I spoke with a regional customer care representative who was very helpful. She tried to find the correct size unit for my needs yet her info did not have one available thus she gave me the local number to call in my town. Brandon was outstanding. Taking time to understand what furniture and boxes I needed to store. The company only had 2 sizes available. He helped determine that one would work and it would be available tomorrow. Such effort to work with me. He gave me all the details of a rental so there would be no misunderstandings. Thanks Brandon for all your help as well as friendly service. A please to work with!! Great storage facility! Needed somewhere to store my furniture and things in between apartment move-in/move-out, and wasn’t able to find anything in Boone. Reserved it online and went out the next day, storage unit was ready for use with a new lock and keys provided. Entry gate is easy to use and I felt very safe while on the property!

Brandon and Justin was very helpful. These two made it so easy and simple. The part that got me was how they listened and treated me like I normal person instead of just another customer or someone to take money from. These two took time to make sure I had everything I needed and talked to me about my situation, they are expensive but these two make it well worth it by far the best customer service I have ever had.

Justin at Extra Storage was very helpful at choosing at unit while we were moving in. Hopefully if we have to make any adjustments today that will go just as smoothly as promised I will update after move is finished but so far service has been excellent! Brandon was very helpful and made it so easy to rent over phone. So glad they had some climate control units left really helped us out. Love the security when come you see camera everywhere and I loved I could open the gate with my phone made it so much easier than a that long code they gave me.

Very smooth signup process, very friendly and helpful staff BOTH at the call center and on location. Havent used the unit yet, but so far, great customer service!

They will continuously up youre rate. We’ve been with them for 3 years now and this is the second increase we’re dealing with now upping our bill to over $200!! Their stocks are going up but they’re still upping rates. On top of that in a climate controlled unit there were stains on TONS of our stuff that wasn’t like that when we put it in there. Looked like pee stains from an animal.

I have literally just signed-up for a unit so I dont have much of an opinion. Their prices are on the higher end so I expect the experience to be good. I was charged the regular price instead of the lower web rate given on their site. I was told they can fix that so we will see. I will have to update my rating and review in time.

Rating thus far based on utilizing website to reserve a unit. Process was easy and did not require in person assistance, which I appreciated. Though a bit more expensive (2x) than surrounding storage, it looks to be the most clean and visually appealing within short distance to my primary location. For this, I dont mind paying the extra cash to keep my belongings in good shape.

Been here for few years now and stuff is still in good shape besides some dust but that happens. But Brandon and Justin are amazing before was some other guy few years ago and now these two and they are lot nice. The place seems cleaner and nicer as well makes me fee great to pick this place as well see why I pay what I do.

Great customer service Brandon was very helpful. We came from another storage place local and had terrible experience but Brandon showed us how they are different and better. I really believe what he said you get what you pay for because other place was cheaper but had bugs and was just rude but here was clean and nice people. All other storage was full in the area so I called Extra Space..Everyone was great and really helpful that I talked to, helping me get what was best for me..My only complaint was price was high but since they had the, buy one get one free the 1st month, it ended up a decent value..I always remember the saying You get what you pay for and this is no exception here....

Amazing customer service. They are perfect stop for moving supplies. Brandon was helpful getting us all the items we needed for the move it was such great stuff we cleaned them out, but what was great he got right on computer asked what else we needed and told me he ordered it and will call soon comes in. This shows how great they because big retail stores would not help you out like this. Then Justin and him helped carry to my car while still be COVID-19 safe. These really impressed me and I will tell everyone it worth the money to come here for anything just for the customer service experience alone.

Justin was great to work with made it very easy and quick. The down sound was the first month free they display outside is not even available and prices in store are outrages and should be ashamed of themselves for trying to charge people that. But Justin was able to help us out and offer us a internet price but still was little more we liked but after see how customer service is and security it over sets it a little. But they should really look at the pricing here as it almost to point they need to be reported for price gouging.

A good place to store things but a little pricey.
