I’ve been loyal to CVS in Atlanta for decades. I’m afraid this store is going to make me change my mind. My PCP sent in a scrip last evening. Showed in my app as “in progress” last night. Drive up today and there’s nothing in the app. Disappeared. They search and have no record of it. I go home & call my PCP who calls them and is told that yes, it’s sitting here ready for me. Drive up a second time and am again told they have absolutely no record of ever receiving it. 😡

100% the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Got a text saying the prescription was filled. Showed up it was not filled. Waited 20 mintues actually 30 mins for it to be filled. Just for them to tell me it was not covered and I needed to reach out to hospice. Which I did. Hospice called and said they are not answering the phone. So I went back inside and told them they were calling. When the lady picked up the call it was hospicw. After ahw hing up said it was covered and I had to wait for it to be filled again. Inhave spent an hour here and still waiting. While listening to 1 parmacy call two pharmacy calls the whole time I hav unless you want your personal information asked. I have heard one husband with a wife with depression one lae been here. Avoid this CVS at all cost..

Went to CVS this morning to get my child her medication. Myself and another were waiting outside until they opened at 8. I called the store at 8:07 to let them know we were waiting outside. She told me they could open until the store manager arrived. I left and went to Walgreens. The manager was Chelsea perry.

Was told scrip ready in 1 hour when dropped off. Returned 1 hr 15 mins later, not ready. 20 more mins were needed to place 30 tablets in a bottle. Place is filthy, even in the pharmacy work area. Was not impressed. Will be giving Walgreens a try next time.

Interesting place to be able to get some good groceries.

The posted hours both on the app and on the store arent followed. They close at 6pm on Sunday and NOT 9pm! Also says 9pm on Google. Because of this, I had to do without medication I needed.

A younger woman, (maybe 20s) was quite rude. She hasnt been there long, if she has, first time shes worked with me. She demanded I turn all the barcodes towards her, (I understand she didnt want to handle the items, but could have at least been nice about it), and once she finished checking all 4 of my items she didnt even offer a bag to put the items in. Three items were large, so that was also unacceptable. Not a pleasant shopping experience. CVS will lose customers if they dont work with her on basic customer service skills.

Some of the kindest people Ive ever met working in that pharmacy and on checkout.

Normally have no problems with our prescriptions but for 3 days my sons medication never was filled because they said the doctor never had it on file. Contacted doctor, she showed me where it had been filed not once but 4 times by their office. Called CVS again and again continued to tell me needed to call doctor. Finally 4th day, issue was resolved but this was told it was an error it computer. Really?

CDC best way to protect against Covid is wash your hands. Cvs we’re closing out restrooms due to Covid.......and you have to wear a muzzle that doesn’t protect against anything to come in

Never fill prescriptions on time based on the suggested time they give you. Sometimes it takes days that is just insane. Plus their prices are really high compared to other pharmacies.

Transferred new Rx from Walgreens to CVS. Everything was smooth. Young man with beard in pharmacy..the tech on duty..I think his name is Gavin. Now that guy is going places. Great demeanor. Fantastic customer service skills... explained everything and went above n beyond for me. Five stars!

Always nice and very helpful, they can be busy at times but always nice to each one and caring to explain new meds, are if you have any questions about your meds.

I ordered a photo book with my wedding pictures in it. when I went to pick up the wedding book There are pages that had no pictures in it. They asked for my phone number in case there were any problems… How long why not call me to tell me that there were pictures instead of printing the Flippin book. When I spoke to the manager he told me it wasn’t his problem. I will never do business there again.

Some of the Pharmacy staff are quite rude. They attempt to help you with what you need and find some way to mess it up. I moved my business to other local stores.

Usually friendly staff but poor communication amongst staff and customers. On more than one occasion have been told everything would be ready on a specific time or date and went to pick up and nothing is prepared or ready. Phone calls to Dr or to customers that require more info not made and can be rather aggravating especially when youve been told otherwise. More inconvenient than convenient most of the time.

Normally I have always had a good experience at CVS, but over the past week, I have had nothing but headaches from them. My doctors have changed my medications this past week. Whenever I go to pick it, they proclaim that they havent recieved the orders. So I have to call my doctors and get them to resend the orders again (this has happened multiple times). Then when I call about certain prescriptions, I met with rude hateful responses by whomever answers the phone in pharmacy. I am very disappointed in CVS.

They are usually, but that happens when you have a good store,/pharmacy

Friendly people but there is usually a long line in the drive through.
