Always love visiting Joanns, ❤ this year they had great Halloween decor and everything else, cheerful Staff and fast checkout

They carry a good variety of craft and sewing supplies. Their fabric and yarn selections are especially good. They regularly have good coupons in their app, as well.

I dont shop here much unless Im killing time. No complaints and the employees all seem very nice and helpful. Store is well kept and clean as well.

I hope more shoppers will drive to Morgan Hill to shop at Joanns. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Seldom a line at checkout and the store is well stocked.

I live Joann stores. If you sew this should be your go to place. I gave this location a 4 star rating because its one of their smaller locations and does not have large inventory or variety of any particular items to chose from.

Im bummed, I missed the 1st young ladys name, but she was super friendly and took me right to what I was looking for. Julia, also super friendly helped with ny 1st thing, then took me right to another thing I remembered Ive been looking for. I missed the name of the lady that checked .e out, but again, super friendly. Was even aware to not engage Hank until I green lighted it. Completed sale and introduced her to Hank... great experience to round out the day! Thanks all 3 of you!

Sunshine is definitely a ray of sunshine. She asks if you need any help and is very knowledgeable about where everything is in the store.

I cant believe how vicky spoke to my 14 & 16 year old. not only did they just go to buy ribbon with their sister but you managed to turn a sister outing into a uncomfortable situation. you made them all feel uncomfortable, and embarrassed, you humiliated and belittled them and they left upset. now im not sure who your dm is but i plan on speaking to them. from now on i will be going to michaels for their crafts

Great place for sewing and crafting supplies. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Its okay, lots of fleece, sparkly & kids fabrics. Not enough silks, cottons, high-end fabrics. Sewing accessories lacking, stock low on zippers, yarns mostly acrylics, not enough natural fibers.Nice selection of home decor - good buyer in this department !

The customer service is awesome. The people who work there seem to love their jobs and want to help you with yours. They also help you to get the most use of your coupons. I saved alot-on top of the items already on sale

This is a great shop with knowledgeable workers. The selection of fabrics is not huge, but well thought out. If you area quilter there are an abundance of fabrics to choose from. They also carry some crafts and sell various sewing machines and foam! Lots of nice free parking!

I think this is a great craft store. There is a very wide selection of everything craft related. The staff are very friendly, and are very helpful. I would recommend to anyone that loves crafting or want to start. I can’t wait until next time!

Customer service very knowledgeable of the products they carry. I was met twice by a clerk wondering if I needed help or could be helped. The store was organized so that you could find your item(s)with ease. The bathroom was clean and easily accessible, with handicap features. The only thing I noticed was the handicap parking was not located directly in front of the doors to the store.

Joann fabrics is my go to crafting store. They have almost everything you can imagine from paint to plants to miniatures and decor for you home. They have insane clearance prices and huge sales. Its amazing.

I love how clean and organized everything is. The paper isles had been redone, and things looked much more organized; i only wish they had been fully stocked; i didnt find the paper i needed, but I had questions, and I was helped by two friendly ladies who were very knowledgeable about scissors. Thank you.

Staff are very nice and talkative. No lines to wait in for checkout. If you live far from here, it is definitely worth it to come here. They have a large variety of fabrics and materials. You can order online and pick up in store for free, but most online orders have a minimum order for how many yards you buy.

Describe my experience? Horrible. The absolute most unfriendly people working in the Morgan Hill store. Seriously. If you ask for help, be prepared for the awkward silence as they stare you down. The snarl. YOU are putting them out by even being there. Go ahead. Try it out and you will see. When ringing you up when spending your hard earned money, go ahead. Ask them if they use the chip on your card or do you swipe? (Everyone is different these days, right?) You will get the rolled eyes. Awkward silence. And then....just wait until we get to that point! Theres your answer. How nice. Never, ever will I step foot in that store again. By the way..its from management on down. I guess they are trained that way. (Should be zero stars, but had to give 1)

They dont update anything it seems. Yes they did change into a new paper crafting section but nothing as far as baking, clay, and stencils. The fabric is ALWAYS current though.

Joanns Fabrics in Morgan Hill as its always necessary to help resolve problems that other stores just cannot. The merchandise is quality and the store is very well organized and lighted. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Very nice and clean store. Really dont have anything that i would say needs improvement.

The cut counter people are usually nice. Theres one cashier that doesnt want to use your coupons if you have more than a few. When one I had didnt scan she told me she wasnt allowed to type it in and two days later a different cashier at the same store typed in a coupon for me.
