This place is a good place to go if you need a house wear Furniture rugs lamps pillows kitchenware mirrors gift ideas. Go and have fun. Plenty of parking. And places to eat
Used to be fair priced now way to high. Inventory good
My first time. Its the home version of Michaels or TJ Maxx. Sometimes I think that all our houses must look the same considering all the stores are owned by one giant corp. Tons of mediocre cheap decor items of varied colours and shapes. A friend bought a decorative flying pig so that tells you the extent of decor items you can find. Lots of shiny things that will break easy. This is where you go when you want your place to ooze the magazine look but are willing to compromise on longevity. Its like dorm room budget but dreams of mansions type of place. The best section is the housewares and bathroom section. Variety and price. There isnt much room for walking but then you dont walk far enough before you stop.
I can always find items for our home at a great price. I always love to browse the pet section and find plenty of items for my four legged daughter and four legged nephew.
This store had everything I needed for a baby shower celebration. They had fresh ideas and new colorful items displayed very nicely .I especially love this store because they always are fully stocked and clean, this is not a messed up unorganized store .
This store is my FAV!!! Im givin it 5 stars because its my fav BUT the stock was low (whuuut?), shelves werent tidy, very chaotic, same stock as the week before (is that asking too much)? There is so much variety tho in terms of number of different items.
The home stagers love the place
I hate this place but my wife drags me there all the time.
A bit of trouble with lines, but in general good stuff.
The Best HG in the Bay Area...tucked out of the way in a secluded strip center. They cater towards towards an upscale audience
I wanted a bathroom scale.I would have thought Id find one there.
Always find something different.
Good selection and good value. Easily found staff when I had a question or needed help. Hand sanitizer at the door. Best part, the kids section is in the middle of the store. I was able to let my kid look at the kids stuff while I circled around and easily keep a watchful eye. Clean bathroom.
Inventory in Home Goods is going down and the prices are going up.
Spacious enough. Some bare shelves. Some clustered shelving. Overall good selection of products
It is a great store with lots of selections at discount prices in a very nice area.
I love home goods stores, this location is not very crowded and always has a very wide and good selection as well! The items here are fairly inexpensive and the employees are kind and friendly too!
Love shopping there
Very disappointed in this store. I am an at risk individual and we are in the middle of a pandemic. I have always come here because they offer early open for seniors and those high risk individuals. Apparently because it’s not “holiday season” they’re not doing this anymore, however the webpage, phone recording and lady that answered the phone yesterday told me they’re open @9. So frustrating, I drive 45 minutes to come here because it’s clean.
Nice selection
For not having home delivery.
Easy, not too busy, staff and customers staying safe.
Never disappoints! A lot of new stock. No lines.
This is a great HomeGoods location. We always find treasures here and I find the staff very helpful and friendly. Plus, the location is great - nice new Starbucks across the way, a few places to eat and other places to shop in the shopping center and nearby, plus the newly redone Rheem Theater! So, bonus! Shop, eat and play.
An amazing array of props you typically see in homes that are staged. Home stagers literally buy a lot of their stuff there. A great place to buy a bunch of things you dont really need.
They have a lot of stuff but also no stuff if that makes any sense. A lot of pillows but like 1 of each so you may have trouble getting 2 matching ones for your couch. And the pillows will still cost you $20/each at the very least, so its not like crazy good deals or anything. Very surprised that a store such as this has so few duvet cover/bedding sets to choose from. I drove up to ikea after and had much better luck. Also FYI there is a TJ Maxx in the same lot a ways up, and for some reason the prices there seemed a bit better to me? They are owned by the same corporation and are pretty much the same store, plus or minus clothing, so maybe I just had better luck that day at TJ Maxx. But I ended up getting a p cool looking 5 x 7 rug for $40 at TJ Maxx that day, which is a pretty good deal on a rug of that size/quality, and I ended up returning everything I bought at homegoods the next day after finding better stuff at Ikea.
Your typical homegoods, lots of different product but not always what youre looking for. Their aisles are marked one-way for covid but its so confusing and difficult to get to the other side that most people ignore the signs. Friendly staff!
This location was a mess. It appeared that it had been hit by a tornado. Things were not priced and merchandise on the floor was so heavily damaged that even though we drove 40 minutes to purchase them, we choose not to. We love the locations in other parts of the country. Was it just this location, or all of the ones in California!?
Well organized, helpful staff, but best of all GREAT PRICES. I had been to the San Mateo store before but wasnt impressed. This location was quiet and had all sorts of goodies at reduced prices. Will definitely be back.
