Good selection of items all for a dollar ranging from candy to cooking supplies arts supplies and the best place for throwing a party for kids tons of stuff for any occasion, they could use more cash registers open though lines are always starting to become long

Its the Dollar Tree so thankfully, everything is $1, BUT a bit messy as they are constantly stocking. Employees have always been helpful to me when I asked for an out of stock item and when checking out.

Moraga is my favorite dollar tree. It is usually well stocked and organized. But this time most of the Christmas items were still in boxes on the floor. Some customers opened boxes searching for items.

Helpful, friendly staff, which, as I understand it, is mostly newer to this location than the bulk of the reviews on here. There was an almost complete overhaul of the staff toward the end of the summer, and the new management team is working hard to improve the way the store operates. Ive heard several people say they are happy with the changes and are telling their friends and neighbors to come back.

There was a power outage and register wasn’t working- totally understandable! Young man at the counter was super helpful, offering to hold items to the end of day or until the outage was out. So why only 1 star? The older employee stood at the door and kept repeating that I had to leave and shooting down every offer the young man made. It’s a power outage, obviously things are going to have to shift around and things won’t be running smoothly—but this woman was incredibly rude and was obviously more concerned with shooing me out of the store than providing any level of clarity or accommodation. I was excited for back to school shopping deals, but I won’t be coming back to this store for them.

Found this $ Tree on accident in the cut. I was looking for another store. Staff nice store clean. Only thing there is one worker that takes Ghetto to a entire new level. I guess folks in the area are use to her so call humor as she states. She need to bring it down some. She seem to be a nice person. She talks a little to rough to customers.

The always have a line clear down the isle, better give yourself at least extra 30 mins. Even when they have the staffing they still on run 1 cashier.

I found everything I wanted, and more. Very pleasant and helpful assistants.

Great product selection. Service is inconsistent. The current manager is terrific but frequently understaffed so expect long lines. Also the staff need to work on interpersonal skills - as a whole they are not friendly. This feedback is based on visitng this store once a week, for eight years.

Shoplifters Dream.Would give this Dollar Tree a higher rating (like a 4), but well under staff every time we visit this location. Expect delays of 15+ minutes just standing in line.A wide (and better) range of things to purchased (compared to other East Bay Area locations) from:Seasonal items, greeting cards, balloons, ribbons and wrapping paper, toys, school supplies and stationary (pens, paper, envelopes, dry ink boards, cardboard stock), electronics, lighting, household and auto items, cat and dogfood, laundry and cleaning supplies, soaps, shampoo and conditioners, mouthwash, toothpaste and brushes, aspirin and pain relief, kitchen gadgets, zip-lock bags, aluminum foil, roast and turkey pans, garbage bags and plastic containers, plenty of frozen food options, can and pantry boxed foods, spices, salt/pepper, soda, and an assortment of candy that saves you some money prior to going to the movies around the corner.This location has both men and women bathrooms readily available; handicap accessible. General Parking is available, busy though, and only have 1 disabled parking space.Biggest Complaint - Understaff.There is always a line of 5-6+ customers. They definitely dont have enough coverage when an employee takes a break, especially during these holiday months; and this Dollar Tree would be much more pleasant if they had additional help.This time around (12/1/18) the lady cashier (Jacelyn? was great!!!), but she could do so much to relieve the long wait time. We shall return, but we would visit more often if the line wasnt so long......

The sales associate Andrew was rude and unprofessional throwing my items across the counter didn’t acknowledge me and was rushing me but the did not that to the person In front of me or behind

It does not have a large variety of things. Sometimes takes too long for billing. Has a short of staff. It is a good place to shop for decorations.

Today I witnessed a sales associate named Jackylynn, who says she is the supervisor treat a young woman horribly. When the girl said it looked busy in the store, the associate said busy is a terrible word, you need to think of a better word than that. She refused to give the girl a bag unless she had a dime. When the customer asked if the 10 cents on the receipt was already a bag charge, the associate said dont accuse me of putting something on there, do you know know what tax is? She then took a bag off of the rack, and tossed it at the customer. I was so appalled that I called the store and that associate answered by her name and said she was the supervisor, and began yelling at me when I expressed my concern. After about 45 seconds straight of her yelling, she hung up.
