Friendly local business. Glad to help me when I found a nail in my tire while out doing errands - pretty quick considering how busy they were! While I waited I heard them helping many other customers. People rely on their expertise & they handle a lot of specialized parts for their customers. Staff are also good-humored and seem happy to help.

The crew at Tire Maxx were a huge help to myself and 5 injured birds. I was transporting the birds to a wildlife center in Banner Elk and after a stop in Morganton to drop off a fawn, noticed my right rear tire was flat. I was able to get it inflated and was directed to Tire Maxx just a couple of miles away. Even though they were extremely busy, after I told the desk of my predicament, they quickly worked me in and pulled a large object from the tread and plugged the tire at minimum cost. I was quickly back on the road to Banner Elk and got all the birds to a place they could be cared for. Kudos to the entire staff of Tire Maxx!

Brought my camaro which is lowered, cammed, and overall just intimidating, but these guys had no problem letting me pull it in for them to perform their required inspection tasks. Shops give me grief just out of pure laziness all the time and will often feed me misinformation just to get me gone instead of just taking care of it like these guys did. 20 minutes in and out while busy.

Great experience! This is about the only place ladies can have car repairs or regular maintenance performed and they wont be taken to the cleaners. Its the only tire dealership that will tell you when the cash rebates are occurring to make the process a little more palatable.

The man that owns this establishment is very rude and does not speak to women when they enter the establishment LOL every man got greeted as they walked in after me... And I was actually sent over there for a free oil change and tire because I just purchased the car. I will never go there to give that man my money.

Ive been here several times to get tires to get repairs and such, everytime I have gotten very poor attitudes almost as if they didnt want my business, the work they did was so so nothing to brag about. I will not return to this business, the quality seems to be very low standard.

Had new tires put on Toyota Sienna, and when removing old tires, the no-counts at WalMart cross threaded a lug nut by not starting it by hand, so it had to be twisted off (only way to get it off). The new tires were installed with only 4 of the 5 lug nuts, because they did not have capability to replace broken lug nut studs. I am out of town from Virginia Beach, and Jimmy was so accommodating to fit me in on a Saturday morning. These folks had to go into town to get the right size stud. Finished lug nut, matches perfect (these guys must be magicians). After hand threading all lug nuts, they torque to 65 ft-lb and then finish torquing lug nuts by hand. Truly professionals with no short cuts. I was only charged $24.50. If you dont get all your tire work done here, you are taking a chance it wont be done right. I had tire split in Ashville area and new ones installed there on 4 lug nut studs. I ran into this place from Maps on my Android phone after typing in tires from my Morganton rental house. If I didnt live 7-hours from Morganton, Id have all my tires and associated work done at TIREMAXX! Great job fellas (the entire crew).
