I read a few reviews and was skeptical going my first time here, but I’m glad I did because it was a great experience! Both ladies were very helpful and asked if I needed help. From reading other reviews, it must depend on the day and who’s working because I only experienced great service! Both ladies were informative and helpful with choosing products and shades. Will be back!

They don’t quite have the selection of a stand alone store but still great to have a Sephora around. FYI For any other rubes who don’t understand how it works, the clerks are meant to be friendly and approachable but not bother you. You ask them for help, it’s not like the snooty beauty counters where they badger you the minute you walk in. 🙄

Very friendly and helpful staff!

I went to this Sephora for the first and only time about a month ago. Two workers there and not one asked if i needed anything, even though I was clearly looking around for 20 minutes. Finally I go up to ask someone, she made me feel like I was stupid/annoying for even asking for help and she was hardly helpful at all.

Went in to look at new pallets and get a better foundation to match me was in there for five minutes and none of the employees asked if I needed help. They were too busy talking to other coworkers. So I turned around and walk out.

Great selection

It is definitely a Sephora. They of course have a smaller selection than a free standing Sephora, but they do have a pretty large selection. When I was there the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. It is nice to have the additional selection in Morgantown.