Best staff ever! Hands down, super attentive, extremely helpful. And they know where everything is in the store. Always a pleasure shopping there.
WhoooooooooGotta parking spot out front!!!!!!Love this place
Very tidy and well laid out
LOVED this store. First time. Made lots of purchases. Prices are great. And Steffan checked me out AND helped me load the big items in my car.
This particular location was much more organized than others. had a hard to find fiftieth then thought of this place, and of course found the item within three minutes. check out was quick, staff were courteous. highly recommended.
Great mix of items for home
Love this place got a storage unit I needed and more. Christmas decorations on sale was awesome. Going back soon
Love this place. So glad I decided to stop and check out the store. Wish I would of sooner, but glad I did when I did!!!✌🦋
Have been coming to this store for some time and always find the service of the highest standard. Staff very helpful and friendly excellent customer service. Especially Tamara and Colleen.
Teresa and Tamara are wonderful and friendly people. They were so helpful and they did it with a warm heart and big smile. Thank you ladies, Ally
A good and lovely location for a gift a house.
Love the selection and love the prices even better. The decor is nice and the quality of product is something you can be proud to display.
Lots of Holiday stuff!!
Good prices on goods for the home. Store neat and organized.
Good store has lots of stuff I dont see back home in Maryland.
Hands down, the best HomeGoods store anywhere in the bay area. Big, organized, and full of cool items. Havent been to any other location that matches this one.
Wide selection of stuff for the Home. People seem to like it. Not my place, but do shop here maybe one a year.
I would like to commend Sean Gainey who helped carry out a floor lamp and a glass desk. He was able to fit both into my small SUV, was VERY courteous and respectful. I believe him to be a very worthwhile employee for your store.Nancy Estes
One of my favorite stores. Its usually organized, but sometimes especially arround holidays it gets to crowded and makes it hard to find whatever you want. Very friendly staff.
My fave HomeGoods in the Bay Area!!
I love your store!! I experienced happy people (employees.) I was very nice.
Hit or miss, need to come in when they put out new shipments for best selection. Prices tend to run high for goods made in 3rd world countries with poor quality such as the furniture, etc... on the up side the employees are helpful & friendly but vary on by locations!
One of the best Home Goods stores in the Bay Area!
Great Store😘
Useful for low cost picnic tables and garden supplies, but not much more.
Best Homegoods in the East Bay, hands down! Great selection, service, easy parking and very clean and organized store.
Love the variety of things...
Always great deals. Clean store.
Make sure to have plenty of time! Everytime I have shopped there it takes 10 mins or more to get to through checkout. The last time I had no one in front of me and it still took 10 mins to check out. They always seen to be preoccupied with 2-3 people to take care of one return. Apparently returns are more important than moving the line and selling products. I have had faster service at the DMV.
Lots of inventory, from good to bad. Free onsite parking. Friendly service.
I love this store. They have the best staff, very helpful.
This place is so good to shop at.
If Ross and Wal-Mart had a baby and that baby was an alcoholic hoarder, it would be HomeGoods.
Great place. If you visit, ask for Miguel Baliwag. Real stud
Great prices! Nice house items! Great prices.
This store is 90% pillows now.
It was ok. Customers service was really bad. There were only two cashiers and a line forming. I would have thought the manager would have put additional cashiers but they were just rude!
This is my favorite store.Prices are okay .It is hit or miss,
Lots of good finds
Lots of variety. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
Got my Spode dishes
Good sales
Great store
Get your knick knacks here, and gourmet food gems
Lots of goodies
Greta place to look for home items
Love this location !!
O🤗
Tons of secret gems behind the doors of your local Home Goods stores. We were looking for a particular item and visited all Contra Costa locations like a scavenger hunt! Found unexpected needs: high-end cat scratching post, All-Clad roaster, and gift-basket worthy import foods for holiday 😋. Granted shops of this nature are madness to stock/maintain - herding cats comes to mind (recovered retailer here) - so dont expect knowledgeable staff or neat shelves. (Also, prepare for some patience in check-out lines) The overwhelmed crew are kind and return policy fair so combined with the values, I recommend. Visit when you have a decor need, some cash for an unexpected item and arent pressed for time/patience.
Like the store...lots of Christmas displays .. However they lack bathroom accessories ..like fancy cosmetic make up organizers.
Best for home shopping!
Good affordable and well presented bazaar. The sellers are welcoming. It is nice to walk the aisles.Good visit
Great place to get kids toys!
Great selection at reasonable prices
