I came into town from Ohio to ride. Bike fell over fully loaded bending my rear derailleur hanger. The guys at Overmountain had me fixed up in a jiffy.Great service, genuine care, highly recommend this shop.

Took our e-bikes to them to get some adjustments after hauling them in our 5th wheel because we can’t get a rack! Michael was able to get us in and out the same afternoon as we are about an hour from the shop. Great folks and Michael did a thorough job on checking out the bikes! Very reasonable price as well! Highly recommend them for your cycle needs!

Michael was very informative and helped me find the right bike for me. I would recommend Overmountain to other newbie cyclists.

Gave them exactly what bike I had and what I wanted done. Was told to order the parts and we will make it work. Later, after charges incurred, they didnt make it work. Dont believe what you are initially told.

Got some tires for 20 bucks each. Thats like wal mart priced exsept they got the white side wall text looks awesome, and meaty tread. Oh and walmart is not a local business... I put them on a bike from the 50s. That had whitepen stripes. Its now got the rat rod look very clash of old and new

I havent ridden a bike in well over 10 years and I went into the shop looking to get my childhood bike repaired. The guys in the shop helped me find a new bike that fits me perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start riding or a professional.

The coffee is great and they had the brake pads that I needed. Compared to most shops, renting a bike is reasonable. They will even rent a top quality hitch mount rack!

Service is top notch! Had multiple 15 min repairs in and out! You can even have fresh NC coffee made in house while you relax on the most comfortable couch in Morganton! Very community oriented with weekly shop rides too. My go to shop till death!

Michael is the man with the plan! Went by Overmountain today to get an old mountain bike tuned up and to ask about local trails. Enjoyed talking all things bikes, trails, and adventure over a fresh cup of Hatchet coffee. If you are looking for local trails, rides, or thinking about getting into mountain biking this is the spot.
