I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I placed an order at 9:11am for delivery to a school which their policy states it has until 3 to be delivered. I called the store at 2:30 and they said they had no way to contact the driver but if it states it is out for delivery it should be there soon, which it had been stating this for 2 hours already. I called corporate customer service they stated the store has to call the driver and attempted to call at which time the store did not answer. An hour later nothing, I called the store again at 3:35 the woman said she would call me back she had to call her manager to get the number for whoever is delivering today so she took my number down to give me a call back. I called again at 3:53 they did not answer but transferred me to corporate. Corporate tried to call the store again with no answer but said they added a note to my case to get a full refund. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I spent $90 for something I did not receive. I do not blame the worker one bit as she has no control over how the business is ran. I received a call back at 4:15pm to let me know it would be there soon and I stated I would not need this as corporate had already requested the store to refund my money.

Terrible that they will not delivery in the evenings. Truly sad my daughter would have loved a edible arrangement but she is a Nurse and works 7pm to 7am and this company doesnt deliver after 5pm

10/10. Andre was extremely helpful and incredibly sweet! With all this crazy stuff going on, everyone was extremely professional and customers first! Times like these really show who cares about their community & who doesn’t. This place certainly does!

Always the best chocolate dipped fruit around. With great delivery service. ( they called me to let me know no one was home when trying to make a delivery to my mom for me. So I could give them instructions on what to do). I actually worked at this one a few years ago. Loads of fun. Nice people. Will always come back.

Edible Arrangements surprised me for my Birthday, and made me a Delicious box of chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple!!! I will be purchasing more, they were so fresh and sweet!! LOVE this place😍

Im Active Duty military and out of state. I ordered my grandmothers birthday gift in the morning, and her chocolate covered strawberries and balloon were delivered within hours. She said they were beautiful and the biggest, sweetest strawberries shes ever had. Thank you all very much for being so fast and professional!!

I was very pleased with ease of the online ordering. The order was delivered on time and was fresh and was attractive just as shown online. My sister was also very pleased with the taste when she received it.

VERY happy! The delivery guy went the extra mile, literally, to deliver my edible arrangement to my son for Valentines day. When no one answered the door at his home, he called him, found out where he worked and delivered it there! Id like to send a tip to this guy! (Something my son wasnt prepared for)

Amazing customer service. Called me, and waited 5 minutes, to make sure it was okay to leave the arrangment outside. Very fresh fruit.

Fruit was fresh and well displayed. Delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated but over all very good.

I ordered an edible arrangement on Valentine’s Day and picked it up only to find that adding balloons for $5.00 meant one single balloon, even though it pictured multiple balloons. I wrote a personalized message, then found out they didn’t put the message in the arrangement. I’m so disappointed. I could’ve put this together myself for a fourth of the price. I will not be getting any more arrangements.

I love Eddible Arrangements! Getting a box of chocolate covered strawberries many years ago started my addiction, it served as a special treat and tradition for my husband and I. Weve since moved onto the assorted chocolate covered fruit box with microchipped strawberries, salted caramel apples and hazelnut crunch banannas. Now Im just obsessed with the chocolate hazelnut crunch banannas and order only them by the box! I only wish they didnt take them away and make them seasonal only. Same with the salted caramel apples if Im not mistaken. ☹ Please bring back them back year round!! I need them in my life! Thanks Eddible Arrangements for always providing fresh yummy fruit with the best quality chocolate too. Ive tried other store bought chocolate covered fruit, both frozen and fresh and another company doing mail order chocolate covered fruit and nothing compares to Eddibles. Thank you Eddible Arrangements! Yummm, I think Ill order us a box right now!
