

Had a wonderful experience at this location today. My first time coming to this Starbucks, stopped here to get some work done while waiting out a torrential downpour outside. Was greeted by multiple staff as I walked in, the bathroom was my first stop and it was probably the cleanest one I have been in, and that says a lot because most Starbucks have pretty clean bathrooms. The store manager, Justin I believe was his name, was on his way out the door and I saw his employees give him well wishes as he departed into the storm outside. He even checked in on me and other customers that were seated to make sure we didnt need anything before he left. One of the better managed Starbucks that I have been to for sure. Thanks for the pleasant experience!

Went through the drive thru with my boyfriend and the barista made fun of us with her mic on. I didn’t catch her name but she had multi colored hair.

Staff was outstanding & thoughtful. Very clean inside as well!

The place is great but Im somewhat confused. I was able to order when my son was staying in the hospital with no problems, but when I took him back for a follow up appointment the ppl at the hospital door said it was only for employees an I couldnt go in to it

Typically decent service here. I always get soy milk and always use it at home. Got my drink and it had chunks in the bottom (like cottage cheese)....they insisted its normal but in years and years of using soy and having my Starbucks made with soy, its never happened

I didnt personally go here.. this came up in my recommendations because I was across the street. I can honestly say due to the location and the fact that they were so busy, cars werepouring into the street and at a stand still, I probably wouldnt go here anyway.

Not clean

This location is very clean, and the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. The free WiFi by Google is a nice bonus. So I highly recommend this location. The only issue is parking can be a pain. Theres a nearby parking lot if you dont mind walking a little bit.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks. I am here at least once a day. I’ve never had an issue with service or orders. There are other Starbucks stores in Morgantown, and I drive past the other locations to get to this one. They make their drinks to my liking! (My boyfriend also drives past others to get to this one).

This used to be a Starbucks we looked forward to going to. Theyve lost some of the friendliness and care. Lots of cigarette butts on the patio day after day. The recent remodeling took away a good bit of seating inside, plus storage is taking over customer space. Im sure its just a departure from some back-to-basics training for management and partners.

This is the Starbucks the friends and I refer to lovingly as the good Starbucks. Highly recommend, the baristas are v nice and will get to know you quickly if youre a regular. Plus they never really mess up our orders, which is more than I can say for some locations. Also final point: this one is SUPER fast if you do mobile ordering, Ive walked in like 3 minutes after making a mobile order a couple times, and it was already waiting for me. Bless.

Great place to hang out and do homework or other online activities. Sometimes the wait can be quite long but they keep the tables clean and lines moving as best they can. Clean bathrooms too!

Its the original Starbucks in Morgantown. Generally pretty quick for walk ins. It seems to me the drive through is a bit slower but probably because most people use that.I wish that it was easier to get in and out of the location. Not Starbucks fault, more of a consequence of the location they are in. Outdoor seating is nice to have as there is limited space inside.

Always love getting my fix at one of our local Starbucks! My faves: Salted Carmel Mocha, Chai Tea Late and the Americana. If your hungry give one of their sandwiches, egg bites, or pastries a try. Yes its a bit more expensive than McDonalds or Sheetz, but It tastes better because their coffee and ingredients are top notch and the service is too.

Best Starbucks in town, in my opinion! My espresso never tastes burnt (as Ive experienced at other locations), the staff are very friendly (one even learned my name even though I just come each Friday), and my orders are always made in a timely manner. If I mobile order, it is already waiting for me every single time, even when I come after only 2-3 minutes.

I dont usually frequent Starbucks but, its pretty upbeat and the coffee is good.

This was one of the most irritating Starbucks experiences Ive ever had. I ordered a venti Caramel iced coffee SWEETENED. When I received my drink, I asked if it was sweetened. The employee said he hadnt sweetened it, that he thought the caramel was enough. I told him that I had ordered it with sweetener. So as he is remaking the drink another employee comes over and starts lecturing me like a child about how if I wanted it sweetened I shouldve said extra sweet. I told her that I HAD ordered the coffee WITH SWEETENER. After being spoken to like a child I was eager to get out and took my fixed drink and walked outs when I took a sip, not only did it have no caramel, there was NO SWEETENER. They had given me black coffee, milk, and ice. Ridiculous. In a hospital, people should be courteous, if not more than normal. This Starbucks should be re-evaluated, especially if they mess up one of the simplest drinks on the menu. Very disappointed.

Ordered online through the Starbucks app and they were prompt. Parking is very small, but dont let that get to you. Cold brewed coffee with Vanilla sweet cream is the BomB!

This the worst Starbucks ever. There were 5 people working yet only one was making drinks. There was zero attention paid to fact I was waiting 10 mins for a simple nitro to be poured.

The original Starbucks in Morgantown. While not the easiest place to park or get in/out of at times, still a great stop for coffee. The place is clean, has a rustic feel and the staff are great. Worth a stop whenever!

Lively place to study and get work done. Closes at 11 pm now, and is usually busy so its not the ideal place to meet up with more that 4 people.

This one is larger than most other Starbucks so its a nice place to go to when you need a break from the office but still need to get some work done. Nice staff too.

I have a dairy allergy and always have to ask for the baristas to rinse a blender for my frappuccino. The staff are very accommodating and Ive never had any dairy issues with any drink Ive ordered, unlike a lot of other coffee shops I have been to. This Starbucks is the only place Ill go to for coffee in Morgantown as a result, and Ive never been disappointed!

Horrible location. Traffic is usually a nightmare. Lots of idiots driving in this area. Long lines, long waits, no parking. But otherwise a good starbucks. Good staff and drinks.

I like my coffee but noone in this location seems to know what is going on. The entire location just makes me feel claustrophobic everything is so cramped. This location is always busy so they must be doing something right. Open up a second location right next door.

Used the starbucks app to order a cold coffee and redeemed a free gift code. Within 1 minute or my arrival at the shop the sales girl called my name and gave me my drinks. Pretty fast. they have outdoor sitting and drive through option. Just opposite to the Medical campus of West virginia university at Morgantown. by the main road, so very easy to notice.

The parking and drive through at this location are less than desireable. The coffee/drinks are at least consistent, but they dont call it charbucks for nothin
