Schoenen pool’s has been very helpful to me with my hot tub . They did a great job cleaning it and ordering me a filter, which I still need to pick up. Amy worked with me on my hot tub cover order and has always been friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your assistance.

I definitely give them 5 stars! Very friendly helpful staff. They rebuilt my pool from start to finish. They are very professional and work hard to give you the best value for your money! After installation they are always there any time to answer questions and help you with keeping a balance on your chemicals. I highly recommend them for all of your pool and spa needs!

Amy and Shannon were great to work with. They always responded quickly and kept me very informed throughout our pool building experience. They took time to give us many options and advice. No matter how big or small our ideas were, they always found a way to make what we wanted happen. Very professional and helpful experience during our build. Had to give 1 star, didnt really deserve it,because I never had the chance to give them my busines they are only doing curbside shopping,and I needed everything,if I had known I wasnt allowed to go in to see what all they had I would have never made the trip, its ok I will go back to Hickory and spend my money.

This is a great place to do business. Great people that always makes me feel like a friend. They make doing business so easy. We wanted a pool when we bought our home, but had no idea what we were doing as far as up keep, opening the pool or closing. These guys took over an have handled it ever since. Literally all we have to do is swim in it! Lol. These folks are my friends and I will recommend them to everyone who has or wants a pool! Very trustworthy. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEWith every issue we have had with our pool we have resolved with the knowledge of the folks who work here.We have several pool supply stores nearer to us, but we are willing to make the drive to do business with this company.

Do not be deceived. Unfortunately these folks are not the well make it right type of people. Amy Schoenen came out to look at the results of her workers working unsupervised on our familys pool. What she saw was padding that had ridden up the side of the pool due to very little of the very expensive and best 3M adhesive that other places wont spring for [sic] having been applied and pebbles underneath the liner in between the lumps made by the poorly smoothed vermiculite. What was her reaction to being shown this? She decided to personally attack me to *my own* wife. With the remark, Jennifer, you should get a medal for putting up with him.These folks are to the pool industry what carnies are to professionalism. I am one unsatisfied customer. Dont believe the fanciful tales of quality, attention to detail, and the like. Thtales are nothing but aggrandizing hyperbole. They have no desire to stand behind their work.

I bought a new dolphin cleaner for my pool $1300.00 paid cash hundred dollar bills used it one time the next day i would not come on took it back they would not exchange it for me would not even test it and i know they can they tested my old one they said they would have to send it back to the factory i called the factory real nice lady told me she would put and alert on it but send a new to the pool place that day gave me the tracking number and told me to call her when they called me and told me it was there i was there 3 days later according to the tracking no. they called three weeks later i had already paid someone to vacuum my pool it was overdue to be closed i am a disabled veteran and could not do it my self and i explained all this to the lady that owns schoenen pools she did not care every one there was hateful and rude except for one man that worked in the back he came out and loaded it in my truck i would not go back there for anything i would fill in my pool before id go back they are horrible people nice enough when taking your money.

Best place anywhere around Morganton and even Hickory to get your pool water tested and the right chemicals to keep it crystal clear!

I had to rate 1 star in order to write a review however they don’t deserve 1. This has been the worst experience with customer service I have ever dealt with. I spoke with Amy initially and she said someone would be in contact within 72 hours to set up a time to come out and evaluate the land and let us know what our options were. A few days later we received a call from Shannon. He set up an appointment for Monday which was great! However he called back at lunch time on Monday and stated that the radar was showing possible heavy rain for our area so he would need to reschedule for Wednesday. Ok fine. Wednesday rolls around and I don’t hear from him at all. I called and left him a message to see when he would be out and never received a callback. So I then proceeded to call the office to see if there was someone else I could speak with. I left my number for Amy to return my call once she was off the phone. I never heard from her. Later that evening Shannon calls and says due to the rain he had to reschedule for Friday. Thursday was supposed to be off and on and rain so on and so forth. Well here in North Carolina it rains almost every day. I don’t understand how in the world they do business if they are scared of the rain. He then proceeds to tell me that his so graduates and has awards and he wanted to make it to that on Thursday evening that Friday would work better for him. He asked what our schedule looked like on Friday and we told him we would be here all day. Guess what? It’s not Saturday and we still haven’t see or heard from him. So I once again reach out to the office and explain my frustrations and lack of customer service given to us as new customers and the guy on the phone assured me Amy will call me back today and we will get this resolved today. He was very apologetic and took my name and number and said she would be in touch. I’m still waiting on a phone call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for anyone’s needs. If they are this responsive to a new customer I could imagine what it would be like getting service for my already installed pool ( if they ever made it that far) horrible customer service and by far the worst in BURKE COUNTY!!

Always friendly staff and gauge what my saltwater pool needs without the high costs of extra added chemicals. Pool has been perfectly maintained since switching to Schoenen.
