Very pleased with my experience! Staff is very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way! They done a great job at fixing the dent on our vehicle. Well, they really did not hit the mark i assumed they would. In the end they made mistakes, did not try satisfy, n simply put failed on the customer relations. Still waiting on a reply n document they put into action from. I will never go bk to them even if they guarantee their work cuz I guarantee they did not honor their own mistakes. Or try to correct n step up or defend on their part. N Geico recommended them so of course I will b reconsidering them 2!

Over the years Ive had both insurance and out-of-picket work done at Advanced. Theyve consistantly done a great job of color matching including aged metallic colors that even in the sunlight at an angle look like the surfaces are factory original. I did have an issue on an insurance repair (deer strike damage) where the electrical took a few visits to get squared away, but that work was subd out so the work Advanced actually does has always been great. My first choice to get body work done that nobody will be able to tell where the repaired area is.

We brought my moms car in for repairs after an accident. Valerie, Ray, Brendan, Angel, and the team were friendly, caring, and responsive. I received text updates that let me know what stage of repair the car was in, and when to expect completion. The staff was easy to communicate with, via phone, email, or text. And despite this was during the winter holiday, they were on-time and helpful every step of the way. Much appreciated and kudos to a job well done.

This is the 2nd time I have used Advanced Auto Body and both times it was a good experience. Both times I was informed of whats happening and notified of delays when they came up and they worked with Enterprise to make sure the rental was still available. This time I worked with Angel and he went above and beyond for fixing my car. Thanks again to everyone from the advisors and business office. 👍👍

I hate to give a bad review to a company I have been loyal to and even recommended...but boy, did they earn this one star.Terrible communication, and no understanding of customer service.After otherwise effectively repairing my Porsche, they were supposed to contact me once they found a replacement racing stripe so they could complete the job. But I guess they had their money... so actually completing the job wasnt important anymore...or even having the guts to tell me they werent going to do their job!After waiting a month with no call about the missing part, I called and asked for them to return my call with an update. NO RETURN CALL.I wait a week and I call again, explaining that no one had called me back so got an assurance they would...but...AGAIN NO RETURN CALL!THIRD time I asked to speak to an owner directly (which they did not allow me to do) but finally decided someone had to talk to me...in order to tell me they wouldnt complete the job because they couldnt find an exact replacement.Now, thats disappointing, but understandable. Not returning the call was not. And then it got WORSE. I said, thats ok, just find a similar color and design and Ill approve it. Reasonable solution. But they told me NO... they wouldnt bother to do that...that I had to do the research and go find a place and get it done myself! Basically....we got our money so screw you, go figure it out for yourself!Which I can and will do ... as could they.... IF there were willing to, instead of just taking the insurance money and then making the customer do their work in order to get the job completed!Again, Im not a complainer (check my yelp reviews) and I have been a repeat customer of Advanced - but this treatment was NOT what you expect from a shop that used to take pride in their service and their work.

I dont even have my car back, so I cant tell you if the repairs are great or not. But Im writing this review to complain. From day one of misplacing my paperwork to three weeks past when they promised to have my repairs ready, Im fit to scream. Over and over, I was promised a finish date, then a week would go by and they hadnt started, but promised me another date. I had to return the rental car because I was now paying out of pocket over and above what the insurance company would pay. Advance Auto Body knew this and again promised to have the car done. Day after day after day they keep telling me it will be done and its not. They did not keep their promise of 2-3 weeks. Its going on 6 weeks now.I would never go back or recommend them. Im sure they do good work, and they seem sincerely sorry but that doesnt cut it for me, not having a car to drive. But customer service is important, and delivering on promises is too. They just didnt bother to get around to repairing my car. If I had been told from the start that they wouldnt be able to get the car done before the rental insurance coverage ran out, Id be okay with that. But that constant promises broken, and my having to make other arrangements and cancel plans and appointments because of being pushed back over and over (repairs that only took a few days total), is inexcusable.

