8/11/21 In the end, the product was ok. The process to get a residential shower door purchased and installed professionally started out well, but then after several issues with the initial installation and not-so-professional customer service, it was a hassle and not pleasant. They knowingly installed a defective product and left tools at my house twice. I could hear the workmen discussing that they didnt really know what they were doing. They had to come back several times to make it right, that cost me time and money and they were not apologetic. Diversified had good prior reviews, but only a very few and many quite old. I would not recommend. Apparently they concentrate on commercial business. Look at McDowell Glass & Mirror for your home needs, they have excellent and many great reviews, and my initial dealings with them were fantastic.. I was trying to go more local to Morganton, but will never deal with Diversified again and will discourage my friends and neighbors from using them.

Fast and friendly service, the staff were very helpful in getting my order done quickly and professionally at the last minute. Highly recommended to anyone needing custom cut glass or mirrors. Thank You for your help in a crunch.
