Love them! The best Fed Ex, they are always helpful and friendly

Brought in a large painting to have shipped to a client. Painting arrived damaged per the client. The broken piece was not in the box. So I assumed that the painting was broken when packaged at the FedEx Morgan Hill location. When trying to address this issue a manager contacted me promptly. Which was great. Until I was told that the employee says I brought the painting in damaged. I have photographic evidence to the contrary. The manager says the employee told her It was pointed out to me that the painting was damaged and I still wanted to ship it. That is completely untrue. It makes absolutely no sense that I would want to ship a damaged item to a client. The employee even asked for my business card because she liked the painting so much. So why would she want the business card of somebody shipping damaged items to people? I dont mind mistakes. Accidents happen. But I have a huge problem with being accused of being a terrible artist and business person. I dont appreciate being told I broke the item ahead of time and then being pointed in the direction of a 1-800 number to file a claim. Im still on hold with said number. Suffice it to say, Im not a happy customer nor will I ever use Fed ex services again.

I come in routinely to use the computer. Each time I encounter an issue, I get the impression that the last thing they want to do is to fix it. This is not exactly great customer service. And, quite frankly, considering the simple nature of the computer issues Ive experienced, I question the overall intelligence of the staff (hint hint: you could easily just restart the computer to get around being locked out. Dont just tell someone theres nothing you can do about it).

This Fedex Location is terrible. They are rude and so unhelpful.

I use fedex regularly around US and they have always done a good job! I will never return to location to 1801 Sutter St!The unfriendliest and most unhelpful 2 ladies I ever met!:( Need to be trained in customer service please

I came here after the UPS store loaded me more than $130 to ship my picture frame to I came here after the UPS store loaded me more than $130 to ship my picture rain today East Coast. The service was great, the people (Diego) were professional, and my shipping cost was only $62 including the box and packing. I highly recommend this location over the UPS store nearby.

If the store open up at the time they say on the door good spot to go not here they are late

Worst customer service ever. The two employees were of very little help at all. I had to scan a small 11pg time sensitive court document and was told I had to scan it one page at a time on a self service photo scanner that took 20minutes!!! Ridiculous!! I then had to combine all the picture files into a .PDF and send it to myself. Took another 5minutes. 25 minutes at .50 a minute for a task that should have taken 5 minutes total, at the most!! They clearly want to get as much $$ as they can and are not helpful!!

Place was clean, organized and had A/C. The employees were helpful and nice.

It went super smoothly. No issues this time. :)

Dropped off several packages to be shipped on a corporate account. Several were shipped without issue, but one is gone and they have no record of it.
