Store is very large and it is always difficult to find things. Have been to this store frequently and would recommend locating the item you want on their app, it will tell you the aisle and bay the item is located at.When you can find an employee half the time they dont know where things are. I have had them send me to the wrong place, in some cases multiple employees have sent me to the wrong location for the same item. Hence the advice above.The curb side pick up is EXTREMELY slow, I am talking about sometimes waiting 15+ minutes for someone to come up, or in some cases not having anyone come out at all and having to go into the store only to find they are not busy with customers but were busy hanging out and talking to each other.All that said, the paint department is wonderful! I have always had great experiences with the people that work in that department - they have even helped me locate items in other departments when I cant find things. I forgot my phone one time and a gentleman at the paint counter let me use his personal phone to call my husband to get the paint color since I had the picture of the name on my phone that I left at home.

This morning when I walked in 3 of your team members, I think they were greeters. I said I need help with my receipts... Serena immediately said I can help you with that. We walked to her station and I handed her my card...she found EVERYTHING I needed. She went above & beyond to help me solve my issue with the bouncing shaking Maytag Commercial Technology front loader washer I purchased there. She was very helpful, understanding & knowledgeable. She SO made my day & made me cry because I couldnt believe after all the headache & money I have spent on that washer & having someone level it & it still did the bouncing shaking Im just thankful greatful for Serena going out of her way to help me & deliver SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!THANK GOODNESS YOU STILL HAVE EMPLOYEES THAT CARE FOR US THE CUSTOMER...IF IT WASNT FOR CUSTOMERS WE NEED TO REMEMBER WE WOULDNT HAVE A JOB!

Clean and well organized store. Staff are helpful, but theres usually not too many wandering about to help out. Look up the bin numbers before you go.

There was a man in the store who worked for Home Depot and looks to have been in a terrible accident and looked severely physical disabled but mentally smart. I will always support Home Depot because they do good in the world. Just seeing this made my day. Thank you, Home Depot for having deep values, which are more important than just money.

Went to this home Depot yesterday to get a dryer because the .com was having issues, we were there for a little over an hour, but the customer service rep Andrew stayed with us the whole time trying to get the issue resolved, his patience was second to none, towards the end another rep named, Angela, who I assume is a supervisor, came and also helped out as soon as she was on the clock. After some calls, we were able to get the issue resolved and after a second issue, everything was resolved, it was quite a long wait, but I am impressed with the customer service at this home Depot, will be shopping here again.

Deysi cashier lacks a lot of training and respect for customers, it was the cause of my loss of money and time. The worst thing that can happen to a store so special for a man has the name of Deysi. be careful as my loss today was over $ 600. no more cashiers of this type.

I ordered carpet for my new house from the Home Depot in Morgan Hill and for the price I paid for it I expected the best customer service and preparation of my order. Well, that didn’t happen… first off when I arrived to speak with a carpet employee in store I waited for almost an hour for anyone from the carpet team to get off of break at 9:30am. Finally, After ordering the carpet and the day of install Home Depot measured wrong after saying they “over measured”. And upon arrival of the new carpet there was a HUGE rip in the middle of the carpet roll as if a fork lift put a gouge right threw it and it’s been three days since that happen and I still haven’t received a legit answer on when or if I’m getting the rest of my carpet installed in my NEW house… it’s funny I’m actually on hold with Home Depot right now. A whole 15 min while writing this review… I’m never getting anything installed from this Home Depot again and I highly suggest no one else does either. The installer JW carpet has been more help then the carpet department.

I have ordered, been measured, and paid for carpeting for my home. It has been 6 weeks and I dont have the carpeting installed yet! The store in gilroy hasnt tried to contact me to explain why it is taking so long. I went to the store to find out why they said the p.o. number was incorrect and they are researching the matter. I am still waiting and at the point to cancel it and get my money back.

Rented a drill here got the drill use the drill got in and out had the drill back in 17 minutes it was the best experience Ive had renting a tool

Their parking lot is horrible. This location wasnt very busy and I was able to get what I needed and get out in 5 min. The manager wasnt to friendly to her younger employee. She had a way of trying to make him feel stupid while he was trying to help. She was trying to make a joke out of his lack of knowledge instead of just helping us and teaching him.

Well I had to go to 3 different home depots just to get 5 food grade buckets and lids. How hard does this have to be? I guess I am supposed to be thankful. Not today

Home Depot in itself is just fine but the employees are in their own little world. As I walked thruout the store only one employee said hello to me. Thats right, only one person gave me a greeting. I would say that the management of the store is lacking in the training of their employees to interact with the customers such as greeting and asking if they need help with anything. Its good for business to do these things.

The Morgan Hill store is one of the smaller home depots but they carry more product than most of the big stores just in less quantity. The personnel at this store, especially Alyssa, are amazing. Im like other home depots, they are very friendly, and very helpful. I go out of my way to shop at this home Depot.

Today was just a quick return of parts we ended up not needing for a plumbing project. Only one before me st the service counter so it eas a quick transaction. I was abel to talk to them about all yhe rental equipment they now have. I plan on renting a bobcat in a coue of weeks and would also like the sissor lift to tr some trees. Its a good service.

