Truly excellent service & value!Took our 1991 Bayliner to Brennan after purchasing out of town (they had not worked on it before). The boat had effectively sat for 2-3 years when the prior owner passed away.The Boat House staff was thorough, the prices very fair (a fuel filter was the same price as I found on Amazon), and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time.When I made a mistake in the battery configuration, Brennan stopped by on the way back from another service call and looked it over, made some corrections to my work on his time, and got me running again.I cant say enough about the fantastic service. My 30-year old boat runs like new.

They completely misdiagnosed our boat and cause more issues then we started with. Things happen but they proceeded to be abusive and disrespectful to my husband to the point of thinking it would be physical when we went to get the boat. Most businesses react this way when they realize they my have messed up but do not have the ability to own it and correct the mistake.All very disappointing and unprofessional. If I could give a negative star I would. I see that they are friends socially for most of the higher ratings and that there is other reviews that say the same I do.

Brennan has serviced my boat for the past 3 years including picking up to store in the winter and re-launch in the spring. Weve had multiple instances where Ive reached out to Brennan on the weekends to respond to an issue. In every case he has been responsive and has gone above and beyond. It is rare to find a service shop where I fully trust their work....this is one of those rare cases. We just bought a new boat and are required to have it serviced by an authorized shop in order to maintain the warranty...Im disappointed that I wont be able to use The Boat House. I only hope my new service provider provides the same quality attention and service

These men were extremely disrespectful. After having my boat for 6 months, they told my husband to come get it. When we got there, they cussed me and blamed me for my boat not being fixed! I would never recommend them to anyone.