Went to get an estimate for an insurance claim due to rear bumper damage. A couple of the girls in the office that I communicated with didnt seem too professional or happy to be assisting customers, one of them being the estimator that assisted me. The estimate she gave was $300 lower than 2 others Ive gotten (previously got one for $953, 3rd one I got was for $955). I explained to her the price I was previously quoted for, and she said due the rain that day she was unable to see the complete damage and unable to capture it in the pictures. If this estimator wanted to be thorough, she wouldve had my car pulled out of the rain to accurately see the damage. She was not friendly and had a smug expression on her face, so I knew right away she wouldnt hear what I had to say. After receiving the 3rd and final estimate, I knew there was error on her part (I believe her name is Lydia). The other younger girl in the office was friendly, but as for Lydia and the other girl with the red colored hair, their attitudes alone made me not want to come back to this place. Maybe if I had received an accurate estimate I wouldve, but due to their laziness, no thanks. 2 stars for the other front office girl only.

*Please Read* Fraudulent Company! A tree fell on my car back in February 17th 2017. At first they sweet talked me making it seem like they wanted to make sure everything was perfect before I got my car back. It took 2 months for me to get my car back. When I got my car back I initially found a scratch and something wrong with the lights being very dim on the dash and the main screen, which was ok mistakes happen. So, I took the car back and Sal (the estimator) said he would take car of it. So, I got a rental. A day later I get a call from the secretary (not Sal) telling me my car was ready. I went to pick up my car with no Sal in sight. I see the scratch was taken care of but the lights were still dim. So, I had to call Sal from hiding out in the back, he puts his hands up and the first thing he says was, theres nothing wrong with the lights. I was thinking to myself wondering why he didnt call to tell me that but I didnt want to get angry so I told him that there was an obvious issue and I have been driving the car for 3 years I would know. The back up camera was so dim it was worthless to use. So, Sal says he was going to call the dealership to so they can look at it. I said ok. I never heard from Sal again. So when I got the survey from the insurance company I was pissed and they said they would take it to the dealership for me and get me another rental. Prior to taking the car to the dealership I found that my accent lighting on the dash wasnt working and that my cigaret lighter wasnt working (cause Advanced didnt plug them in!) It also felt a little stuffy in my car, but we will get to that later. I asked the dealership to complete double check everything involving the electrical on the car. They found that the dim dash board and screen was because the night/day censor wiring was never changed. Now considering the fact that the trees 2.5 foot branch stabbed directly through the night/day censor, you would think the auto body shop would change that out. I guess they were just trying to save money at my expense. So, this whole ordeal lasted about two weeks. When I got my car back I drove it around June during the hottest time of the year so I always had my AC on and I was still feeling like it was stuffy in the car every time I got in. I even started getting headaches to the point where I was completely debilitated. I did not know why until one day I lifted up my rubber mats and saw that it was completely soaked underneath on both the driver and passenger side. I had a leak in my A/C which stemmed from the repairs from Advanced Auto Body. So I called the dealership and they said they could look at it but I had to take it to another dealership in another city. So, I had to take another day off and have them check my truck. Come to find out the condensation hose (which carries the condensation outside of the car) it was MISSING! Also, come to find out a A/C leak could also leak an odorless poison called Freon, which could explain my headaches my Doctor told me. When I stopped using the A/C my headaches magically went away! To add insult to this whole debacle a mechanic showed me through a vent that the AC heater box looks like someone tried to glue it back together but failed miserably. I was told that the AC heater box was replaced, in fact I have the bill and it shows it was replaced (repl) on the bill and charged to the insurance company as new. I looked up the part and they charged 312 and the part is around 275 at its lowest price brand new. This is fraud! A felony! (I have proof. See the photos) At this point I am infuriated to the highest level. I call the insurance company and dealt with them over and over again until they finally took the car back again. I spent 2 weeks in a car with no A/C at the peak of summer. When the next auto body shop took the car I made them take out the AC heater box and replace it and made them give me the part. If you look at the pictures I posted under Michael L., then you will see why I call this company fraudulent.