Ive always been lucky and have found what I needed like today. But for anyone needing RV propane parts this will not be the place, all they have are the small propane cylinders. No RV propane parts even though it was mentioned on Google.

Organization isnt always the best. You have to look around for what you need sometimes. Otherwise daytime is the best time to go. More experienced employees working.

I just love the store they have everything, my paint I just painted my room and the paint is a beautiful color. However the lady at the paint area wasnt particularly very nice but thats life. Everybody else helped me was very nice. And I think prices there are reasonable

Made an order and confirmed that a side of garlic bread came with it when placing a to go order. Waitress said yes. Picked up my order, went home, and no French bread with my spaghetti. I called back and the waitress said its here. I drive back 10 min to get the rest of my orders and not an apology what so ever. This Dennys sucks. Take the time and go to Gilroy! Better service and better manners!

There is great customer service even in the time of a pandemic. The people there are willing to help you and the whole store is large and well ventilated. It has anything you need for construction projects and the ever growing population of people getting into gardening during covid-19. Great store, would recommend.

Update: Home Depot did finally contact me to resolve the issue. I am happy with my countertops and am happy they finally resolved the issue.I hired Home Depot to install new countertops in my kitchen. They flooded my home. I was reassured that the repair costs would be paid and to date they have not.Home Depot is ignoring my attempts to resolve this matter.In addition, be vigilant about checking the no interest financing. Look for bait and switch tactics.I do not recommend Home Depot at this point!

Great place. Only downside is that you have to hunt for an associate that can help you. I asked for help finding items a few times and was told by 2 associates that they must not have that item in stock despite the website showing it in stock. Third time was the charm because the third associate actually bothered to look up the item on a computer, walk me to the aisle, it wasnt there so took me to another aisle, and we found it.Also, NEVER GO TO LOWES. They are a nightmare.

Always clean and orderly. This Morgan Hill store recently updated its self serve automated check out line along with cleaning up the returns area. Looks great and modernized. The people here change seasonally that makes sense. However, theres only a few really good service people with awesome personalities and that are dedicated to helping customers. This will change someday quickly.

Difficult store...home depot overall is an awesome store..has everything, however,Im yet to find someone who is able to help find any of it..Paint section, person was very rude and limited with answers..got paint, but no idea if I got the right one, or amount.. trying to find anything else...well of there was a more knowledgeable staff, and people on the floor to help find things, Id of spent more..I actually dread going there, due to zero people on the floor to help..not sure why such a great store lags so bad with simple customer service on the floor..

Clean home depot staff were on it clean registers for every new customer shopping basket were cleaned as you went in the antibacterial soap right in the way of walking in any other time that would be considered rude but maybe you have to be rude to save a life and mask along with social distancing was enforced in a professional manner Im in home depot all over the bay area by far this home depot staff is keeping this home depot clean all the employees I saw were working I cant truthfully say that about all the material stores I go into great job home depot staff keep it up. 5+ stars.

Very small for a home depot and employees are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful

I had to move some items fast, calling around resulted in no product or high costs that made no sense. I had used HD truck rental and walked in to do the same. So happy I remembered, there was a slight wait, but the team member was very pleasant, pulled my historic rental and I walked out with the truck in no time. My return was met with the same team member and another, both offering great and memorable service. Thank you HD team!

Home depot is a good place.... But it is really only for people who are fixing something on there own at there house, its not really for contractors. I mean there is still stuff that contractors will buy there, but... Its not very good for material and stuff like that.

This time the store was in a very messy state and was dirty. Very disappointed. The floor samples had not been refilled so I could not get any of the ones I need.

Forget curbside pickup. Tried it twice. They do not respond. Multiple customers waiting for over 25 minutes. Had to walk in and wait in customer service line to get my online ordered stuff.

A good selection of home materials and tools at reasonable prices (with the occasional deal).- The one negative I have is most everything in the store has a layer of dirt on it. I think this is because they have the loading dock right behind the main floor and of course it IS the warehouse (no buffer between the loading dock and the main floor) so theres pretty much an unobstructed path for all the outside dirt along with the grime from idling diesel delivery trucks to just blow right in and cover everything. Youll notice your hands covered with grime after youve pickd-up items from a couple of aisles.

Store open. Masks mandatory. Only certain amount of people allowed in at one time. Hand sanitizer at entrance. Carts cleaned after each use.

Went to buy power tool. Website said 3 items in stock at this store. Could not find item on shelf so asked for Associates help. They found 4 of the item on their store inventory, but could not physically locate them. None in store despite the inventory list. So ordered online. Will now have to wait for delivery. Shouldnt be this difficult to buy a tool.

Although they didnt have what we needed (new refrigerator we wanted) in stock due to manufacturing backlogs, they were super courteous and patient and they helped us find and order the unit we wanted.

One of the worst Home Depots Ive been to. Associates never greet you or make you feel welcomed. Store is dimly lit, which is a testament to the intelligence of the people working there. Parking lot and store front just feels ghetto and dirty.
